I love coming to this place. Its Disneyland for anyone who loves motoring on land or water. There is so much cool stuff on the floor that it takes me about an hour just to window shop. The staff is awesome ... they know their stuff, and theyre pleasant and fun to work with. This place is very easy to find, and the hours are great. And theres even a small cafe. Just go see it all ... I think youll agree.

I bought a new 2021 Ninja 400 from these guys. David in sales helped me out. For the life of me I cant remember his last name and I cant find his card, but he did such an amazing job. It was my first time buying a bike and he made it easy, low pressure, and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted.I cant recommend it enough, and their financing process was easy and flexible.Will be coming back for the next one very soon.

Well I started in February. Gave money down on good faith. The Kymco 550CC never came in. They refund my money. Then yesterday a Lorenzo kept my information and he called me! Just like he promised he would! Jasper the manager helped make everything go smoothly! The crew remembered me that I was the crazy old lady that has been looking for this bike for so long! They were all so happy for me, that I finally got my DREAM BIKE! Kudos to all of them for staying open longer than usual to set up my new helmet with Bluetooth! First time buyer with no real credit history. I went to another store, they literally told me to forget it and just get and co-signer or pay it in full. Ive been wanting a bike again for so long and to be flat out told NO... I was really bummed. I had given up on the idea of a new bike so I was looking for something used online but somehow stumbled onto FBC. I gave them a call just to try my luck after seeing they accepted financing within my credit score. Best decision ever!!! MICHAEL was super friendly and very professional over the phone, he took all my info needed to run my credit within a few minutes. After about an hour we spoke again, it was looking rough but Michael did everything he could and came through BIG TIME. He got me financing on the bike I wanted and didnt ask me for more $ than what I had told him I could put down. This guy I had just spoken to on the phone did more in a few minutes than someone who I spoke to in person ever did. I was amazed at his customer service and level of attention. After getting the green light on the bike I told him Id be there the next day, he literally followed up with me throughout the day and worked with my schedule, got my paperwork done within an hour. He hooked it up with some gear at a discount and I was gone with my new bike! My dude you are truly the man and I thank you for the excellent service. The whole staff was friendly all around and I definitely recommend FBC to anyone and everyone.

Waited a looonng time for a specialty item I paid for in advance, was told id have it within a month....4 months later I finally get the call that the piece is there + ready to be installed !! Better late than never ? Im not sure TBA...

This place is awesome ! I bought my first brand new motorcycle, a 2021 Yamaha R3. I want to give recognition to Andy, the floor sales rep. He handled everything professionally for me and made the process super easy! Also, I want to give recognition to Jordan in the finance dept. He too, made the process easy signing all the paper work. They made the experience so much fun. I’ll be coming back for my motorcycle needs and maybe even when it’s time to upgrade to an R6.

Returned customer, bought my R6 back in 2009, and back now in 2021 for an FZ. Mike in sales help me out a lot this time, making me try several bikes to make sure I got a feeling for which one felt best. Once things got serious, and with a dented credit jasper sales manager helped me out with what I had available. Took a bit but I got to a comfortable point. Lastly, and I know there’s people out there who say “ don’t buy the warranty or service contract” trust me, if you just want to ride and forget talk to Mike in finance. Overall, when you don’t have perfect credit FBC will help you out!

Process was easy and quick. I looked online through Yamaha for a quad, received a text message from David at FBC.They ran my credit, walked in and walked out about an hour later with a brand new 2021 Raptor 700R SE. David was great with his customer service, even while handling two other customers. Definitely recommend this place. 👌

I popped in to look around, and was surprised to see the markups these guys have. These guys mark up prices quite a bit. Any dealer who tries to exploit their customers by adding extra charges should be avoided. The buyers pay extra thousands of dollars so the owners can have their big houses, etc.They ignore the bad reviews and only focus on people who are happy to take their money from.

Be careful with these guys. It should not surprise me. They tell you a “discounted” price then they add 500 in “fees” when you go to pay. Acting like this is no big deal. They told me the scooter was 2700 plus tax. Then when I go to pay it was 2700 plus “dealer fees” plus tax. I get the tax but the other added fees are bogus.

Having set my eyes on a particular motorcycle I called a number of dealers on a Wednesday. The sales person at Fun Bike Center San Diego found one in the back still in the box. Fun Bike Center is a bit of a distance, but I want to buy it because its still in the box. No big deal as I purchased my SUV online from a dealer at a distance. The conversations went like, Do you sell it at MSRP of $9999? Yes, and there is some leeway in that price for a deal. Do you add a dealer markup? No, just the tax and license usual stuff. Okay, can I pick it up Monday? I dont know if it can be held that long. We can hold it until Saturday. So, I rearrange my schedule to be able to pick up the motorcycle on Saturday. I fill out the credit form online. No big deal since I have excellent credit. I ask to have the pricing sent to me. The pricing arrives with an added dealer markup of $1335. A service contract was also added at $1769. I thank him for the information and to please remove the dealer markup, that we talked about this on the phone that there is no dealer markup. Just the $9999 price plus taxes and license. Also, to please remove the service contract and let me know what Yamaha warranty covers. The response was, he will not be able to remove dealer markup as this bike is very hot on the market and is very sought after at the moment. He will remove the service contract so I can see what that looks like. He said that pricing on the other hand is pretty solid considering the demand. He stated that he had to already work the deal to allow for them to hold it for me until Monday or else it would most likely be sold already. This response really had me shaking my head. The next day, the salesperson claimed that from the beginning he told me that there would be a dealer markup. Eventually, I agreed to buy the motorcycle with the added dealer markup and no additional service contract. He then tells me that they wont be able to assemble the motorcycle until Monday. Okay, thats fine. Then, he calls me on Friday to come in and purchase the motorcycle and return on Monday to pick it up. I told him that I was not free to do so and will just do everything on Monday. Saturday, he calls to tell me they sold the motorcycle to someone else. And, do I want to make a deposit on another motorcycle. I had to say that Ill be buying a motorcycle elsewhere. After reading some reviews on Ripoff Report and others, I see that my experience does occur, calling out by name the salesperson. And here I was thinking that dealerships like this were a thing of the past. If smart, they would have sold me the motorcycle and taken deposits from more local buyers. Its just common courtesy to have sold the motorcycle to me

I went in to help my friend buy a new motorcycle. After looking at a few, he found one that he liked and asked for a test ride. He was then told that they dont allow test rides. You have to sign a contract and then you can ride it off and if you dont like it, you can bring it back. Once the vehicle is registered, you cant just bring it back. I asked the manager why he would expect someone to spend $10,000+ without knowing if he liked it or not. He said that was policy. I cant tell if it was my friends African-American skin or if it was an actual policy. All I know is you would be foolish to spend any money without riding it first. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

I will never go back to this place again. I suggest you dont either.

I came into the dealership looking for a dual sport and was greeted by Andy, a sales representative. Andy divided all his attention into answering any and all questions I had for a couple of hours straight. The dealership was very accommodating, gave me price match and on top of that very competitive financing. I was very satisfied by Andys personality, professionalism, and willingness to help. Fun bike center is the way to go! Definitely worth the drive we had shopped around for a while for a dirt bike for our son until we found fun bike center they beat the price of chaparral by $1000! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase specially our son! We had gone in on October to order the bike and Andy helped us out and got us an ever better deal with his manager Jasper we gave a deposit and told us that it would be ready after December we were bummed to think we wouldn’t receive it on time by Christmas but hey at least our kid was going to get a bike. We’ll to our surprise Andy called us a month later and they said the bike was ready! Our son was so happy he got it and we got the best attention even though COVID is going on he was able to try on the gear before we purchased it! We had great customer service that we decided to take our business back with them and got a motorcycle for my father in law! Use to come here often but now they are priced the same as all the other big shops. I have bought 3 bikes from them over the years and have always done me well until I went in a week ago to purchase a quad for my daughter. They gave me a out the door price of 27xx over the phone, but when we showed up to buy it they ran my credit for a purchase price of 3,051 and told me that was the best price they could do. Left with a hard pull on my credit and no quad for my daughter. Will never go back again. Update. They went ahead and put my application through anyways so now I have a yamaha credit card in my name that I didnt not want. I will make sure no one I know personally will ever go to fun bike center for anything. Cant believe what they did and they should not be trusted for it. If you do go to them make sure to not have Troy as your sales person.

Andy at FBC hooked me up good! I went into the store with 2 different bike options in mind, a dual sport or stepping up to something a little more sporty. He was very informative of DRZ 400sm i was originally looking at and gave great information and pointers about advancing from the moto style to street style bikes as he had done the same. I ultimately settled on the FZ-07 and couldnt be more happy! The best part was the experience didnt feel like i was talking to a sales person but a riding buddy who just wanted the best for you. Traded in a 09 GSXR 750 and came out with a 18 GSXR 1000R. Mike was the sales man and was amazing, an effortless deal. Alan handled finances and was just as professional and easy to deal with. FBC know how to make you feel comfortable and good buying a bike so definitely go to them if you are in the market.

We stopped by because were looking for a UTV. They didnt have exactly what we wanted but with help from Mike W. we found a UTV that actually better suited our needs. I called and placed an order over the phone for parts for my 2000 sazuki ds80. I stressed to the person that I needed these parts for an upcoming trip. He told me that the part would be there for sure by the following weekend. I called the following Friday and they couldnt find my order. About 30min later I get a call back and was told that they forget to place the order. I ended up having to go elsewhere to order the parts...I decided to give them a second shot... I shouldnt haveI Called and talked to someone about buying a bike for my sons birthday. Told him he was turning 5 and wanted to check out a 90cc quad. After talking for about 20min and checking out their online inventory I decided on the bike I wanted. I paid 500 over the phone to hold the bike. When I arrived with my family to check it out the sales person asked how old my kids where. I told him the range from 5 to 11. He guided my out back where the bike was at and said he would be right back. After about 15min he comes back and tells me that he cant sell me the bike, because my kids were to young. He said that even my 11 year old was too young. He then said he had another bike for sell that would be perfect for my son. We checked it out and it has a age restriction of 6. They would sell me a bike for my son that he cant use, but wouldnt sell me then other one. I will never return here. Horrible experience. This whole place seems to have issues.

Within 10 min, I had a deposit in place to secure the bike, and I also Indic dated to Danny that I wanted to utilize the Yamaha Financing I had previously setup at another dealer in AZ and didnt want my credit run again etc. Danny made this happen, got my bike, locked in, and within 4 days I took the drive from Santa Clarita to their location. Upon entry to their building I was greeted warmly by multiple reps who directed me right to Danny and over the next 40 min we wrapped up all the paperwork and ran through the pre-delivery checklist etc. The crew loaded the bike into my truck for me, and I was on my way. Ive spent 18 years in sales, and I appreciate when people know their product and understand their customer. I would highly recommend FBC and Danny Freeman specifically if you want to have the same smooth process. Id buy again from this dealer any day of the week. FBC is a great, hassle free place to get a motorcycle. Troy Archer was very friendly and gave me plenty of information to help me decide on a bike, and once I did he helped me get a great financing offer! All the staff are very friendly and the overall mood of the place is easygoing! Definitely going to recommend to my friends when its their turn to buy a bike.

Fun Bike is not just for motorcycle riders. We go there for their off-road equipment. They have 4 wheelers for mud, sand, dirt and the farm. They have all the equipment to go with it.

After searching other motorsports locations and not finding the inventory or sales intelligence we needed, we went to Fun Bike Center and were so fortunate to have Peter Daniels as our salesman. He was laid back but informative. Fun Bike Center had exactly what we had been scouring the city for in stock and Peter made the purchase easy and super seamless including delivery to Julian California.We bought a Kawasaki Mule pro FXT and it was delivered within a few days to our property by Driver Jake Doty, Jake went over every detail of operation with us and made sure that we were good to go. Honestly I can’t say enough good about this place. Mike W. and the rest of the team there were incredible. Mike helped me find which bike was best for me while keeping safety and what I wanted in mind. He and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly. I’m in love with my bike. On top of it all I don’t feel pushed into it or as though I overpaid. They worked with me until we found something I was comfortable with budget wise. On top of it all I had a hiccup after finding insurance after the place I had been working with throughout the day said no. They seriously went above and beyond to help me insure it before I left with keeping in my budget and staying with a big name company. I can’t thank them all enough! When it’s time to get my husband’s bike I’m for sure coming back here

We always have a great experience here. Whether it has been buying a new bike for my husband, selling a bike, buying riding gear, repairs, or even when I myself was in an accident and had it brought here until we were able to get repairs done through insurance. Today we bought my son who turns 7yo this Memorial Day weekend a dirt bike and for a fantastic deal! I have always had nice friendly service too and they don’t pester me like a car dealership.
