Dr. Liu is so nice!!! Shes the friendliest optometrist Ive ever met! She takes the time to explain the condition of your eyes, and shows the difference between your old prescription and the new one. She makes sure that youre comfortable with your new prescription. Very professional! Im very happy to have her as my optometrist. Highly recommended!

Dr. Liu is the single best optometrist I have ever seen! She never ceases to impress me with her warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor. The examine is quick, thorough, and most of all, fun! It sounds crazy, but every time I go to see Dr. Liu I end up laughing the entire time! I seriously think she checks every single box that a medical professional possibly could. I always look forward to my eye appointment because of her and her amazing team. Shout out to Omar at the front desk who is always extremely accommodating and always a pleasure to talk to when waiting for your appointment. First off the safety measures are all in place with this covid19. My second eye exam at the San Clemente location . Very prompt appointment time . I really appreciate the knowledge of the dr. gave myself and my husband our exam was good about explaining our eye health .The optical staff one of them is very helpful he really takes part in the whole process I appreciate him a lot But I recently changed this review because there is a young girl there I have seen a couple times recentlyI just thought maybe she was having a bad day . I don’t care for her to help with my glasses she is not very friendly she does not spend time with you she does not seem to enjoy her job . I’m the one trying to interact with her and I have become uncomfortable.my husband’s first visit and he had a very good experience today with the young man there . They carry high end glasses very good quality reasonable. The not so expensive glasses are of good quality . They have good warranties on their frames .highly recommend..I love target eye center .

Dr. Liu is practically perfect in every way! Broke my glasses beyond repair so had no choice.Ive avoided having a haircut for the last four months out of Coronavirus concerns so I was worried. I shouldnt have. Every possible safety measures is taken. Every surface and anything touched by a customer is disinfected after each one.There are plastic shields surrounding each machine that provides between you and the Doctor when she is looking through at your eyes. They probably should keep that going.

I have never had such a fantastic experience going to the eye doctor. I had a very bad experience with a previous eye doctor and decided to go to see Dr. Liu this time. I am glad I did. She was so professional and caring. I left feeling that I was well taken care of and that I wasnt just another number, but a patient she cared for. She asked multiple times if I had any questions and was very through. Id highly recommend her for a stress free and wonderful experience!

I may have posted before but am posting again. I just had my second eye exam with Dr. Liu - she is thorough and communicative. When I had difficulty with my new pair of mono lenses and stopped in on the off chance she’d have time. she squeezed me into her busy schedule to check it out and we tweaked the prescription (mono lenses with an astigmatism is not an exact science). The ninety day guarantee apparently didn’t include exchanging opened boxes of lenses (they come six to a box) and I had used two. But Freddie the manager, after first telling me that policy, recognized I am a repeat customer and made good on it. I am very happy about that because I love the clinic, love the friendly service. I would have reconsidered staying a customer but this proved the service here is as personal as any optometrist office anywhere. Customer for life!

I went in looking to purchase a repair kit for my sunglasses. To my surprise they put in a screw for free and I was set! They were very friendly and I strongly recommend Target Optical 👍🏻

Doctor Christine Liu did an amazing job when I went in for my eye exam.When doing my exam she was very patient with me to make sure when we were switching between the prescriptions that I picked the one that would increase my vision the best, which at some optometrists you can feel you are getting on their nerves switching between to make sure which was the least blurry option.At now point did I feel rushed, and she provided me with ample information about my prescription, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.I would recommend her to anyone.

In store eye doctor was amazing. She is great with kids and probably one of the friendliest people I’ve met in a long time. We will definitely be back!

Dr. Christine Liu provides the upmost care during her examinations. With a wonderful mix of both professionalism and charisma, she provides a very enjoyable experience and offers much in terms of eye care. She also has a wonderful habit of remembering her patients and their endeavors which adds to a sense of comfort in her office. I cannot recommend any other Optometrist than Dr. Liu.

I have been suffering with the wrong prescription for over a year from another local optical facility. Dr Lui gave me a full eye exam and for the first time in several years I have my vision back. I am so happy with her. She is kind, warm, personable and she knows her stuff. I cant thank her enough. Her staff is wonderful as well. Joe helped every step of the way finding the right frame for my face type that was comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Lui!

Oh my goodness.Dr.Liu is the cream of the crop for optometrist. Not only does her optometry have the most advance machines I have ever seen but during the check up I must of said I am not sure which version is better a thousand times. But that never annoyed Dr.Liu she would just patiently and kindly say, I know, so close right? and repeat. I felt very cared about and reassure in her presence. I asked so many questions after my appointment and she expertly answered them all. I wouldnt trust my eyes to anyone else!Also, before going to Dr. Lius optometry I have never once like a single pair of glassed Ive purchase. Ive always settled for the best of the worse that my insurance would cover for me but here there is such a wide selection I have a hard time just choosing one pair I like. Plus the staff and Dr.Liu were so kind and helpful with helping me choose my frames.I highly HIGHLY recommend going to this optometrist if you want first class care and first class style.

I was a little hesitant going to Target to get my eyes checked. Boy was I was surprised with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Dr Liu explained my ageing eyes and what to expect in the years to come. She wowed me. In a world of hurry up, she was thorough and took her time with me and my many questions.
