Then he educated me about my alarm system while he worked to fix what another installer mistakenly did. I am so appreciative! Zack and Josh arrived and immediately began the process. They were professional in all aspects but, most importantly, they were patient, answering all our questions quickly and with good humor. Technicians showed up on time, explained the work they were going to preform in detail. They worked professionally and respected our property taking care not to damage anything while installing the new equipment. Juan Saldana had an assistant who he was training and he was through in his instructions to his assistant as well as myself during the installation process. Technician Andrew Mitchell was very knowledgeable and professional in replacing our 3 control panels and reprogramming more than 70 sensors in our home and checking every sensor to guarantee that it was done correctly. He did not leave our home until it he had performed a final quality control check of the entire system. He was very neat and discarded all trash into the trash can. Juan Saldana and Cynthia always went the extra mile to solve the many issues I was having with my system (not originally install by AT) and were very helpful in communicating with Brinks. Thanks

Juan was incredible. He arrived around 8:30 AM and had to address so many issues. He left around 4:28 PM when I signed the final paperwork. The last hour + he was held up by the company justifying his work. Yes, I was a disgruntled customer because i was not happy with the previous serbices received by Brinks and I showed Juan every single thing item that was defective, did not work and was completely useless.He needed to gain access to the Brinks box which took me a while to provide due to the limited use of my hands. Juan used that time to check out the Panel problems downstairs and upstairs, the panel upstairs needed to be cabled to a power outlet and since I had no idea where the original connection may have been, he had to follow the cable into the attic; only to find that it led to nothing. 3 cameras were not working. Juan had to replace one, fix the other- change all devices to the stronger/new WiFi. He didnt want to take a break, but I encouraged him to take 5 minutes for lunch. He had to check every sensor on every window and door, my Moms medical alert button and encountered 5 separate sensor issues. The end of the day, he was called away on an emergency job before he was able to replace the defective doorbell (no picture/video). Juan remained calm, but worked efficiently and diligently on one problem at a time, although many of them must have been extremely frustrating. Literally every Brinks item presented a new challenge. Juan also set up 2 IPafs, 4 phones and the keyless entry dead bolt after replacing the defective one. He had to reset each code in order to ensure access to all of my friends with all of their access codes. I dont think that anyone else could have done a better job and I hope that Brinks is sending Juan back to repair the skybell video/picture. I would like that Juan is sent back since he already knows the issues, locations and how to fix everything!

We had Protect America for some time before it was bought out by Brinks. I have been very happy with the equipment and the service and have not had any problems until a couple of months ago. Technical Support was unable to resolve the issue so I was told a service technician would come to the house to resolve the problem. The earliest appointment was a month out, so our alarm was down for a while. Customer Service waived my monthly fees. Today Technician Zack came out and took care of our problems. He did an outstanding job. He followed all of the covid protocols and even offered to take his shoes off before entering the house. I can’t speak highly enough about Zack or the service he provided. He is an excellent representative for Brinks Alarm Systems.
