Fantastic CAD workstations and even better customer service!

Received my XI computer a few days ago and it works beautifully. I was considering building a computer myself but I have never built one and was worried about messing something up and adding cost. The ordering page makes it easy and gives reassurance in terms of what is needed. The team at XI gave me feedback within an hour of my purchase notifying me that the configuration of components that I selected would work. The front panel of my computer was damaged during shipping and the great customer service team had a replacement at my doorsteps within 24 hours.I am beyond impressed and excited to continue using XI computer on future projects.

I am on my 2nd XI Computer high performance workstation, and I will never use the other brands of “custom workstations” . I have used 8 brands of supposedly custom graphics oriented builds, and the XI beats them all in performance, stability, efficiency, and flexibility. The 2 minor technical issues over the years were solved by XI support very quickly, and they were not the fault of the build.I highly recommend!

The MTower Workstation is a dream! I previously had a 4Ghz I7 that was no slouch, but this one is literally 10X faster--truly a marvel in rendering and processing large files. The overclocking settings are perfect--spot on.

@XI continues to be an exceptional asset to our business. They build strong products tailored to our specific needs of performance and reliability. 3D modeling and rendering demands very different architecture and we get both in spades from @XI everytime. Ive had my new desktop up and running now for a few weeks and have been very pleased with how it has handled my day to day work. Much faster and smoother than my old system.But the best part of the process was how well Robert and his team listened to what I needed the system to do and the budget I had to work with. They proposed and built a system that handles my CAD work very well and stayed within my budget. And it has room to expand if the need arises in the future.Thank you Robert and team!

Most reliable computer Ive ever owned!!! They do such a great job building these machines. My sales guy Bill was such a knowledgeable guy who took his time and helped me build the best machine for what I need. You cant go wrong buying an Xi Computer....

I had come across Xi Computer and Robert, I think about 1995? When I purchase my machine it’s serial number was in the 1000’s. I have since always purchased all my systems from him (expect for the one MacBook I purchased for my wife). I latest laptop I purchased has an intel i7-9750 processor, 32gb ram, nvidia RTX2060 graphics processor and a Samsung EVO 970 plus 500gb Ss memory and of course running Windows10 pro. I added a 2nd Samsung EVO 970 to match and a 27” LG 4K monitor. I am an environmental graphic designer, I run Coreldraw2019, adobe creative cloud 2019, autodesk 3ds max2019 and autocad 2020 and of Microsoft office 2019. Can run these multi programs at the same time no problem. I highly recommend Xi and Robert. I also get personalized assistance when ever I have had a question or problem. I originally purchased a CAD workstation from Xi in the early 90s! Then again in 2001. To be honest, I was going to buy from Dell. One day, I decided to speak (to Bill-he actually called me about my concern) about a 10GB/s network, and he was so helpful, I decided to buy (2) CAD workstations here. Nobody beats Xi for customer service (and kickass CAD workstations). I bought i7-8700k / 970 EVO / 32GB / Quadro P4000 for Autodesk Inventor.
