Crazy sloowww I guess there is not enough staff on board. Terrible service to go along with the slow speed. Definitely not coming to this one again. I have gotten quicker to the fedex attached to the Walmart.
I’ve been waiting for my package for 3 days past delivery date and they always have an excuse as to why my package is not being delivered.

I see a lady said that in post which is they said they delivered but shows attempt 3 times and I was home. I called FedEx and lady said it shows they delivered but that signature required is needed from scan info of driver but then she said there is no signature required by original shipper. that is happened to me as well . the problem is a driver . a driver in this area is very lazy
I paid for an international shipment, to my suprise there where additional fees at customes a 800$ fee was required for the package to be released which i was never informed by fed ex of any additional charges,i paid fed ex 189$ to ship a package that never arrived to its destination they returned my package but kept my money,Im very dissatisfied with the service I basically gave them my money for nothing I think the company should not do business internationally if they will burn the customer, I would not recommend fed ex DHL charges more but the package will not have any issue Id rather pay more for better service.
Im surprised people rated this FedEx location lowly. My wife and I have been picking up live animals for our farm for almost a year at this location and they have been phenomenal.Through the pandemic theyve adhered to Covid safety measure even when others werent. They laid spots on the floor that give people an easy way to stay at a distance from each other and they limit the number of people in the center.One day when we were picking up a time sensitive package, I stepped outside so another customer could go in since both my wife and I didnt need to be in the center.Over the summer, when all mail was being delayed across the board, they were still on point with deliveries and contacting us.Ive even seen one of the women working at the counter deal with a hostile customer. She was patient and poised and did her best to help the woman with what she needed despite her hostility.In October, there was a mixup with our packages and we only got 1 part of a 2 part shipment. No one knew where the other box went. Middle of November, one of the FedEx team members who knew us told us that she found our missing package and we got to take both home! It was exciting because we had forgotten it by that point. They could have just tossed it in a dumpster and we wouldnt be the wiser but they didnt. They made sure we got our delivery.Even though this center is not the closest to us, we love going to 945 Sunnyside and so we deliberately set it as our pickup location. The team is great and professional, the center is nice and spacious, and we are always happy to go there!

My case manager at this location is least helpful. Been not wanting to leave a reveiw until today when i called he said hello helllloooo helllllooooo and hungupIn 1 sec call. Really dissapointed. Shipcenter denies receiving package despite ramp saying they deliverd. The case manager christoph saying no way to contact the ramp where as i contacted them 3 times them telling me this shipment was dispatched for shipcenter. They r not veiwing cctv saying they cAnt do this !! Tell me what to do

The lady on the phone even said that it needed to be investigated and insisted for investigation because didnt make sense on scan and notes.. She didnt even understand it by the sounds of her voice and explaining it to me. All she then said is that it happens all the time and she sorry about that. This is ridiculous and I cant believe that fed ex doesnt do anything to improve this. Sad that even some fed ex employees know how their system is. Oh and by the way, she gave me this facility address 945 s sunnyside san bernardino ca which is facility that was responsible for my package delivery and that she confimed that they still have my package at that facility.
Overnight Package was 5 days late. Still waiting for it to be returned to me, going on 10 days now. I understand the Covid circumstances but they they said they would email me regarding refund request... No email yet. Said they probably would not refund me. Everytime I call, about 8 times, they promise to call and update me... Only recieved 1 phone call so far. Dont use Fed ex overnight. If i get a call and get my package very soon, i will delete this review.
I hate when people I shop with go through Fedex, because if I knew that prior to purchasing I wouldn’t have purchased that item through them! They always say there was a gate or nobody was home and I have to go drive and wait to get my package and during covid it’s more stressful to have to do that! They don’t want to work when there’s so many people that would love to be able to have a income! It’s ridiculous!
Worst shipping company because they don’t deliver on the time, the website literally said it will be delivered on the 2nd of December and and now they telling me you will get it by the 4th because they don’t have drivers .... like common this is not my issue.
Never delivered package says attempted to deliver was standing outside when they sent notification completly incompetent customer service they are of no help at all
My package has been sitting here for a WEEK now. Was to be an expedited delivery. How on earth can you just let an expedited delivery package sit here for a week? LOUSY SERVICE

They are the worst delivery service. None of their drivers ever drop off my packages without me having to go through loops to get my stuff. Youd think theyd find a way to get stuff delivered as thats all they do. 🙄 Their customer service is just as bad as their service too...
Worst mailing company ever saysthey delivered but didnt I was at home all day. Called customer service got the run around, if you stay in apartments they do not try or attempt to get in no phone call or anything then try to make you drive to another city to pick up packages.

This is a very had experience with fed ex, i live in apr complex and they dont even try to let you know they are her. They dont contact you in any way to let you know. Ive tried to pick upmy shipment and was not possible...
When I was in a pinch I use FedEx get there the next day and it doesnt have any damage to the package
This facility failed to hold my package not reading their messages first thing at open, so many times the company failed successfully relay messages concerning my package. Fed ex is a terrible shipping company.

Why does your home office not know Your Hours of operation at all Locations? Office in San Bernardino closed at 1:55 on Sat. 08/08/2020. I am from the Mountains 45 min drive one way, others from Moreno Valley, also 45 min drive. Bought were told 3 PM.

Worst experience ever if your expecting delivery just pick it up cause they will mark your package couldnt deliver even if your home.

I missed the mail so the app directed me to come and pick up my package after 7:00 pm so I waited for 30 minutes while the ladies at the front end just ignored me and didn’t even want to tell me that they were close, hours changed nothing ! Just looked at me and pretended to be so wrapped up in their cleaning
