Great workers always well job done

So this is a first for me, Im reviewing a company I havent done business with! M & J were so awesome, I feel that I need to say something. I brought in a couple of glass pieces from 2 lamps Id just broken - and stupidly, after 15 years of owning these lamps, I managed to break the same pieces on each one doing the same thing! So - after reading the great reviews posted here I took the pieces into the shop and left them for Mark to look at when he returned. He gave me a call that evening and apologized right away for the cost, knowing it was going to be a lot more expensive than I could have imagined. It was. Not so much for the glass, but for the unique holes it would need. Before I could even say anything, he offered to do it for less, but it was still a lot. I thanked him and said I needed to decide how much I liked these lamps... I went in the next day to pick up the pieces and he again apologized that he couldnt do it for less. I know enough about working with glass to know how very difficult it was going to be to do those holes - his price was high but very fair. So I opted not to have it done. But he (and his charming wife) were both so kind and understanding! I know Ill be going here the next time I have any glass needs.

Did a great job on my home. They replaced 4 dual glazed windows two years ago. Good prices and good service.
