Well, many many years ago; service great; bought patio furniture here; now in new home, went back a few weeks ago; whomever the sales guy there quite unfriendly and disinterested in helping; 3 groups of people came in to browse; he didn’t offer assistance, in fact, looked disdainfully at us all. Like not welcomed in Patio World at all!! I chose not to purchase anything from this store again. Ever!! In fact, I did ask for a type of patio chair; he pointed “…..in that corner….”; and I clearly was walking past things and couldn’t find, he didn’t offer more help until several minutes later when I approached him again. He was apparently annoyed I couldn’t find…never going back~~

Top shelf quality outdoor furnishings for your dining and dancing pleasure. It would be wrong to go anywhere else, and Edward, always a gentleman, is a most knowledgeable man to answer your questions and have details provided for you should you ask.

If you dont have 5-10 thousand dollars lying around to spend on a few pieces of then avoid this place at all cost. They work with a third party for delivery thats is weeks to months out on next delivery date. The staff seemed annoyed with my existence.

Just don’t ever come here.

This is one of the few patio stores remaining on the Peninsula and has great inventory, however, this review is mainly about Billy, the Manager. He is absolutely wonderful. Knows his stock is very personable and makes shopping here a pure pleasure!
