San Clemente, CA - A must stop at this Starbucks in town to take a caffeine break for the rest of the trip home (another 2 hrs!). A nice little store in this beach town, busy, staff was alert at greeting each and every guest that walks in the door. A good feeling to be acknowledged and given priority as excellent guest service delivery should be. Good job to this team as they got my yummy warmed up cookie and latte in no time.
The one downside to this Starbucks is no designated parking lot. There is a lot across the alley but it’s now labeled for private use. However, there’s always street parking close by. The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about their work environments and be passionate about the company. The inside is quaint with four two-top tables along the window wall opposite the cash wrap and an extra two in the back corner. It’s pretty consistent with other Starbucks locations in terms of menu, items, merchandise, drink quality etc.
Pumpkin spice latte was delicious 😋 I ordered decaf because I cant do caffeine but I wanted to taste the season of fall and I was not disappointed 😋 I highly recommend it.
A very nice, Beach feeling starbucks. The outdoor patio is extremely large for a starbucks, and beautifully situated with enough umbrellas to keep it cool from the sun. Highly recommend it.
A nice Starbucks. Lovely setting, and really nice outdoor patio. A little over a one-mile hike to the foot of the pier, and a steep hill coming back so thats one slight drawback. Also the interior setup is kind of odd, with very high tables and chairs that dont quite fit right. A shorter person than myself would have been quite uncomfortable. Stanfords friendly bathroom is clean and accessible. All in all I plan to return.
My Latte was made perfect. I worked Starbucks for many and its difficult to find a place that makes my coffee right.

Starbucks please hire nice, decent people. Your current employees especially Maya think being rude is edgy. Being rude is not edgy, rather weak and pathetic.I called Starbucks and complained. I ordered on the app to get Starbucks in which the app completely changed my time on what time I wanted the order to be. But then I called the place and immediately I got blamed for the apps mistake and I had this rude worker get really irritated with me as I was telling her the app made a mistake. As I tried to cancel she kept on telling me no and that I would need to come in right now even though I don’t get off for break until 1:00.

Meh, big box coffee shop. The food was tasty, but expensive. The drinks were adequate. This location has a nice outside seating area. Parking is convenient, but not very numerous. Not the most wheelchair accessible place because of the hill its on.
Worst starbucks ever- waited for 20 minutes and they never made my drink, i have social anxiety and after 20 minutes of standing there and it never coming i had to leave. don’t come here go to another local coffee shop
2nd store in two days where my drink didn’t taste right. Bummer since I was out of the country for an extended period and was looking forward to going to Starbucks.They generally have been inconsistent for me in the last year which has caused me to go less often. I travel nearly continuously and have the opportunity to go to lots of different locations.

They have reopened! Of course, there is no in-cafe sitting or hanging, but you can grab your coffee and treats and be on your merry way. The staff is clearly happy to be back, so do your best to tip with your heart and tell them how much you appreciate them and that youre as thrilled as they are to see them back. Hoping for a return to the standard cafe experience as soon as we safely can, but for the moment theyre operating well and smoothly considering the circumstances. Go and get your fix!

The staff was nice but they got our orders wrong and from what we heard from the other customers it was practically everyone in the store. We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because it was a busy Saturday morning.
They always get our drinks right but there is never parking. Its walk in or pick up only, no drive through.
This is one of my go-to Starbucks during my commute from Irvine to Oceanside. This store seems to have the friendliest staff by far. My other regular stops are two in Irvine, and one in Crystal Cove. Always fast service from friendly baristas. And its the last exit before toll of Starbucks until you hit the next one in Oceanside about 20 miles away (if you are traveling south on I-5).

Four days in a row I have ordered via the app( as the location doesn’t take ANY other type of ordering). My brewed coffee has been low med heat. I have called twice to bring this to the attention of staff just to be told they don’t control the heat on the brewed coffee. I have ordered countless cups of brewed coffee at Starbucks and usually have to wait until it cools a bit to drink. Obviously the machine is malfunctioning but the very RUDE staff will not address this possibility. This was not the only problem with my orders. The staff is not reading the app orders carefully and just tossing out the product to guests. I will never go to this location again.

This Starbucks location always seems to be busy. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they always run out of items or are out of ingredients for some of my daughters and my boujee drinks. Like peach juice. Always run out of the cream cheese bagel bites. Went in on Sunday and they were all gone by 10am. They really need to stock better and be prepared for the customer demand. Not just this location but all of them in general. Should know how busy it gets on a Saturday and Sunday morning. We seem to always miss out if the yumm breakfast items if we don’t get there by 9am. This location is set up nicely. Lots of plugs and table space for laptops, etc. large outdoor patio with lots of tables. Bathrooms are always clean

Just like every other Starbucks I come here only for the atmosphere and because of how quiet it is to do work. The drinks are always quality made and delicious. The customer service here is also really nice and bring all the drinks fairly quick. The only thing that I wish they would improve is how they spell my name 😂. Other than that just like every other Starbucks.
Lovely woman on the till, sweet and genuine. Wouldve been a great visit if the man (reddish, blonde hair and gotee) giving out drinks completely ruined it. I ordered something for my husband that Ive never seen before, and made it a large. Naturally, I checked the first large drink that came out. The name sticker was facing the opposite way from me, so I turned it around to see if it was mine. It wasnt, but the man tried to give me a straw. I told him it wasnt mine and he bluntly said, dont touch it then. I thought he was joking, so I went back in my seat. I overheard him saying to his colleagues that someone was being handsy with the drinks. I was quite embarrassed about the whole ordeal, grabbed my drinks and left. I shouldve called for a manager, but I was running late for a family get together. He made me feel like a thief just for ordering a couple drinks. Definitely not coming back to this location because of him. I hope he either gets additional training, or learns how to face the name stickers the right way.

Cant even make a simple order. I order medium black coffee with some space for almond milk, the lady gave me almond milk with some coffee on it. I went to ask for another one with almond milk but asked to have the almond milk to put it myself!!! The guy gave me a cup of coffee completely full that it spilled everywhere. I left the coffee there after I got burned trying to take it. WORST Starbucks ever
This Starbucks is quite different from most in this chain. the interior part of the store might be kind of small, but they have an absolutely lovely outside seating however theres no plugins outside. But its very clean well taken care of and of course you can rest assured you will get the entire Starbucks experience
I always have a pleasant experience at this Starbucks. There is plenty of parking, it is located near the beach with easy access. They have a very nice outside lounge area as well as seating inside.
Always a good stop to get motivated. Lots of healthy alternatives to choose from. You need not get stuck in a rutt. So Rock on Freaky bros
Good location with nice outdoor patio, but its pretty noisy from the street. Also mostly high stools indoor so not comfortable for extended meetings, business and such. Same great coffee if course.

Went to this location each morning during my vacation. The staff was friendly and welcoming and my orders were consistently correct. Definitely the fastest preparations of any store I have been to.

Only at Starbucks does it take 25 minutes to get a small cup with ice and coffee and no additional liquids in it. Still good coffee however.
Just had the protein box and the grapes were not good, flavorless. Other than that excellent meal.Today I had their chicken artichoke flat bread sandwich and it was wonderful, sitting on the patio (which is a smoke free area).
Service was very slow due to the cashier having to grind coffee while everyone else waited in line. No attempt to establish rapport at all. Very disappointed as this is not Starbucks usual style at all.

Great Starbucks, can be very busy with beach goers. Fantastic outside seating and good quality drinks for an outlet of this chain. Plenty of parking in the rear and a quick hop from the 5.

Starbucks in general is OK-good, but this is absolutely the worst Starbucks location I have ever experienced. I find myself there probably once a week since its local, and its nearly always a miserable experience..the line is insane..the food is typically fast, but the drinks routinely take 15-20min to get..10% of time they are lost or done incorrectly. Staff is overwhelmed and do their best, but it is hands down the worse Starbucks experience one can expect.
The drive thru line can get really long here, and there is no inside seating (the whole place is just a walk up window and a drive thru), but the staff is friendly and the orders come out pretty quickly and very accurate.
