This was my first time visiting the store. When I walked in, I was excited to see all the amazing selection of items. Lots of name brands ay affordable prices. I must find a Stein Marts near me.

Sad that theyre closing but found some great deals. Most of store is only 20% off, but swimwear is 50% off.

So happy they finally reopened albeit til 6 pm only. Clean aisles with clearly marked social distancing floor markers. They need more hand sanitizers on each aisle.

Terrible experience. Front desk/cashier clerk didnt even know that Steinmart DOESNT SELL TABLE CLOTH OR RUNNER. She told me to go to the left side all the way to the back. Ask another clerk and we look together, we cant find it either. ALSO NONE OF THE MERCHANDISE HAVE PRICE. ONLY TAG THAT NEED TO BE SCAN. IS IT SECRET???

Prices are great for the quality of merchandise offered. Employees are friendly. Went in 2 days before Christmas, right before closing, in line to check out and the associates all had smiles and were engaging with the customers. They were helpful to me, being handicapped, the associate even left her position and helped me out w my purchases. I WILL B BACK!

Use to shop here, then stopped bc every time I was there I would have to take something back bc price charged was incorrect. Yesterday I thought I was purchasing items from a table that said 5 for $14 (ladies underwear). I checked with floor saIeforce if that was correct price for those items, even said as much to the lady at register. After coming home and taking tags off, I was not given the discount and charged for an extra pair.They do have great stuff, at great prices. Check all receipts b4 leaving.

Always clean and organized. I have never had a bad experience here. Staff is very helpfull. Mens selection is not the biggest, but there are a nice of selections Golf polos.

Normally I would give a 5 start for Stein Mart but I was in yesterday 5/30 and purchased $93 worth of merchandise and I even said that I have a preferred customer card. The clerk did not even mention to me there was a $15 coupon being offered yesterday on merchandise $75 dollars or more. I had heard someone else talking about a coupon but it didnt connect for me to ask about it. I just think that if you have a preferred customer shopping at the store it would be to the stores advantage to explain or offer up any discounts or coupons for that day.

Nothing wrong with the place or the personnel, but the mens section is shrinking every time I go in. Do men buy clothes at brick and mortar stores anymore? Same problems with Ross, TJMaxx, and Marshalls. Everything is picked over and in very short supply. Just trying to find a new dress shirt in a specific color and a sports coat in my fairly normal size. No deal! Looks like a trip to the mall in my future and premium prices.

Got to love steinmart, great prices, my son as a child used to crack up every time he would open a present from his GMA he already knew it came from Stein Mart.

My least favorite location (Fullerton). Staff (including both manager & assistant manager at the time of my visit) is very indifferent and not knowledgeable at all. No real sense of customer service etiquette. Will never go to that location again.
