Avenue Auto was great! I definitely recommend. My local Honda dealer where I bought my car recommended them to repair my car after a car accident. They made the process very easy and friendly. I shared the insurance estimate which they matched with some suggestions of where to replace with new parts versus repair existing. Nick was especially friendly and helpful.  For example, I didn’t like the new special blind spot glass installed (wanted the regular glass I had previously) and they switched it out for me right away.  They even washed my car before giving it back to me! It was a pleasant experience end to end.

Great service here. They replaced my bumper, fender, repainted them, and paint blended the fender with the door for $2700. Very courteous, personable, straightforward, and professional service. I would recommend this shop based on my experience.

I had a nasty collision with a road object and after getting the tire replaced near the collision location, I decided to get my car towed to Avenue Auto for the rest of the work. The alignment had to be fixed, along with a few other parts and the bumper also had to be replaced.Im highly satisfied the quality of work done by Avenue Auto. The car looks as good as new with the new bumper being painted perfectly to match the color of my car. It also runs very smoothly like before. I was given an accurate, detailed estimate and the work was done quickly and on time. Aaron was super nice to work with - he was professional, friendly and very patient. Phone calls were always answered with accurate answers. They also took care of all dealings with insurance.Highly recommend them, and I will be coming back to them for future repairs!

These guys are great. Found them on Google and went in based on great reviews. Needed a tow hitch installed. Staurt and Mike were great. Mike explained everything I needed to know about using the bike rack. Dropped off the car in the morning and it was ready for pickup by noon. This is when other places were suggesting week long wait time. Will recommend. Prices are fair IMO.

My Dodge Charger was in a collision accident and once’s I made contact with this shop they took over the paperwork and made the transition of my wrecked car to their shop a breeze. They then quoted me a 2 week time frame for the repair of the damages to my car. And I am happy to say they finished 1 day ahead of schedule and I am more than happy with the quality work they did and The professionalism they showed over the phone and in person was superb. I would recommend this auto shop in a heart beat due to their reliability and customer support during these hard times.

Fraud - customers be aware they will charge you for original parts from dealer list price and install after market parts and pocket the difference. On Friday 11/22 I went to avenue auto service to fix my bumper it was hit in the parking lot. They quoted me for about $1500 to pull everything forward get an original bumper and parts from the manufacturer and he said the bumper would look like it was before brand new so I was like great even though the quote was quite high. It was close to my work and car rental place so it was convenient even though I got much lower quotes elsewhere I honestly should have went to the shops that quoted me with the much lower prices it’s a Honda Civic bumper and grail it’s not $1500 I was robbed. When I picked up my vehicle yesterday 12/3 it was around 5 pm right before they closed and it was getting dark and I didn’t really see my bumper clearly not until I went to the gas station under the light and noticed a huge difference in when I was looking at my bumper, I had my lights on and it showed this huge gap between my bumper and my lights on both sides and the bumper is not on correctly it’s more shoved in on the right than the left I was shocked I’m like how is this done so horribly! They didn’t deliver what they told me they were going to do! I went back to them this morning to have them fix the problem and adjust the bumper I talked to Mark the manager who was incredibly rude he was telling me if I want him to fix it I need to drop 3k or more I was like what! I told him I’m paying $1500 for a civic bumper that is way more than any other place and he basically brushed me off and kept telling me he can’t help me and it’s not his problem so I demanded to talk to Aaron the owner who was my main contact he said he’s not here you need to come back when he comes and wouldn’t give me a time so I left to go to work because he was going to have me wait all day with no answers. I called Aaron a couple hours later and he did the same thing kept telling me he’s not going to waste his time on my car. The car was suppose to be done in 3 days he went ahead and finished it in 2 which I thought was really nice at first to save on my rental. Instead they were hurrying up and messed up my car so they can get it out of the shop instead of taking their time to make sure it’s perfect they rushed and did a sloppy job. I just wanted them to fix my bumper today and they basically told me If I don’t drop down a couple thousand more they won’t help me. I can’t believe how incredibly mean these people were and because I’m a girl they kept saying stop looking at Amazon prices I told them I have friends/family in body shops and they even confirmed that Avenue Auto Service robbed me and that the guys were not going to help me in any way.

Avenue Auto Service is a real class act. They not only do an excellent job with body work they meet their commitments by following through and finishing when they said the car would be ready. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly.

This place is an honest shop that genuinely tries to restore your car to the most perfect state possible. I had a pretty big damage on my vehicle and yes, it took a while to get it all done. And yes, sometimes getting progress and updates were difficult. But they were very professional, worked it our with the insurance, and most importantly got the vehicle to a pristine state. So far the best auto body shop in San Carlos.

They are just fantastic! I very stupidly ran over a curb down the street and messed up the underside of the car. I knew nothing about this place but they were the closest one, so I went in. We were on the road, two hours from home and they immediately looked at and fixed the car. In less than two hours and for $30 we were back on the road - after we feared being marooned in town overnight or longer. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly, highly recommended!

He gave me several options to help minimize cost. Repaired on time and budget and car looks great. Would definitely use these guys in the future for any body repair work. I had a relatively minor auto body repair required after I was side swiped on US 101. All dealings with Avenue Auto were easy, they communicated frequently so that I always knew the status of my repairs, rental car pick and drop off was effortless from their location, and they were friendly and professional. Most importantly the quality of the work was excellent and they charged me a very reasonable amount for some minor work I added to the insurance covered damage repair. The person I dealt with has been there for 44 years, knows his business and is easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

My car broke an axle in the middle of the mountains, 25 miles from my home, and needed to be towed. Gary was fantastic to say the least. He was extremely nice and, because he couldnt tow us all the way back to where we needed to go, he set up a second tow truck so that it was at his shop before we even got there. He made a very stressful situation much less of a headache.
