I just had the most amazing experience with Carrillo & Sons Collision Specialists! Everyone was extremely kind, patient, understanding, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They are so easy to work with!I was given a written estimate and when the job was completed, they told me the charges did not come out to be as high as the estimate. I have never experienced that before!!!The repairs they did were to perfection and more! Out of 5 stars rating, I would give them 100. They went way above and beyond! I highly recommend them! Service with Excellence and Integrity!!!

Very small own business. They were very accommodating with all my questions, and never gave me an I dont know. Customer service was great the employees were polite and professional. Me and my husband will definitely be using them for all our car repairs while were still in San Diego. Its hard to find a mechanic you trust.

Best place Ive found. They do very good quality work. I worked with Daniel he kept in contact with me with all the updates on my car in a timely manner, hes very helpful and polite. Ive took my car in here twice so far for moderate damage around my front bumper. Both times they fixed my Jetta I couldnt even tell it was smashed the paint matched up pretty dam good. Nice doing business with them just cross my fingers my car doesnt get smashed again.

They have the cutest pets and Princess Sofia is the cutest thing ever!!!! The fact that they allow pets at work is great...no stress here.3. The waiting area is fabulous....there is a comfortable couch, chairs, coffee with all the fixings, candy, tea, water, coloring books, reading materials....you wont go bored or hungry...lol....not that I waited long but its one of the best waiting areas Ive experienced.My rep Blaine is knowledgeable, professional and efficient.4. The bathrooms are Clean and not like usual auto body or mechanics bathroom....this actually has soap, tissue, decorations, flowers, air freshener, lotion, and papertowles.5. The owner is on site..in the building, and very interactive with customers. She is amazing and awesome!!!6. Also...this a woman owned and a family business!I was unfortunately rear-ended and the persons insurance listed Carrillos as one of their top 5 chouces....I researched and read all of the reviews and Carrillos is the BEST! I will recommend Carrillos to anyone needing body work.

Carillo repaired the damage from front end damage to the car. Extremely helpful from the young lady who answered the phone to the service manager. Work was done a week early and looks like a new car. The car was taken to the Toyota dealership to make sure all the recalibration to sensors was done correctly. Couldnt be happier.

Over my many years of driving I have had to use several different auto body shops in San Diego. Carillo and Sons on Old Cliffs road is without a doubt the best body shop in San Diego!! I was heading home from work one night on the freeway when a huge piece of debris from tire threading was right in the center of two lanes- with no way of avoiding it, my front bumper and fog light took the impact and did some unfortunate damage both exterior and interior. Carillo and Sons is by far the best, most honest repair shop in San Diego. My mom took her Subaru Crosstrek in to be repaired. The staff consistently remained in contact with her, informing her of any changes and that it may take a day or two longer. Upon picking up her vehicle, the staff was so nice, explained everything and made sure she understood what was done. Also, the car was cleaned inside and out!!! Would recommend this business!!!

Repair work was excellent. Ripped the tint on 2 windows, informed me of one, paid me for that one. Never heard about the 2nd window as it was found after I picked the car up. To be fair, I havent gone by the shop. Based on the quality of the repair I would do business again

Lovely staff who are professional and friendly. We dropped our car off to get repaired through our insurance. They updated us daily on the progress of our repairs and made the process effortless. I highly recommend Carrillo & Sons! Staff are incredibly friendly and service is excellent. They replaced my bumper after I was rear ended and it looks better than it did the day I bought it!

They have a cool app where you upload photos of the damage to your car, which during Covid19 is a cool and safe way to for everyone to get a quote. Knowing that you cant always tell how extensive damage can be by just photos, I was given an estimate that I thought was really fair and a timeline that was also really good. I got to the shop for drop off and the staff was so friendly and nice. I was emailed the very next day with an update that there was some more extensive damage which I was anticipating since the bumper was removed there and was given an updated quote and timeline which were both really fair. The repair was supposed to take 2 weeks and be completed by 6/8/2020 and I got a call that it was done and ready for pickup on 6/1/2020. I am more than pleased with the quickness my car was fixed, but I am super happy with how good my car looks now. It looks like its brand new again! The work they did is flawless! 10/10 will recomend to friends and family! Thanks Carillo and Sons!

This place is the perfect collision center. I recently had to take a car here, and from start to finish Carillo and Sons was the pinnacle of professionalism. They patiently answered all of my (many) questions, handled the situation in a timely and professional manner, and completed the repairs in a way that looked good as new. If every automotive auto body shop was like this one, Id be happy to have more accidents.Had a little bit of damage on the front of my black car from someone backing into it in a parking lot. Daniel @ Carrillo & Sons provided a quote, as they were one of the choices I had among several from my insurance company. They came highly recommended and I now see why. We scheduled a date for me to drop the car off, they estimated the time required as 2-3 business days, and they took care of it.I asked Daniel about some marks on the hood of the car when obtaining the quote, offered to pay separately for that, and they took care of it, free of charge. Said it was part of the detailing service and were very attentive to it.The paint matched perfectly, and it looks good as new. No rattles, no problems. They called me when the job was completed, Daniel met me to go over the vehicle on my schedule, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Could not have been a better experience.

I went here for a few small scratches on my car and they buffed it out within ten min for free. Everyone was so friendly and their office was very nice. I will definitely be going back here if I need auto body work done!

LOVED IT. Having my car wrecked has never been such a pleasure. Daniel Carrillo himself took the time to write me some very detailed emails explaining exactly what was going on, updating me with information as soon as it was available. I never had to call and check on things or encourage them to do their jobs. Staff very polite, professional, and nice to interact with. FRESH COOKIES, coffee, candy, snacks, water bottles, leather couches, magazines, chapsticks, mints... I dont even know what else, just go hang out in the lobby for a few minutes. Ill never go to another collision center after being introduced to Carrillo & Sons.Not to be confused with Carrillos which is a different place in San Diego apparently that I almost went to on accident

WHEN THEY EVALUATE THE DAMAGE OF THE VEHICLE, THERE SUPPOSE TO GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE OF HOW LONG IS GOING TO TAKE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, THIS BUSINESS SAID TO US IT WILL TAKE 3 OR 4 DAYS TO FIX IT, IT TOOK MORE THAN 2 WEEKS.
