Hey honey I need three small things immediately and theyre all on opposite sides of this enormous warehouse of stuff that college educated women in their late twenties and early thirties just seem to not be able to live without. This is a clean Target with friendly staff.

This Target is in a great location. I usually shop here during the weekends and there is always plenty of parking spaces. The store is always clean and has great clearance items. It does get really busy during the holidays and back to school time of the year.

Friendly and helpful staff makes all the difference in the world!

February 23, 2021: Store organization is always good BUT...I bought two snickers candy bars that were disgusting! Found they had a Best By date of 01/2020! THATS OVER A YEAR AGO!

Targets everywhere are great. And to have a super target in our backyard is all the better. Understandably they run out of food products regularly but then again I come close to close and I don’t expect much else. Grocery and retail are hard businesses to keep full shelves in, but they always have product I’m looking for. Staff is helpful and nice. I keep to myself and they are great with that. Self checkout is what I usually do, I don’t mind lines myself but with COVID-19 lines are just a fact of life. They also have done a great job sanitizing surfaces and checkout stands, self checkout, and carts with COVID-19 looming. I love that masks are required and that they check, and provide them if need be. Everything is great.

Dear Target Management,Please start stocking items that are required for cleaning during this health crisis. Ive been in several times in the past few weeks at opening which is when I was told to come in for these items and nothing. I believe that youre concentrating on items that are already in abundance. We need Bleach Products, Lysol Spray and the like. Its literally been months since Ive seen these type products in your store.I went to another store today and they had a whole shelf full of Bleach, so its available. I enjoy your store, but over the past couple of months I think youre not understanding the needs of your customers. I will come in one more time and if these items are not to be found, I am going to forget that San Clemente has a Target Store.Thank you,Jim Olson

Used curbside pickup first time ever. It was delightful and so fast. Clerk was respectful and checked name to make sure he had right customer.Second visit was a nightmare 😥. Young woman dropped order in my lap. Hitting my thigh. Excruciating pain. 100 oz. bottle liquid detergent. Worst part they dont have a record of who is delivering at what time.

They dont enforce masking and close well before they advertise.

Associates were extremely helpful with a minor problem. Have confidence in your system.

San Clemente Needs to be more customer service oriented. Management needs to train their employees . Tonight was a complete fail for Target . My wife went in there and a cashier kept swapping bags, for whatever reason . And then kept behind the counter. My wife came home could not find our purchase and called Target gave Target exacts what time she was there, the register she was at .Target customer service told her that did not happen, she must have lost her purchase. In the end my wife went back to the register she called Target about and our purchase was there.TARGET GET IT TOGETHER!!TARGET MANAGEMENT TRAIN EMPLOYEES TO NOT BE LAZY

The cashier and the extra friendly service they provided. In an area that is a vacation spot on a Black Friday, this store was run more smoothly than a regular Friday at most stores. Excellent service, clean, organized and amazing.

I LOVE Target. The atmosphere, the staff, all the happy memories, and Starbucks. Target is the motherland for the Girls Guide of Being a Basic B!tch. It is my happy place. My fiance and I go there for Target Date Nights where we order Starbuckss and browse the store and buy stuff we dont need and stuff we do need. The location is San Clemente, CA is amazing and I am very happy we have one in our community.

I was extremely impressed by this service. I had two sick kids in tow and needed to pick up medicine for them and wipes. The process was very quick and easy and I didn’t even need to get them out of the car. Would definitely recommend!

The large majority of people who work here are unhelpful when you ask where an item is located. Vanessa R. was a wonderful exception when she showed me where to find Command hangers for my mistletoe. Thank you Vanessa!!

I came to Target last night to get a few things and while shopping I misplaced my phone. I was in panic mode walking all around the store retracing my steps and couldnt find it. I walked up to one of the people working and they were so helpful they dialed my phone several times for me and walked up and down the aisles to help find it. I had another gentleman in the electronics section walk around the whole store with me until I found it and eventually we ended up finding it. I really appreciate the time you guys spent helping me find my phone. Thank you for that.

Target is trying hard to get nicer, cuter clothes for women in stock. I love Target clothes and their prices! Check out their gym wear section; its located in the back of the store, but they have very cute things for women to wear to the gym.I also buy my breakfast cereal at Target - cant beat the prices!This Target is clean and well-organized. They have a Starbucks in the store and also some other food places that you can buy a hot entree or two.This Target store is very nice.

Visited this store yesterday. The entrance was posted that face coverings were required. However many shoppers, including some checking out were not wearing masks. I will not shop at this store in the future.

Who doesnt love Target. This location is one of my favorites with easy parking. Its clean, large, with plenty of offerings. As far as Targets go, this is one of the better ones. And right across the street from the SC Rec Center makes it easy to shop after a good swim.

I love the quality of their products. I can shred the receipts and I know I dont have to stand in line to return them. It eliminates past feelings of buyers remorse and I dont have that throwing my money in the trash feeling like you get from Wal-Mart. The best part is I can buy full bottles of hair products and I dont find half eaten packages of food. This store is great and is always a pleasant experience.

The San Clemente Target location is the most disorganized Target I have ever visited. More often than not the shelves are disorganized. Prices tags are often missing from shelves and the price tags that are there are often incorrect.The employees at the San Clemente location are generally unhelpful. Most recently I was looking for a dry erase board and literally none were in the office supply aisle. (I had already checked the Target app to verify that I had the correct aisle.) I found an employee and asked for assistance. The employee that I encountered obviously did not want to assist me. I asked her if she could help me find the product and I explained that I had already checked the proper aisle. She did not believe me and directed me to the same aisle in which I had just checked for the product. When she finally checked herself and verified it was not there. Mind you the app said that multiple were available. She told me to check the back corner of the store. I could not locate the product and asked her to assist me in locating the item. She did not want to assist me. I asked if she could ask for a manager and she disappeared for several minutes. She came back with a small dry erase calendar (not the product I requested, and I had even provided the DPCI number.) I explained that I need this for a work project and would really appreciate the assistance. After extreme reluctance she finally offered to show me where she had found the incorrect product. She walked away after showing me the aisle and did not offer any further help. I eventually found the item myself and went to the register to make my purchase. Turns out shes standing at the Pizza Hut station and buying food. Obviously she had no intention to assist me and wanted to go on break. I used to work in retail and can appreciate how breaks can be much needed, but she went out of her way to be apathetic and unhelpful. This is one of many stories I can write about experiences in your store.

I used the app and I love it. I just shop from my phone, pay, and pick it up after work. It’s very convenient and fast.

The is my hometown store and we loved when the store opened a few years ago. I love Target, but this store is continually a mess with huge area of empty shelves and cashiers are rarely friendly and helpful.

I needed help in the fitting room the other day and was ignored by the workers. They were all talking and talking and didnt bother to help me.Even one of them was texting.They seem like they dont care about customer service. I dont know what is happening. managers need to step up their game

I usually LOVE and endorse target, but this location was a pain in the butt to find anything. I asked three clerks where I could find something and non delivered. I was super disappointed, especially because I spend several hours in here and end up spending way more than I had anticipated. I wont be back.

I went in there to pay my RED card off in full using a cashiers check. The cashier Angela had no idea how to even process this transaction. But then she contacted her manager Ryan and asked him if we except cashier checks over their intercom. Ryan them replies do mean a cashier is trying to pay with a check??? Neither of them knew what they where doing or talking about since it clearly says in Targets policy that cashier checks are accepted as payment towards a RED card. 35 minutes latter Ryan comes and tells me they can not take the payment since it does not have personal information and could be fraud. I said I know its a cashiers check it should have personal info on it only personal checks do. Still I could not make my payment and waited in line and and in front of the register for a total of 45 minutes and got no where. I will be making my payment by mail and closing my Target RED due to this lack of customer service. I will be sticking with Walmart from now on at least you know what to expect there.

2 hours prep time turned into 10 hours in the store and driving back and forth wasting an entire day because Target re-sold the 3 Christmas gifts pre-paid for. Instead of picking up the Items I paid for, I was told they Sold them so someone else and that they were now out of stock.

Apparently when you call the store and ask if something is in stock, get put on hold, and then told it is in stock, the employee who was apparently standing ten feet from said product did not check the in-stock. The website did not specify if in stock or not and the employee over the phone said it was. An absolutely wasted trip to leave with nothing.

Great items, great pricing and nice stores. However, today I noticed price discrepancies on my receipt, I was charged more than what the showing price in a couple items.

Local store team is great... Target Corporate is awful! They dont have their act together - no systems in place.A month late and counting on an electronics pre-order that they make me put a $25 deposit on - and zero communication on the product - and zero access to information about delivery. Their inventory system is looking at instagram photos to see what other stores received the product!!!! Literally.HQ Customer Service said Oh no. Were sorry for your disappointment.Thanks for reaching out! We know that we didnt meet your expectations this time and hope that youll give us another chance. Thanks for getting in touchHey corporate muskrats in Minnesota - it time to get creative... give the customer something for every week you are late, or send a text and tell us you are working on the problem and tell us you will wear a red shirt everyday until its fixed, tweet out an award for most patient customer of the week, tell us that if you miss delivery by another month you will designate a parking spot for us - common guys - step it up!

Long wait in store, dont do it. Just go in and get what you need, way faster!

I used to find my visits to the San Clemente Target to be both productive and enjoyable. Not any more!!! Now I find my visits to be frustrating and unproductive. When I arrived there today around 1:00, I saw thatthey had only 1 register open! There were about 30 people lined up for self-checkout. The line went all the way back to the vitamin isle. I was ready to turn around and leave, but thought Id investigate a bit first. I walked past the line towards the pharmacy and saw a gentlemen that looked to be a manager. I asked what was going on and why was there such a long line. He said he didnt know, but hed look into it. He did call for an additional checker to come to a register and he jumped on a register himself, but it wasnt enough and many of the shoppers waited 40+ minutes to check out. Unacceptable! In addition, I was unable to get four items that were on my list because the shelves were bare. Also, while shopping I had a question about a particular product (lettuce) which I find continually has an expiration date of the same day that Im trying to purchase it. Not a single Target employee to be found anywhere!!! In the past Ive always felt the customer service at Target was much better then other simialar store, but Ive noticed a massive decline over the last 6 months. Now there are very few employees visible and those that are there are rude to customers and dont seem to know or care what theyre doing. I have to include the managers in that, as well. There is one guy who introduced himself as a manager to me in the past, but I always see him talking and fooling around in the photo counter with other employees. It seems they need some better management to get things back on track!!!

Noone answers the phone when you call the San Clemente Target! Other than the recorded message, noone picks up the phone. I attempted to call 3X...same result!

Great location! Much easier for Ladera And Sendero Ranch areas to access a Target. Brand new store that has a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut inside.

Plenty of parking and a Starbucks conveniently located within. Every time Ive come here, there is usually a long line, one cashier with their checkout light off, and numerous team members walking around. I only come here for convenience. Most times I drive the extra 15mins to the Target in Aliso Viejo.

First visit here was for the Optical Dept to update contact lens Rx with the most professional and personable Optometrist, Dr. Christine Liu at OptometryNow, and Technicians. Very quick, in-and-out visit yet didnt feel rushed having all my questions answered. Left feeling very content and excited for my new Dolce and Gabbana eyeglasses. Made this eye exam worthwhile by shopping to restock my every-day-care products. Love the convenience. Store is clean, organized, and hardly any long lines at check-out; what a breezy process. Associates are super nice and helpful which I value as a shopper.

This is one of the newer Targets in the area, and now that the La Pata connector to Ortega Hwy has been completed, its only 5 minutes from Ladera Ranch, or where we live in Rancho Mission Viejo!

I know that fitting Target into San Clemente is tough - but someday Marblehead will get rolling again and we will have that outlet center too. Right now, I remain a big fan of Target as they seem to be made to meet my basic shopping needs and I do not have to drive to Mission Viejo.

This location seems to be new I suppose. I had to visit this location due to the fact I needed a last minute gift and was surprised how clean, and that they also had a pizza Hut and starbucks next to each other.
