The manager Christina is amazing! Was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. I dont typically like going into this store because I feel like associates are constantly asking me questions but it seems that most of the employees have social awareness, which is nice. Christina made me feel comfortable and the conversation flowed nicely. Store was very organized and clean too. Was easy to find what I was looking for :)

As we were vacationing in San Clemente, we were so happy to find Bath & Body Works and their $9 dollar deal which lasted 3 days. Took a great advantage of it. Love their Christmas fragrances.

The ladies on the closing shift tonight were amazing. During these frustrating times and with the rules they have to follow, I cant imagine what they experience daily. They deal with it all very well. The employee at the door waiting with customers basically has the stall the audience job and she does a great job even when things get awkward. From the door to checking out, I had a very pleasant experience.

The staff there was very sweet and understood what I needed. They asked the right questions to help me choose the perfect combination of bath aromatherapies and lotions to soothe and relax my wife after all her hard work. Along with some candles to.make it perfect. And saved me some money too.
