Like most dealers they wont let you leave until you purchase a vehicle. I gotta say though it was worth it required my used Honda civic for a fair price. Im a happy customer.
I went to Primo Honda to get my 2020 Honda Clarity serviced on Monday, 8/2/21. I was greeted upon entering the service area and was met with extremely attentive staff. I was notified about the service that would be performed, the quote, and estimated wait time (~2 hours). I left Primo Honda happy and would gladly come to get my car serviced here again.
At the front desk we went through the maintenance history to select the work to be done taking the new car usage into account. This was very helpful. Appreciated this a la carte service.
They were very helpful and professional. Luis Garrido helped me get a good deal. If youre looking for your next honda, this is the place to go.
First off let me say this off the back, there is no customer service when you walk in. You are not greeted or directed. I honestly had to find an employee to let them know I have an appointment.Bobby, the sales rep, he was nice when he showed the vehicle and when we gone on a test drive. But once we sat down to talk, he had no respect or consideration. I drove all the way there from Sacramento. I honestly told him that Im ready to cash the car right then and there if the price is right, but instead he wasnt willing to work with me. Did not even bother to talk to his manager to consider any deals. He told me that I shouldve talked to him about a deal over the phone, it wouldve saved me a trip. I mean who doesnt expect to get some kind of deal when buying anything in general? Out of respect for me coming all the way there, he couldve at least work with me l. Totally disappointed and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
Beware! $7,500 Damage Done to My Parked Car in Service AreaAt 8:15am on June 16, 2020, I took my Honda S2000 in for service. I pulled into the service lane, observed the sign that says Stop Here, parked, and checked in, leaving my keys (and car) in Primo Hondas possession. Id been there many times, so check in was quick, and by 8:30am I was walking home. Just before 9:00am, my service representative called me and said my car had been hit. Yes, a customer had backed into the right passenger side of my car.I immediately returned to Primo Honda. Much to my surprise, the driver of the colliding vehicle (and the vehicle) had already left the scene. However Primo Honda did get her name, phone number, and insurance information. Also to my surprise was that Primo Honda had already moved my car from the scene of the accident. I took pictures of the condition of my car for insurance purposes. But I was shocked that the driver (and her vehicle) had left the scene, and that my car had been moved from the scene.I pressed Primo Honda for security footage, which they finally delivered (sort of) on June 18. The footage delivered was only a cell phone recording of the video footage, because they couldnt figure out how to actually download a clip from the security system. Why does this matter? There is no time stamp on the cell phone recording of a recording.Primo Honda promptly claimed zero responsibility for this accident. The driver of the colliding vehicle admitted fault, apparently, and filed a claim with her insurance company. Is Primo Honda totally free of responsibility? Were they not negligent at all? They had my car keys. My car was parked in the Service Lane, unattended, for at least 15 minutes after I left. (This is where the time stamp of the video recording would be helpful.)I did some research online and to the best of my knowledge and understanding, the parking area by the service area at Primo Honda does not seem to comply with San Carlos Municipal Code requirements for parking space dimensions. If there are cars parked in the Service Lane (where the sign clearly says, Stop Here) there is only 12 feet of backing up space for cars parked in the 90-degree angle spaces. Per San Carlos Municipal Code, 24-feet of backing up space is required for cars parked at a 90-degree angle. See the diagrams and pictures below. (You have to click on the diagrams to see the full measurements.)Even if you assume the Service Lane isnt really a lane or temporary parking area, that lane is only 10-feet wide... so the total backing-up space would be 22-feet. That is still not meeting the Municipal Code parking requirements. Now, its entirely possible that these requirements do not apply to Primo Honda service area, or that Primo Honda received some kind of exception or waiver. I do not know. I am not a lawyer or builder. And I have been unsuccessful at getting anyone at Primo Honda or San Carlos City Hall to address the issue. What I do know is that the Service Lane and Parking Area is tight! Watch yourself, and do not trust the service folks to move your car to safety promptly. After you check in, Id stay with your car until they pull it into the garage.I never received an apology or any acknowledgement that yes, maybe they were a bit negligent in caring for my vehicle. Or in designing their parking area...?For twenty years, Ive taken my S2000 to Honda dealers for every service and oil change... but whether I ever go to Primo Honda again remains uncertain.
BUYERS BEWARE!! I went to Primo Honda in San Carlos to purchase a vehicle. the salesman that helped us was very nice to us, while I was sitting in the salesman office I could hear the finance manager named Sammy saying very unprofessional, degrading comments about us to our salesman, and acting like theyre offering luxury vehicles for sale. And the only reason why we went there is because we were referred to this place from a very close friend of mine. So unless you dont care about how they truly feel about their customers I would not EVER EVER purchase, serviceor recommend this particular dealership to anyone, go someplace where they actually care about their customers and respect your situation, Instead of belittling a family with small children.
I abhor lazy customer reps.Primo Honda, how may I help you?Yes, can I come in for an oil change today? No, we do oil changes by appointment only.*silenceWell when can I make an appointment?Earliest appointments we have are on Thursday.*silence*The issue I have is you cant take it today. Okay, how about following up without the customers prompting, So sorry maam we are fully book for today. I can get you in for your oil change on Thursday if that works for you. Would you like me to make an appointment? So simple, right?I originally gave an 1 star rating. However I changed it to a 2 because my first experience with Primo was excellent.
Nice and efficient place to get your Honda service. Separate counter to order parts and accessories. Easy.
Just purchased new CR-V at Primo. I really appreciate how informative our sales representative was. Renan Fontanilla made this a very easy process and added great value with his wealth of knowledge on each topic we touched. I would definitely by from him at Primo Honda again.
I am a highly satisfied customer of Primo Honda in San Carlos, having just purchased the car I was seeking at a fair price, concluding the deal the day that my wife and I arrived to pursue this purchase. Thanks to a skilled and committed sales person and support staff.
Terrible service center. I wouldnt recommend it. I brought my car for a recall. After they took care of the recall, they said they had to do the alignment because of it. I brought my car back and it started making noise. And it turned the wheel bearing is bad. I never had the noise before I brought the car to this service center. On top of that, they didnt do the alignment right or never did it. After driving the car around for a week, my both front tires were completely bald at the edges. I had to change both of them immediately. Do not trust them. They will ruin your completely working vehicle to a problematic one. Would never go back here
Bought a used car here recently. The sale took a very long time to complete and Ive had several minor issues since then that they have taken a very long time to address. I dont recommend doing business with them.
Great experience with the Service Department! Go and see Sam...Very friendly and a transparent approach to what your vehicle actually needs. Thanks again Primo Honda!
I really liked how Bobby was willing to put in the work to make me happy as a customer. We ended getting a good price on it! Im also glad he wore his mask properly and was thinking about safety guidelines.
I made a mistake of asking them to program my new key fob for $$$.Google it and you can do it yourself.I learned this after the fact when I replaced the battery of my old key fob. What really pissed me was they have me set for an appointment because it will take about an hour. When I showed up, the service rep says it will take 2 hours!LIARS!!! It only takes less than 15 seconds.
Confirm price before going there. I have seen for certain things like oil change this place is good but for other maintenance items this places is really expensive. $750 + tax for front brake pads and rotors replacement is extremely high, given that these parts cost fraction of that price.
Both on the phone and in person, Art was super kind, clear, and easy going. It was my first time coming into the dealership, so the clear signage was really helpful. The time & cost estimate Art gave were 100% accurate. The whole staff was helpful and courteous. Honestly, Ive never had a better car-related experience. Thanks to Art and the Primo team for making my day!
Very big dealership with a good size lot and clean and new looking showroom. Helpful and attentive staff .
I just purchased a 2018 Basque Red Honda CR-V, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.Ric and Ryan were gentlemen and were generous with their time and advice. I am especially grateful that Ric coordinated a trade for my vehicle with Tracy Honda, since they did not have the exact car I was interested in.My one complaint is that there are many added things that they will try to sell at the end of the deal. For instance Karr Security, or other packages for maintenance. They are extraordinarily expensive, and it is off-putting to have them mentioned while signing all of the official paperwork. That said, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the new location is gorgeous and well located next to 101.
Bobby was great, and the clear pricing was refreshing compared to other dealerships
Super happy with this dealership. I wanted to install a transmission cooler in my Honda pilot, they offered the best price by far (1/3rd vs honda Fremont and Hayward). Sammy provided great service. Highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. They lost my daughters air filter cover when they did a diagnostic. Would not find it or pay for another. Car needed a transmission and cost was too too high.I changed my review because I think it was nice of the General Manager to reach out to me to try to help. We had a nice conversation.
I love the customer service specially Mr. Bob and Mr. Renan. Theyve been really helpful to us. We already bought 2 cars from them, and they never let us down. Thank you and keep up the good work!
This business preys on ignorant & desperate customers. I went to get the bottom of my engine splash shield reinstalled and they told me it was broken and I had to get the whole assembly completely replaced. With OEM fasteners+parts&labor I was quoted an almost $500 service fee. I bought the overpriced screws ($6 per screw, non OEM are $8 for 25 on amazon and OEM are $2-3 from online distributors) and went to my regular mechanic who runs a normal honest business and they performed the installation for free in 10 minutes. If you want to waste your time and money paying literally hundreds of times more for a basic service, this is the right business to come to.
Clean and convenient waiting room (free coffee, water, wi-fi and electricity), courteous advisers and fast service.
Every time I bring my car to this location for routine service something is missed. I came in last week for an oil change and they rotated my tires for me, I drove off the lot and my tire pressure light immediately comes on and I come back because the light doesnt go off after air has been put in it several times. They tell me that a nail is in my tire but this is what was supposed to be checked when my car was serviced. So, what is the point of routine checks if these things are missed. This is not the first time something has been wrong after Ive had my car serviced here.
Friendly staff. Service was completed by estimated time. Complimentary car wash!
Helpful, quick and reliable.
I had my car serviced at Primo Honda. Art did a great job on managing my case. Very happy with the service quality and professional treatment received. Strongly recommended!
Ive been coming to yall since 2016 and have always had such warm, positive experiences that I literally look forward to bringing my car in for service. Everyone who has helped me has been great. This was my first time at the new location and it was awesome - super clean, spacious and comfortable. Service (battery replacement) was speedy and yall even washed my car!! Was not expecting that at all and it was such a nice surprise. Also I love Sammy sooo much.
I purchased a Honda Odyssey from a used dealer and brought it to the service center to see if any work needed to be done. They recommended a brake change for around $500 plus a few other services. I declined as the warrant should have covered a brake change at the other dealership, but after checking with the other dealer and a third mechanic none of Primo Honda’s recommended services were seconded by others. Brakes conservatively still have 15,000 miles worth of life in them. Not sure if Primo Honda service center was trying to take advantage or is incompetent, but won’t be going back.
I was greeted quickly and the service process was clearly explained in terms of what service would be done. The entire staff was extremely friendly and greeted me throughout the facility. I could see how clean the facility was kept and I appreciated that. The lounge was great because of the sports on TV, and plenty of plugs for my devices to charge while I waited. The problem with my battery was determined quickly and was fixed immediately. There was no lagging around.
Im torn with this review because my experience at Services yesterday was amazing, but there was a high number of employees not following CDC protocol and were not wearing masks. To my knowledge, all the employees not wearing masks were sales associates as everyone in the area where I dropped off my car at for service was wearing a mask. Now, I can understand if employees decide to take off their masks inside their break rooms or offices, but yesterday employees were blatantly not wearing masks while walking through the common area. It also wasnt just 1 employee, it was at least 4 employees walking through the common area in the back where all customers are sitting and walking in and out of the back door. In addition, it wasnt that they were just incorrectly wearing the masks, or they were in the middle of the common area and decided to put it on, the employees were holding their masks in their hands and walking by customers. Sometimes when they were coming through the back door they didnt even have a mask on hand at all. To top it off, these 4+ employees not wearing masks didnt just make one trip through the common area, they were repeatedly going in and out of the back door next to the common lounge while not wearing their mask. Its one thing if Primo Honda didnt enforce customers to wear masks, but its a whole other thing if Primo Honda employees arent being enforced to wear masks. There are also signs everywhere requiring everyone entering the building to wear a mask.Once again, service is fantastic (specific shout out to Kah Fai for helping me yesterday) and everyone at Services was wearing masks, but the number of other employees who knowingly and repeatedly walked by customers without wearing a mask was appalling and I truly hope management heavily enforces wearing masks moving forward.
I was just exploring the possibility of leasing a new SUV, as our current lease with Ford was going to expire soon. When I contacted Primo Honda, it was Jim who picked up the phone. Jim immediately gave an appointment. After we met, he understood our concerns and tried his best to get the deal finalized to our delight. He was very polite, professional, and helped us at all stages with a smile. He prepared the vehicle and gave us a good tutorial. He also made a test drive and offered his help in the future. He played a crucial role in finalizing the deal. He is outstanding and exceptionally bright. The finance manager was also accommodating and cheerfully completed all the formalities. We are very impressed by Primo Hondas work culture and professionalism. Overall, great experience with Honda!
I had a good experience servicing our car at Honda Primo. Very professional, very prompt, very honest people who work there. Good job, guys!
Great service. Rob was very friendly. Loved that he want to see a happy buyer. I am very happy with my purchase and the process.
Sandy was helpful and nice.
Very quick and professional. Art was very helpful throughout the process
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and go there for regular scheduled maintenance. Very nice large dealership with friendly staff. One of the best waiting areas Ive seen at a car dealership.
Great! Customer service. Went there for a recall on my Honda Pilot got a curtesy car, was able to go to work and by the end of the day got a text y car was ready thank you primo Honda
I loved this place I recently bought a car here and I loved the experience they helped me with the process from beginning to end and Jim was helping me to find the car I wanted, they had to get the specific car I wanted and all tho I had to wait 3 extra days I ultimately I did get the car I want it in the color I want it and the style I want it.
Theyre super helpful. Amazing team!
Everyone was very helpful and made is feel comfortable with our purchase.
Attentive customer vehicle service. Greeted warmly and answered questions with a smile. They make the time to answer any questions about your car and if the person you ask cant help, they quickly find someone who can.My senior dad bought his truck here too, and they were not pushy nor were we made to feel like we would lose a given price if we walked. Awesome dealership.
Technician acted very fast and as usual best customer experience from Samy
I had issue my car not starting up, end up being badly which purchase from them in 2018 was under the warranty replacement for 3 years. My service advisor name was Art.
Courteous adviser and a good service.
Honest people they really looked out for me. I took flight from Florida to buy the car and it was perfect. Thanks again Primo!!!
Always Excellent service here! The Staff are very friendly and make sure everyone is taken care of. I will only take my car here because I know I can trust the staff and service to be great! I got my transmission fluid changed here and I thought the service was excellent. And free shuttle to your home if you live in the local surrounding areas.
Had car eith trim I wanted in stick, sales rep excellent, easy to work with.
Jim was incredible. He was so patient and didnt push a car on us. He answered all of our questions and let us take time the think and talk things out. Best car salesman I have ever met!
I would like to praise Jim Freeman. From the moment we arrive in the store’s visitor parking we were greet by him and he were able to answer all our questions about the cars we wanted. Thought a fully explained test drive experience we fall in love with the car.He prompt addressed all our concerns about our about to and lease and we were able drive out our new car in the same day.
Facilities extremely clean and modern with workspace while waiting. Coffee and water well appointed. Restrooms are clean. Finally, excellent customer service at every step. Excellent drop off service.Would recommend this dealership to my friends and come back to get my second car.
Jim was a great salesperson and overall great resource to work with through my time purchasing my Clarity. This was my first car purchase and he made the process very easy and not intimidating at all! He was extremely patient with me and let me come back a couple times to see the car, ask a lot of questions and take my time with the decision. I would 100% recommend him & Primo Honda in the future to my friends and family in the market for a car.
Its always great! And they are so patent with me. Not knowing much or anything a bout cars... I wasnt scolded for inflating my tires too much... I could have flown in the car!Jokes aside. Im really happy with the service, the showroom, the people and customer service is unique.
Staff is courteous. Joey was very thorough and informative. Sean was very helpful responding to my question. Good to know we can rely on continued excellent service from this dealership.
We spent 30K on a new car. There was no negotiation or room for price decrease. Next day, we went with some additional questions. The individual inside the main office was very rude. Asked us to GET OUT when the sale person told us it was OK to go inside. This is how they treat their customers. Once you buy a car, you are treated without respect. My wife and I were insulted and our answers went unaddressed. There are many dealers. Dont waste your time here.
My experience purchasing a car from PrimoHonda was really outstanding! Jazmine, Bobby and the finance representative were all very exceptional at answering all of my pre-car questions and they made it super easy to purchase the Honda car of my dreams! Thank you so much PrimoHonda!
I came in casually checking out the Honda Accord Hybrid (after seeing what Toyota had to offer) with intention to check out a few more dealerships. Bobby, my salesperson, introduced my wife and me to the Clarity and we were hooked. I didnt know about the Clarity before I walked in. I didnt go on to the other dealerships and I drove away with it less than 24 hours later, not intending to buy a car anytime soon. Bobby is the first salesperson Ive ever actually liked in 40+ years of car buying. Kudos also to the guy who did the final paperwork - that was the most positive backroom experience Ive ever had.
I had a really great experience with Jim. He is a very courteous, helpful and supportive, explained the features of the car in detail and supportive about my information request. Overall fantastic experience! Would recommend him to everyone purchasing a honda car.
Yama was super friendly and very helpful. He knew everything about the vehicle we were asking about and wasnt pushy about the sale. We appreciated the patience he had when answering all of our questions. We were pleasantly surprised by the great price on the Odyssey and the honest feedback on accessory items. Alan was very friendly and quick in processing our sale too. The new showroom is very nice, modern, and clean...bathrooms too. Overall, we will be going back when we need service and/or are looking for another vehicle.
Primo Honda helped me out when there was nothing in it for them. For context: Ill be turning in a leased Civic later this month. Official lease-end inspectors were, pre-covid-19, sent to your home to look at the car, and now these inspections occur only after the car has been turned in to a dealership-- once the car is turned in, its impossible to make an insurance claim. I wanted a trustworthy inspection on some cosmetic damage to the car, to know whether it would be worth the hassle of making a claim. I live up here, but Im inheriting a car from family in So Cal, so I will neither be returning the car to Primo nor am I in the market to buy.Nevertheless, Jose in sales agreed to give me the benefit of his expertise and had me come in. I was greeted quickly and kindly and all social distancing protocols were observed. Jose, for his part, not only took a good look at the car, but also had it washed to make sure he knew whether some tree sap on the paint had done any damage I might be expected to pay for. My sense is that he would take that kind of extra care with clients as he did with me, to whom he had no obligation. While I may not be in the market for a car, I will definitely be taking the Honda Im inheriting to Primo for my future service needs. Thanks Jose!
Great staff and our sales person was the best! I have bought about 10 vehicles in my life and I was literally in shock how easy their process was there was not one bit of the typical high pressure sales at the end. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience at this dealership. I had heard good things about the Accord but had never driven one. Renan did a very good job explaining the cars capabilities. I appreciate his low pressure approach.
The team was very helpful and resourceful.
Very nice and modern Honda dealer. All the guys in the service department do a great job taking care of their customers and their cars. Only had once incident where there was a miscommunication and I was not allowed to pick up my car and wasnt given a rental, but Sean (the Service Manager) was apologetic and followed up with the service adviser so it wouldnt happen again in the future. Good customer service!Look forward to buying my next Honda here!
I havent bought a new car or been in a dealership in decades, so I approached this task with some trepidation. I neednt have worried! I like the personal touch provided by Gabriel, and even the manager came to say hello when I was picking up my car. Gabriel was so knowledgeable about the various components of my new car--many of which are brand new and a real change for this old-car driver. It was clear that Gabriel was personally available anytime I had a question, even in the future. What an asset! Also I liked that I could have my choice of car features. The whole experience was worth driving over to San Carlos from Livermore, even if it meant passing other Honda dealerships closer to me. This will be my recommended go-to place in the future.
Great service. Helpful staff. Not long waiting
Mr Jim Freeman is very kind person. He drove my car all the way to my home. Its 100 minutes round trip. Very good and extra services! He is the best car salesman ever, after I have bought 5 news cars in my life.
This is the worse Honda Dealership. Las Tuesday I took my car there to make a key they told me it was going to take 1 hr. and they were going to call me. they never call me and took day and a half. Also they never answer the phone at service .
I come here for services on my CRV. The staff are great and attentive! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Its also great that they take their own pictures of your car before servicing it. I cant tell you how many times Ive had other dealers scratch my car only to try and hide it or try and blame me for it.
Great helpful staff. Service department writer P is excellent, he really went the extra mile to make us happy. I will be taking my future Honda Needs to Primo Honda. The location is a little difficult to spot from the street because is is set so close to 101.
Thank you for your wonderful servece to the all staff. Sorry we have a difficult time but we will be fine 🙂 again Tenks for the exelent services
Oh Not again! Have to write another review about this place. I bought my 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid at Redwood City Honda 4 years ago. Now my audio system doesnt work. It is asking me for a PIN. I looked in all my documentation and could not find a PIN to unlock it. When they sold me this vehicle they neglected to give me a PIN for the audio system.I researched at Honda Online, it said I need the VIN and audio system serial number to get the PIN. Honda Online said that the serial number would be on a sticker inside the glove box, no sticker. This Honda dealer had neglected to attach the sticker. I brought the vehicle to Primo Honda to get the PIN, the tech couldnt figure it out, he said it shouldnt need a PIN. But now they want to make an appointment to bring it in and charge me a $165 diagnostic charge to remove the audio system from the dashboard, and then determine how much more this is going to cost me. What a giant hassle that is, bring it in, leave my car for a day, go rent a car for my job, time off work, etc. i am not sure I trust these guys working on my car.
The customer service was great and quick. They were very up front about the expected service/cost and even gave a coupon discount which was very much appreciated. They even suggested letting them look at the car next time before agreeing to do a possibly needed break service to ensure we did not pay for something we don’t need yet. The new facilities are also great!
Since they moved I really enjoy going there so much more. Easier to get into the service bays with out the wait on El Camino and their service team is incredible. Bringing Art Maneafaiga on board as a service consultant has even improved their service 100%. He is an absolute joy to work with. Very honest and fair and helpful. I love having getting to interface with.
Their service center is definitely a scam. Came here with a warning message on my dash for low tire pressure in last week of April to which they confirmed that the tire was perfectly Ok and nothing needed to be done.Fast forward to May 20, and I still see the warning message comeback one week after my first visit. On this instance, they took it in for inspection and spotted a nail which they removed and patched. Now I was re-assured there was nothing wrong with this tire or any other tire and I was good to go.Now in the first week of June I see the warning message again and paid them a visit and they said I would have to leave the car for further inspection and since my maintenance was around the corner I scheduled an appointment the following Tuesday based on their availability.Today after i dropped off the car, they call me and say that the tire is completely damaged and needs replacement. When asked how they would justify my earlier visits and the patch they fixed, the staff is trying to read googled definition of bubble in a tire. Thanks but no thanks, never returning. I hope more people read this review and take necessary precautions.Would have given them zero stars but had to give one as a requirement.
Samuel is a great service advisor, everything went smooth and quick.
Yama was very easy to deal with. He’s the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with! 5 stars for him.
Solid dealer, never have had a problem with them
I was taken very good care. I would take my car there again. Matt Rost was great to work with.
Best experience with Primo Honda because of the great support from my service adviser Sammy. Really will be coming back because of the great service and knowledge Sammy provided. True model of great customer service. Thank you again Primo Honda
Ive had superb customer care and fair product/services pricing from both the sales floor and the service department. I have four Honda vehicles (2005 - 2019) and will continue to bring my business to Primo - I recommend Primo to anyone needing service or seeking to purchase a new vehicle.
The service component of this dealership was amazing at working my cars issues. The service advisor reached out within 90 minutes of me dropping off my car with an initial evaluation and was able to get me good advise on how to proceed with said repair. Kept up to date the entire way plus was completely reachable via email which was ideal for me when I was at work. Car repair done with urgency plus got offered a Uber since their shuttle service had not started when I dropped off and had ended when I was off work to go pick up my car.
Did 22 point inspection, oil change, flush and change brake fluid and flush and change engine coolant. When my service advisor handed me the paperwork, I asked how my brakes were doing. Turns out they hadn’t inspected the brakes. So I told them to inspect the brakes - which they did. After driving the car home and not having driven the car for a few days, I checked the fluids since I was already suspicious after they failed to inspect my brakes. Turns out the engine coolant reservoir that according to my Honda Civic user manual has to be filled to the max level is EMPTY. First I set up an appointment with Honda Primo again to have it filled up. Then I decided it’s not worth my time to deal with these people anymore and went to get some coolant myself. Filled up the coolant to the prescribed level. No problem. No leaks or anything. So like with the “forgotten” break inspection, Honda Primo was simply too lazy or negligent to do a proper job replacing the engine coolant. That didn’t prevent them from charging me almost $160 for coolant replacement. Most likely scenario is they didn’t even replace the coolant. The coolant level was probably low already since I hadn’t had it replaced in a very long time (if ever).Just stay away from these people. At least I will.
Excellent customer service from Sammy, like always
Everyone we spoke with was warm and friendly. Being offered water and updated on timing while the system was down. Leadership and the staff all stayed engaged, managed expectations for the delay, and maintained a positive client experience. Shawn and Oscar were great! We were pleasantly surprised how quickly we were able to move through the finance portion once in the office; very efficient! We look forward to returning when it is time to replace our second vehicle and referring friends to this dealership.
Took my 2016 accord in for brakes. The new office is so professional, the staff was amazing like always.. Smiles and greetings at the door. Sammy is always a hard working young man with good conversation and sweet energy. Shawn is always making sure his customers are happy with their services, and doing with a pleasant Demeanor. Customers service is key ..... they got it all here . They are my primos for sure.
I’ve been a customer of Primo Honda for at least 10 years. I always come back: service is professional, trustworthy, transparent. Prices are reasonable and staff is open and explains things well.
Sammy and the crew there were fantastic. Best visit yet to your facility. I especially would like to thank the team for the above and beyond attitude they had with my concern with my wheel issue that was rubbing. They made sure it was secure and not rubbing as well as took care of all my other concerns. I really appreciate it.
They provided the service I requested in a timely manner.
Sammy Martinez did an exceptional job with my car’s need for a maintenance B service 1. I’m usually getting my Maintenance in San Bruno Ca, It was my first experience at Primo, since I work in Redwood City and I was extremely pleased.Highly recommend.
Raymond was very professional and kind. Expedited the process and kept me informed throughout my wait. He extended himself by making calls to the company that handles the maintenance plans. Primo was clean and comfortable to wait in.
I have been buying cars for 45 years and this was one of the best expressions ever. Yeraldine and Luis are great, very knowledgeable, helpful and low key - not the typical car salesperson - it felt like I was buying from a friend.Highly recommended!!
