I love my ring. However, I was over charged hundreds of dollars and was not given the correct discount when I purchased. Jerry was awful! She pushed us out the door before fixing it. It has been ONE YEAR of dealing with customer service and they still have not corrected my billing. It is so disappointing and frustrating. We have 3 rings with Zales and they are treating their loyal customers awfully! I’ve gone to corporate and they still haven’t given me my money back. AWFUL!!!!
Angelica gavAngelica enormously gave me the greatest customer service hands down she was very professional gave eye contact was asking questions like, what is your limit and never forcing any sale on my son or myself. Angelica was very knowledgeable about her jewelry products she went out of her way to check the computer system to see if the wedding band that my son wanted was online which it was not but Angelica still was able to make my son happy with a ring that fit the budget and he walked out with that same day with a ear to ear smile on his face. Now I rarely write reviews but I truly appreciate a sales rep who carries herself like a professional and also knows how to engage with the customer. Additionally i was approved with Progressive Leasing Angelica was very knowledgeable i didnt have to re-apply because I applied on line the night before, i over heard her co-worker trying to tell her how to input my information in the the computer and assumed the amount was much higher, because the co-worker was looking over Angelica shoulder and just jumped in, and didnt see exactly see what was taking place therefore Angelica also took the time to walk her though the computer proces in a low tone voice while assistancing me and inputting my information in the computer. I thought to myself what a teamplayer all around! Plus she also was on her lunch break when I walked in and never passed me over to anyone. Moreover there was an important management meeting going to take place and she was literally making sure my son and I walked out with my contract signed and our Zales boxes in the shopping bags, I felt like I was getting the red carpet treatment all around! I just went there to buy three items and I walked out with six all of them were on sale plus I also was given a discount as well. Jewelry sales reps like Angelica really do make my day and its been a beaming of time since I came across one like Angelica! I am definitely going back to exchange my diamond cut earrings and I am sending all my friends to Angelica. Hope to see you in three months Angelica keep-up your expertise work!

Chris is a terrible manager, he promises you the world and ends up giving you dirt, he promised me a price on a ring and I come back to get it he changes the price and says he cant give it to me for the price that we shook hands on. Garbage of a man and even worse manager good job Zales

Service wasnt good! Took us nearly an hour to return two rings that we purchased from a different Zales outlet. The lady seeing to us asked how she could help us.... we told her we needed to return 2 rings. she then asked us questions about our personal life - then asked how she could help us - we told her again we need to return these rings - personal questions - then asked if we were in a rush - we told her yes and told her the reason - she then asked how she could help us for the third time!Once she finally found the delivered rings, she asked us unnecessary security questions like what do the rings look like how do you spell your names for rings we told her we were about to return! She could have just asked for our ID!! WE HAVE THE RECEIPT! AND THE CARD WE PAID WITH! AND ID!She then had to ask her busy colleague the process for returning items from a different Zales outlet!All of this after we told her we were in a hurry!And after all those questions, she then had no idea how to work the computer and refund us for our items and because there were only 2 members of staff and 4 customers, her colleague was rarely available to help.1 hour to return 2 rings. UnbelievableAfraid to return to this store again - nightmare.
