The customer service was amazing. Wonderful. Unique. Never been done before.

I dont typically post, but I stumbled upon this and noticed the was a one star? So I had to see the reasoning behind this....Im so sorry for the ppl that work there because theres no way the customer service is bad there. Nothing but excellence in my opinion. I think I might even reach out to some friends to see how they feel. Hilti Store! Do not be discouraged by one review when all the other reviews prove that u are a 5 star!

Banks wish there hours were this good. Siri would make a better costumer service person in this store. I will never go there again. I’ll wait for ups to bring it to me and look for all other options other than Hilti.
