Horrible customer service (by Dinesh, who claimed to be the Manager) and ridiculously inflated prices.The piece I purchased (now regretfully, given then have a strict no refund policy) was marked on sale for $50+ more than what the same exact piece is selling for on both Amazon and Walmart.To add further insult, I was there shopping with a GIFT CARD that I had just won through the Outlet Shopping Extravaganza Charity event, and the Manager refused to accept it as a gift card, treating it instead like a coupon and thus would not allow me to use the actual valid/eligible coupon that was provided as part of the charity event. They should opt-out of participating if they have no true intentions of participating!Ill be returning it today, unfortunately for a store credit that Ill likely never use given Ill just use it to purchase another over-priced item.

Hugh selection of luggage, from low to high-end. The staff was very nice to talk with, very good advices, high acknowledgement and we got excellent service. We can only give our best recommendation.

I feel obliged to post this. Bad customer service in retail is awful for your business. The owner or manager attending today was very rude. I walked in with my mom and nephew and he followed us with his judgemental look the entire time we were in the store. His hello was forced and disingenuous. The store environment (besides his lack of customer service) was beyond lackluster. It was dead silent, no music playing, and his attitude made us leave immediately. I wont ever walk in there again nor would I recommend this store to anyone.

Cant give you names because they werent wearing name tags, but these two men were working at 4:30 p.m. on Black Friday 2018. In response to my husband and later another customer while my husband was still in the store asking about what was on sale, they said in very rude voices, Didnt you read the sign?! The sign wasnt very clear, which is why my husband was asking. They continued to behave in an extremely grouchy manner to anything my husband asked about or asked to see. There were almost no other customers in the store at the time.We will not shop in that store again.
