The best customer service I have ever received at a tire shop. I was greeted immediately after getting out of my car. The tech was attentive and understood my issue. Took my car, no more than 15 mins later my tire was patched and I was ready to go! I will continue to give Les Schwab my business despite living in the south bay. They are 100% worth the trip.

I came here because the rear passenger side tire on my 94 Firebird Formula kept losing air pressure, they checked and found a piece of clear tape between the tire and wheel, they removed the tape and mounted and put everything back, All for Free! The service was amazing! Staff is very nice and will take care of what you need! Will come here for new tires and wheels for my 2001 suburban for sure! 5 STARS!

I drove through some unavoidable debris on the freeway. My rear, run-flat tire had several metal objects in it. The sidewall was punctured, so the whole tire needed to be replaced. My car doesn’t come with a spare tire. They had a run-flat tire in stock, fortunately. They were very helpful. They had me back on the road within 45 minutes. Great experience!

We ended up getting a flat on our rental rig and they patched us up and sent us on our way friendly service though

Edited 1/28;Les Schwab is worth every penny. Their tires are super high quality, and they truly stick by their warranty. I beat the hell out of my tires on forest services roads and dont worry because of how dependable Les Schwab is. The two times Ive had issues (both due to having a nail in one tire) they repaired it for free within an hour of me bringing my car in. Im a Les Schwab customer for life.

Best Tire Place. Helpful, honest, tire experts.

This place was great! First, they asked the right quwover the phone to be sure the quoted me the correct tire. Second - when I brought my car in they chedked to see if they could patch the tire. Third - once the determined that they couldnt fix it they gave MA a quote and told me I should check with the Mercedes dealer because my particular Continental tire would probably end up being cheaper at the dealer. They were correct. But - the next time I need tires I will definitely try this place again. Fantastic service and spirit.

Ashley and her team greeted me as soon as I pulled up and they fixed my flat tire (with three punctures) FREE OF CHARGE. Yes, you read that right. I would give this place more stars if I could. I brought my car in right after work in the evening and was able to park easily and had someone help me right away. The shop is nice and big and the waiting area is beautiful with nice, on display tires as well as a big screen tv and free popcorn! Dogs are welcome so I look forward to the next visit and Ophelia working there was the sweetest and best and most welcoming. It was quick and they didnt try to rip me off on anything. The guys were really nice. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Its all about being treated with respect and they do that here.

Great prices, quality service, and a variety of things you can get done there, such as an alignment, brakes. I go there on a regular basis and they put air in my tires for free.They have an excellent guarantee on tires, and they do come through on it. I have saved quite a bit of money by going here over the years.

Needed to re torque on the rims at a hundred miles we stopped in the Les Schwab that about a hundred miles down in the Bay Area and within two minutes so you had them retorqued and were on our way thank you very much guys

Super friendly crew. This is my go-to tire shop. I picked this place initially because of the distance from my house but after receiving the benefit of their warranty services, it has now been cemented as my go-to. Only downside is perhaps they are too popular and over weekends, you may have to wait a few hours. But nevertheless, honest tire people and shop.

Though at the end, they find no fault to the tire, this gives me a peace of mind by providing a detailed tire report and also quote on new ones down the road.Given the service provided and I will highly consider getting my tires changed by this business.

This shop has great service. I had a puncture in my tire and needed a patch. Took it to Les Schwab as it was close by and had good reviews. But they exceeded my expectations with their friendly and prompt service. The service person made getting me back on the road a priority. Its great when you find a auto service center that cares about the community they serve.

Id rate this specific location a ZERO if possible, but I cant go any lower than one star. Ive taken my car to 3 different Les Schwabs over the years. This is by far the worst. Let me just say I could have died or been seriously injured due to the shoddy work they did on my car.A few months ago, Les Schwab took off my tires to replace the brakes. The front tires were not put on properly, and my car made a knocking sound that day. Didnt happen before, but happened right after visiting their shop. At first, I was not sure what it was, but as I kept driving over the months, it got worse and worse until one day, I was driving and the wheel completely fell off the car. I was lucky to have been at a stop and driving slowly, otherwise it could have been worse for myself or others on the road. There is no excuse for this kind of negligence on the job.The tow truck driver who picked me up said all 4 lugs snapped off. So did the mechanic I had the car towed to. When I had a third person, another tow truck driver look at the car and he said the other wheel was loose too.When I had it towed to Les Schwab to have them fix the car, they wouldnt and told me to file a claim, but the claim came back and said they wouldnt fix the car. Really? Youre the last people to do anything with my wheels, theres a wobbling noise, and my wheel falls off my car a few months later...and you are claiming you had nothing to do with it? BS. I am now filing a claim with my insurance.Terrible company. Was it a mistake? Yes. But it was a mistake that could have cost me my life or the lives of others. They should definitely admit they were in the wrong and fix this, but they wont. Do not go here. Have they done good work before? Yes. However, this one mistake is enough for me to say never again.

Been here many times. They are always first class. This time I made an online appointment. They repaired two tires that had picked up screws from all the construction around town. They did it in less than an hour and for no charge!!!

Very helpful and service oriented. I just had new tires put on my 2003 Honda Element two weeks ago and the tires started losing air. I brought the car back and they quickly checked everything out and put bead sealant on the tires at no cost and were apologetic that I had that problem.I dont think I can fault them for the initial problem since the car is 16 years old and the tires were a bit corroded after spending most of those years in Chicago.

I’ve had my car serviced here a couple times. The location is clean, but most of all the people are great. They’re nice, easy to talk to and they’re really reasonable. Overall, I’ve had pleasant experiences and I recommend going here if you need help.

Ive gone here for tires and alignment. The staff is professional, greets you right away, teaches you about any issues or problems, and doesnt upsell things you dont need. I was ready to buy four new tires and they told me the back ones looked brand new and they did not recommend replacing, and, that they could match them to help all four tires evenly wear. A a mechanic myself I would say this center is staffed by honest, fast working, and friendly people. Prices are pretty good too, not the usual California markup. Dont believe the bad reviews, I think they are posted by people shooting the messenger.

I rarely post reviews on anything, but this one deserves. My car had a flat tire - they patched it in ~20 minutes and didnt charge anything. They waived the normal $20 charge and just asked me to return if I needed bigger service in the future. Worth noting that I had taken the car to Towne Mazda a few days before and they said the tire was not fixable, that there was a nail and removing it would make the tire unusable. So my expectation before going to Les Schwab was that Id have to spend a couple of hundred to get a new tire...

Fix a flat for free? Yes! They say nothing if free anymore but these guys don’t know it. They fix flats for free and just hope that when you actually need to buy tires you will come back. I did and their prices are competitive with the other tire shops. Only Costco can beat the price but Costco does not do the alignment so I think the price might be better than them too.

Went in to get a nail removed from my tire. There were two cars in the garage when I arrived, but the technicians brought the car in really quickly. Surprisingly it took over an hour to repair the tire. At least there was an interesting show on their television.

Awesome crew at my local Les Schwab. They helped me out tremendously with a speedy estimate and quick repair when I needed it. I took my car to another location for an oil change, but apparently I needed more work so I was talked into new front breaks and had to pay $1200.00!!! The other place also stated I had to replace my left front bearing and that is an additional $950!!! I said NO to The additional work and picked up my car instead. I NEEDED to replace the bearing, so my husband spent a day calling around for better quotes and we found Les Schwab was only going to charge us $350 for the same exact job!!! I dropped it off at 8am and at 9:45 my car was completed and ready for pick up! Now my car is back on the road and my husband is no longer my chauffeur :) thanks fellas! Well be back for our next service, you are my car guys!

My first time there - absolutely incredible! Brought a tire from another car to fix a flat. The moment I entered the parking lot a guy came out to greet me. AFAIK the job was done perfectly, they washed the wheel, packed it into a plastic bag and loaded into my trunk. Never seen such service before.

This is my go to place for tire issues. I popped (no pun intended) in to address a slow leak. They were accommodating and nice. They quoted me a 1:45 to 2 hour wait, but they had me out in an hour. They found the nail and patched the tire at no charge.

Great experience. Pinhole leak in tire. Unrepairable. Put spare on, installed new high pressure stem and didnt charge me anything. Thanks Stephen!!! Very grateful.

I came in to replace my Prius OEM tires as a Toyota service center in Fremont told me it was time and was clearly trying to sell me a new set of tires.Thankfully, I came into Schwab and met Mike. He immediately inspected my tires and told me that I still have time to replace them and didn’t need a change them any time soon. Loved the honesty!When my tires are due for a change, I know where I’ll be coming back to get a them replaced.

I had a flat tire needed to be patched up, so I googled it to find a tire store near me. Less Schwab came up with pretty good reviews therefore I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, not only they fixed it in less than 30 mins but also they provided the service free of charge. I definitely will go back in the future for any tire work.

Blown away by my experience this morning. I had a slow-leaking tire, and decided to take it to Les Schwab because it was close to home. I was greeted as soon as I parked, and handed them my keys. I quickly explained the situation, then sat in their well-equipped waiting room while they went to work. It was only a few minutes before the technician came in to let me know they had found a screw in the tire, and they were going to patch it. A short time later, I was told that everything was completed. I was given my keys and sent on my way again. On top of the quick and pleasant experience, they didnt even charge me! I cant recommend this shop enough.

They were able to look at my tire right away, and recommend replacements. Everything was clearly explained and efficient.

They sell quality products and they stand behind what they sell.

Went to get a tire patched on a Saturday, completely ad hoc. Not only were they fast and friendly, but they did it for free as an invitation to come back and buy tires from them when we need them next! It worked, because well definitely be going back.

This is what you would expect a tire place to look. Its all there but cigar smoke and oily rags. People were friendly but I cant wait a week for truck repairs. Who would pay for that?

Shortly after rotating tires at this place, one of my nice wheel covers came off and went down a deep ditch (could not find in the thick vegetation). A couple more days later on Highway 92, while on the bridge unable to stop, another wheel cover came off. I checked the other covers remaining, one of them was not snug and the other one was already loose allowing it to jiggle. Makes me concerned if the lug nuts are even torqued. For that matter, if care isnt taken to torque evenly and properly, then the rotors warp. Im looking for a place that gives proper attention and due diligence to critical (safety) things like this. I also did not like how it was handled, so I will not be returning.

Best Service but really sad to hear they are selling. The service will never be the same. I put these guys as the Nordstroms of tire stores. I can only hope they are still around this Summer so I can get my last set of tires put on there. I really do not want to go anywhere else.

I went to Les Schwab in San Carlos to get my tires rotated and to get a small leak repaired in one tire. They did the work in about 45 minutes and then charged me nothing. They simply asked that I come back to purchase my next set of tires from them.The definitely earned my business in the future.

0 stars if I could. Have been a faithful Les Schwab buyer throughout California for decades. They have the best customer service of any company, bar none. But apparently this place gets a pass on that standard of customer service, because they were the rudest and most unhelpful auto-related store Ive ever been to. 9:30 am, 0 customers in the store, 5 employees behind the counter doing NOTHING. Wouldnt even look up at me. Finally got someones attention, and he glanced up, and proceeded to drolly tell me that they didnt have any tires for my car, despite having called in prior to ask if they did. Rude, lying, and apathetic. Id like to give a specific shoutout to Martin, for being a reticent, worthless prick.

I am impressed. I needed warranty service for brake work done at another location. My first call resulted in them ordering parts, given my invoice number from a store in another state. A second call to set an appointment and confirm that the parts would be there. I arrived with the vehicle, and they set to work on it within 30 minutes or so. They seem to have done the job right this time. I even got a call from the manager of the store that did the original work with concern about my safety and an apology for the inconvenience.Free Wi-Fi meant I could work while waiting. Free coffee and popcorn. I am a satisfied customer.

This place is a joke especially if you have a nice European car. The mechanics will take your car for joyrides and abuse it by speeding it up and slamming on the brakes. I went in with wheel alignment problems and came out with the issue worse and they told me its the best they can do. They were very rude and the mechanic who worked on my car accidentally broke one of my steering wheel joints and said we cant fix it. The management sucks along with the mechanics. This place is a scam and waste of time.

I had planned to go to Les Schwab to buy snow chains, but was also losing air slowly from a back tyre.when I asked about snow chains, rather than simply selling me the standard generic chains, I was asked if I had the manual for my car. The manual said that I had the wrong wheels / tyres for standard snow chains and I was advised to speak to my car dealership for advice. I asked if they could take a look at my tyre and repair if possible. They found a nail in my tyre, repaired it and then said it was on the house. They simply asked that I consider them for any future tyre etc requirements.Very impressive service and they will definitely be my first choice in the future!!
