As a buyer, I can’t relate to the negative reviews here. I had amazing experiences each of the five times I’ve been to their store. Fair prices for a local place, over the top selection, and amazing customer service all contributed to a big smile when I left. Keep it up!!

Friendly staff, good selection, good prices.

I visited this store with a positive attitude and was respectful and polite. When the gentleman knew that I was trying to get a idea of how much my coins where worth he dropped my coins on the counter with purpose and turned his back. As he left he just said GOOD BYE! There price was lower than the five other stores and his costumer service is discusting. So far worst place to sell coins on the peninsula!

The old gentleman (sorry, dont know his name) was very helpful to me today. I told him what I was looking for (a commemorative half dollar) that I didnt see on display; he went in the back and broke up a complete set of halves they had assembled to show me the coin. He read the price off the Greysheet right in front of me. All in all, great service and fair prices. You probably arent going to score a bargain here, but who really expects to find bargains in a high-end shopping center like Town & Country anyway?

They only want to sell you overpriced coins. They tell you your coins arent worth much, they buy your coins (rip you off) and then sell them at their real worth to make some money. The woman I dealt with there is a real jerk. 0 stars.

Not sure about the other reviews. Today both of the staff were friendly and helpful. Answering questions and getting things out of the back for me to look at. Pricing was lower than expected for a shop and less than eBay. Also huge selection. Low stars for high prices? Ugh dont buy then, and let me know where you get yours so cheap! Im sure it cost to rent that space and hes got 70+ years experience. Nothing looked fishy except the neg reviews (alternative motives??).

I called on the phone asking about the worth of only one coin. When I callled a second time this rude employee said that they are very busy and don’t have all day. And none of my coins were valuable. And to not call again. She was not polite what so ever. Not even in the first call. 0 stars😡

Excellent family run place to buy beautiful eye appealing coins, great service, nice selection fair prices to the collector.

If I could give it 0 star I would do it. First of all, the staffs were having problems with their professional skills, not knowing which years peace dollars and Morgan dollars were issued; secondly, every single coin here is overpriced, not to mention the staffs didnt have the privilege to even give us a 5% discount; lastly, the prices they buy coins are extremely low.

I have been to this store about 3 times in the last 5 years. i would say its over priced and they will not give you what your coins are worth. your better off going on eBay.

This place is a Joke. Over the phone they told me they will pay $1.25 over spot for my silver eagles and canadian maples. When I get there they low ball me. I drove in traffic to get to their place and all they can say is thanks for showing me your coins? I guess they thought once im there i will sell it. Dont trust a word they say. Thats my thought.

This place is horrible! Drove clear across town after a lengthy phone conversation just to find bait and switch plus BS! quite pathetic!

It was honestly a rude and disrespectful conversation on the phoneI was asking about the value on my coins, then later the irritated women on the phone was saying that I should stop calling and that nothing was valuable and to stop calling.
