I enjoyed my experience here. I went on a Friday during the day, and it was perfect. There weren’t many people, and every store was a pleasant experience. I had breakfast at the Rockwell’s Bakery, which was okay (check out my review on this restaurant on my profile).There were a good number of stores and a lot of space to walk freely and distanced. They also have quite a few places to eat whether you want an entire meal or just a snack.One thing that stood out to me in this shopping center was how clean and well taken care of everything was, especially the restrooms. The restrooms even have a waiting room and an actual memory foam changing station for babies. 10/10 in cleanliness for sure. It is the cleanest shopping center/ mall bathroom I’ve ever been to 😂, and I’m not exaggerating at all. Recommend you check out this shopping center yourself.

Pretty great outlet mall. Could have many more shops, however. But they are doing construction and seem to be making way for more stores.

This is a very beautiful outlet, very clean, with spacious parking lots. Not crowded. Shopping with leisure was always fun. Sit under the tall palm trees, enjoy the sunshine. There is the tallest Christmas tree, 130-foot, decorating with 11,000 color lights.

Great experience. They close a bit early, but still amazing. Able to charge our EV while relaxing and going shopping. Lovely experience with lots of shops!

Enjoyable getaway shopping trip. If you plan on going on a Saturday morning...arrive early... due to Cars & Coffee event EVERY Saturday; 8a-11a. Found out the hard way. But, they did have some nice rides to check out. If thats your thing.

Lovely new outlets located right off the freeway in San Clemente. I snapped a few photos of the bathroom as I was really impressed with how clean and upscale it was. It even has a small sitting area inside which would be great for nursing mothers. Lots of nice stores to visit. I didn’t see too many foot options but would recommend the Mexican restaurant Asada if you want a nice sit down place or there is also a Chik Fil A if you want something quick and casual.

A nice open air mall with a lot of different shops to choose from. Also there is a large cars and coffee event each weekend on Saturdays which pretty much always has some amazing cars.

The shopping 👗 is good! But the most wonderful things is the restroom. Its worth seeing it)))

A must stop on the way to San Diego from LA. This outlet has expanded the number of stores quite a bit since I visited last.The outlets at San Clemente includes many of my favorites stores like the pop up Lululemon store, Black and White, Ralph Laurence, Coach, Tumi, Under Armor and more.My wife comes here solely to shop at Black and White. This is one of the few outlets has the Black and White store. She also likes to shop at Lululemon too.I like the fact this outlet has the Pearl Izumi bike apparel shop. Again not too many outlets has this store. In fact, this is the only outlet I have been too has this brand.This is also a good rest stop since this is almost half way to San Diego from LA. There are a few restaurants here too with good food. I normally dine at Ruby’s restaurant. They have very good fries and burgers.During the holiday season, this outlet is very festive with exotic Christmas decorations. The outlet features the tallest Christmas tree in California, maybe the whole of the US. It is nice to feel the Christmas spirit here amidst the depressing feelings of the Pandemic.

Always fun coming here for the cars and coffee and shopping. Great stores with great deals.

A little pricey for me, but there were a few Outlets I did particularly enjoy. The food offerings were delicious as well. Theres something for everyone.

Pet friendly, some acceptable food options, good place to hang out a family day. I miss a/c malls.Whoever is one of the best new options and I’m glad wit that.

Located right off the 405 freeway, we were glad this place was here, because we forgot our bathing suits this trip, so were able to grab some quickly and inexpensively. Lots of stores, lots of parking, lovely atmosphere, some interesting shops.

Great place to shop. Lots of stores and there are good deals to be had. Fun place to people watch and soak up some sun or air conditioning while window shopping.Keep an eye out for other fun things. There are big car shows that happen here and they bring out a great mix of supercars to perfectly restored antiques.

Best outdoor outlets in the region by far!

I was there for the Cars and Coffee car show. Very well done and very well organized. Thousands of people and hundreds of fantastic cars. The parking lot staff was very nice and friendly.

Its a nice place very clean. The outlets are pretty limited, mostly apparel and footwear.I was looking for softball cleats nobody had them as well as compression sleeves nobody had them. I tried New balance under armor and Nike outlet stores.

Loved it! Beautiful outlet mall with great stores and huge discounts. There is a free open parking. Cafes and restaurants are also there. Bathroom was very clean. Overall good place to shop.

I liked the place and the waking spaces. Not as many offers as other outlets, but good. Enough space on parking lots and they have the tallest christmas three I,ve wver seen (on outlets, though)

Plenty parking space and under the structure. More than a dozen of eatery to choose within 5-7 minutes of walking distance. Naming a few Starbucks, frozen yogurt, fine dining, and pizza.

First time but love it. You can shop, walk, eat a day long.

I was anti Outlets before it was built, then worried for a few years that they wouldnt get tenants and the traffic would be horrible for our community. I was wrong. Great stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Cars and Coffee is also a fun Sunday event.

Worth the 2 hour ride on the train. See you again soon. Great place to shop, eat and entertainment.

Very nice outlets overlooking the Ocean was a very pleasant surprise since I am from Arizona. We dont have these views there and to see this layout was fantastic 👏

Absolutely love this place especially because it’s dog friendly lots of stores to shop around at and probably has more food places than most other outside malls that I’ve seen!

Me my mom and dad went out there just to have a little bit of family time together I always enjoy being with them. Wasnt too crowded this time. Everyone there use their mask and kept their distance from each other. Always like window shopping.We dont go there all the time but when we can it is a good time together with my mom and dad. 👪

Great outdoor atmosphere. Great shopping, great deals. Plenty of places to eat, shop and relax. Bathrooms are some of the best Ive seen. Super clean. Friendly staff from store to store.

Beautiful and clean mall with plenty of parking. It was quiet when we were there during the week. The stores had good prices. We enjoyed a San Clemente specialty store, Under Armour, Hurley, and Eddie Bauer. Many more stores to visit! Just a few minutes drive from downtown San Clemente.

Ive been to The Outlets numerous times, Christmas time is always a favorite, but this year was the first time they hosted a unicornpalooza! My 7 year old daughter cant get enough of unicorns, so this free event was a must! Between the dance party, face painting, meeting princesses and more this was an amazing experience! I hope this becomes a yearly event like the Tallest Tree by the Sea.

The grounds and restrooms were very clean and maintained, but several store fronts were vacant. Hopefully this outlet will rebound, its a great location.

Very nice location, so many shops to choose from and very good price. Car show was so exciting.

Plenty of parking. All the shops are open outdoor style. Nike was a 2 story building, good sales comparable to the Carlsbad Nike.

All the stores are smaller No Ralph Lauren or Lacoste

Nice time not too crowded this weekend. Stores didnt have too many great deals. Puma store was a big success. Found many things to choose from. Will be back to shop soon!

I know this may sound strange, but this place has some of the nicest restrooms Ive been in, in a long, long time. The space is immaculate and well kept in addition to having some great shopping options.

Beautiful mall. Bought a pair of running shoes st a decent price. Restrooms were very classy and very clean.

Lots of good shopping opportunties here and some good deals. Would have liked a grocery store or something similar to Target or Walmart, but its still good. Love the little trolleys that take you here from the beach! Seems like quite a dog friendly area too!Later/ earlier hours would be appreciated.

We enjoy shopping in the different stores at the Outlets. There’s enough parking and many stores for different things. There are coffee shops and restaurants too.

I meet my buddies almost everyday at The Outlets to have coffee and catch up on current events. We love sitting outside (practicing proper social distancing) and enjoying SoCals perfect weather. The Outlets is one of the most upscale, modern outlets. It has great stores and even the public restrooms are amazing.

This Outlet is a Beautiful outdoor space filled with great deals and nice people. Did a lot of shopping here and you couldnt be the prices. Nice, clean, outdoor walking space very close to the ocean with convenient parking.

It was a little disappointing that a number of stores werent open until later after advertising the outlet opened at 9 AM, but the stores that were open were staffed by friendly and helpful people; the worlds tallest tree did not disappoint either. Also, I liked that we didnt have to drive too far (other outlets are far)

Great outlets with the nicest public restrooms ive ever seen. Its not far from the beach. There is a trolley which I believe was free that takes you round trip from outlets to beach. There are trolley pick up areas by the stores.

I love this open mall outlet. We go there when we wanted to get shopping, so many choices in one place.

Its OK... It got off to a bad start because the city didnt allow signage. Now that they have it, I always forget to go there.Ive had breakfast at Rubys once, and bought makeup at the store in front once.The only thing I really liked was going to Coffee and Cars on Saturday mornings, but its been a while...

You would expect this review to be about the stores and restaurants here. So briefly, many are open and are in compliance with current Covid 19 safety requirements. However, what REALLY impressed me are the top quality bathrooms! IMHO they are the best public restrooms in Southern California. And that shows that the management at the Outlets at San Clemente respect and value theyre customers. Not only that, this freeway- adjacent shopping center has several fast-charging electric car chargers 😊. My No Kona EV was fully charged, so I didnt use them. But its great to know about.

San Clemente Outles are definitely a place to visit right now. DJ in the court yard with great music. Children dancing away, very cute.The place in general has great Christmas ornaments.You ca definitely feel the Christmas Spirit.They also have a drive through nativity.

We stop here on Saturdays for the Cars and Coffee event. Love it. Everyone is so nice.

Best place to stop by before heading to San Diego. Not a lot of shops opened yet because it’s still new but you get your normal Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Hanes, Columbia etc.parking is easy and plentiful.

Good variety of outlets but the crowd for an outdoor church service made getting around the parking lot very difficult.

I love Saturdays there because of the cars and coffee. If you havent been there yet and you love cars you have to check it out. I believe the times are from 8AM-10AM. 💯💯💯
