IGaging went above and beyond to help me set up my digital microscope! They were very concerned that the microscope meet my needs and that I could use it in every classroom that I went into. They were even so helpful as to come to my house to help set up the scope! What service. Very, very helpful. Cant say enough good things about them. (The problem was mine, not theirs - upgraded my operating system)
Company used to be called AccuRemote, but changed name to IGaging. Both have the same address and phone number. If you email them for customer support you will not get an answer. Call them and youll get an old man who just says, Okay Okay...Asked for a replacement case for my micrometer, because it was damaged on shipment, but just ignored emails. I called them and the man said it would be shipped, never received anything. Basic item, so I dont know what kind of technical support you would receive if a serious problem or accuracy issue occurred with your gauging tooling.
