Costco uses them for appliance installs. Costco splits the delivery (morning) and installation (afternoon, 1-5pm). I waited around the whole day and no show for installation without a call. Terrible customer service. Had to call my handyman to install that evening. Luckily he was available. Costco should dump them as their installation arm.

They are horrible. Do not use. Ask Costco to provider another installer. Dont bother talking to them, they will not honor your date of installation and will hang up on you and are very rude.

Gabriel was amazing! He installed our dish washer in record time and was very professional!

These clowns left me a message saying I Need to call them to change an installation date. They are the sears appliance installation arm. The number gets through, and gives you a few choices to press, but none of them lead to anyone. Terrible customer service and Sears national cant help.
