After a car accident(not my fault), the insurance company of the other party wanted me to come to Fix Auto for the repair estimate. I decided to have them do the work on my vehicle and can say that they were very easy to work with. I didnt have any problems scheduling appointments, dropping off my car, or picking up. The time frame for the work was acceptable for me and would recommend this business to family and friends.

I have been going to Fix Auto Chula Vista (San Diego) National City for at least 10 years. I refer all my friends and family to them because of the excellent service and attention to detail.Most recently they honor their lifetime warranty on paint and body, 10 years later. It turns out they product had a defect and they repainted 1/2 my truck without giving me any hassle. I seriously still cant believe they completed nearly $3,600 of work at no additional cost to me. They even buffed out the rest of my truck so everything would blend in perfectly.Really just an awesome VIP experience and true to their word.

Great place to take your car to fix. Great costumer service, however, never use Rental Insurance Service. They are the worst insurance company ever and they had made my experience the worst.

I was involved in a rear collision, once again; this was the second time on three months. I choose without hesitation Fix Auto. Because I was more than satisfied with the work they performed on my vehicle from the first collision. My Technician was Jose Limon, (who was the same Technician from the first collision). Jose was thorough with the work to be performed and upon completion he once again explored the work performed, very detailed. I want to also acknowledge the support staff, they were also explained the charges and assisted in my rental vehicle while my car was being repaired.

On the day of delivery, since I didnt have a ride to Fix Auto Chula Vista, Fix sent out an UBER car to pick me up and take me there. Then, FIX paid for it.4). Theres one small part still on back order though. Once FIX gets it, theyll contact me for an appointment for installation.5). My car almost looks new!6). (This is for autofix chula vista)Had my car serviced through my insurance 1-10-2021 (state farm) Ill list the things that went wrong and rightCons: not even close to the due date about 1week and a half short, door was not align correctly so I can hear the air when Im on the freeway, when I arrived my air bag light came on (assuming because they replace my door and the door had air bags) that should of been fixed before I got there, once I left I needed to put gas thank God I did because when I got there my gas tank was stuck close!! So ran back before they closed so they can fix it, overall a lazy not detailed job especially for the amount paid NOT WORTH IT!! Oh and they promised to fix this that and this and didnt do anything feel like they said just to make the sale, They seemed to rush the job once they had time to do it, I would not recommend even if it is through insurancePros: I really cant think of anything they did right or what they were suppose to do right so I leave it at that

Wow! What can I say. I first brought my Lexus to them for a collision repair. A few month later I got rear ended by a semi in my GTR. They did such an amazing job with my Lexus I HAD to take it back. Jose Limon is an outstanding representative of this company. I did not originally intend to use them for repair, but after speaking with Jose I was so impressed that I did take my vehicle there. They were very efficient and the vehicle is beyond beautiful. The office staff is efficient, but not especially friendly or helpful.

It was a horrible experience... State Farm uses them as authorized repair shop and as a result they have no quality/control nor accountability for the repairs paid by State Farm. They misrepresented information to State Farm and major defects on repairs and left my bumper bulging out and my rear view camera is misaligned. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.
