Robin Comita, I disagree. ....Yes when they are busy you can feel ignored ( this process takes time so each associate stays dedicated to their potential customer) but these people are knowledgeable, helpful, experienced and have an incredibly talented team of sourced professionals for cleaning, restoring and installing granite, stone, marble etc. Price wise ? Yes they may be on the higher end but in my opinion its worth it.

Too many employees - not enough help.5th of july. arrived at 2pm. 4 receptionist sitting at the front. never been there b4 so asked if need reservation. no response. jan was gr8 at pointing (our inhouse at backwall - just walk around). even went back to the front to ask a question (can any tile be a backsplash? no response). after an hour, my partner left in disgust. stood in front of the 4 receptionist (i was the only one there btw). finally proclaimed i am ready to order). jan relunctantly got up to find someone. 90 minutes since arrival - nothing in hand. drove from santa cruz to be ignored and dismissed. if i wanted that kind of service, go to home depot. at least they are cheaper.

Have tried 3-4 times to shop for product here over the course of a year. Every time the staff was unfriendly and hard to get to help with questions. I would go elsewhere.

Getting the people at this place to help me with a single task has been like pulling teeth. If you can go elsewhere, you should.
