I bought a mattress from Jesse Moss today and had a great experience he was very friendly and helpful and it was the highest quality and best price I could find

Bought their name brand Orange County mattress about 5 years ago. Mattress is sagging after a 2+ years. Last mattress I had lasted well over 10 years.

I originally went into OC Mattress looking for a Nectar mattress, but I left with a Tempurpedic. My salesman, Aaron, was amazing and did a great job explaining the differences between mattress types and price points without being pushy. He made the whole process very easy and fast. Delivery was also same day!

Spent around $1,000 here on a “SILK” pillow top mattress and it only lasted 2 years before it was completely warped and began giving me back problems. Make sure you research the mattress you buy thoroughly or you could wind up spending a lot of money on a piece of garbage like me. Some of their other mattresses could be great, but this one was terrible.

Over priced unreal like lets mark up the mattress 70% and then hace a 50% off sale. Better of going to a department store. Or order online at walmart who has all the brands.

My experience with OC Mattress started out ok with my salesperson Kristina. I purchased a Beauty Rest luxury firm, they have a sixty day return policy as do most mattress dealers today. After a few days we decided this was not the mattress for us. I went to see Kristina to choose another mattress. No problem she says, you just have to upgrade and pay the $500.00 exchange fee. She gets me into the Airloom half moon, that is OC Mattress’s name for it $6,000.00 is the price after the exchange. Found out later after speaking with a salesman at Sit N Sleep they charge $5,000.00 for the same bed. I guess they get you on the exchange. After 30 days we decide this bed is way to soft, I spoke with Kristina as they typically don’t do a second exchange but she would check with Eric, not sure of his title but he approves all the offers. She called me back and said Eric would do the exchange if I purchased an adjustable bed frame for another $1,200.00, so now I would be at $7,200.00 for a $5,000.00 bed. I went to the store to try to work something out and found I could buy two less expensive Airlooms for the same price as the Half Moon. I really liked the feel of the less expensive bed. Kristina was not in that day, Mike helped me out. I asked Mike if he thought that was possible to get two beds for the price of one, he said he would have to call Eric. I stood in disbelief as Eric berated Mike on the phone for asking him about the exchange. Mike gets off the phone and tells me that Eric now says no exchange at all. Now I’m stuck with a $6,000.00 bed that I should have paid $5,000.00 for. Eric’s performance was extremely unprofessional I do not recommend OC Mattress.
