From my personal experience this shop is an excellent place to take your cars they repaired my 2019 tundra which had a huge dent on the passenger door and they got it done with in 1 week the process was fast and easy. Their office has excellent customer service people as well as if you are waiting they offer you hot chocolate coffee water and it is very clean as well overall i am very pleased and highly recommend this shop. My father also brought in his truck and also an excellent job the staff is really friendly and they go the extra mile to washing and cleaning your car inside and out. They made sure i left happy and that I was satisfied with the job thier paint jobs have life time warranty overall great shop and will be coming back if necessary for future work.

This place hooked up my front bumper, looks like a brand new car off the lot. The lady at the front receptionist desk: I want to say thank you for your excellent customer service and customer experience. Thank you for getting me the help and taking care of things and going over and beyond. I came in early before work when they opened and she immediately helped out instantly. They don’t have customer service like this at most car places. Thanks again!

Horrible admin service. Some parts needed to be ordered which was delayed due to covid (totally understandable) however, the Qualtech never called to inform me the parts had arrived. I had to make the effort to figure it out. After I dropped my vehicle off and gave the approval to repair everything, I was given a 4 day estimate on the repairs to happen. On day 4, I called to see if I could pick up my vehicle. The clerk indicated that I didnt give them the authorization to do the repairs. After I gave them the second authorization the clerk claimed she called to inform me my vehicle was ready when there was no missed calls. Once I arrived, I ended up waiting an additional hour to find out the repairs werent completed and that I would need to come back the next Monday. When I confronted the admin she developed a highly unprofessional attitude. Total lack of organization and ethics. The repairs did happen and my vehicle is now in working order. It was just too much chaos for a basic repair. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had some major body work done after a collision. Qualtech made my car look brand new. Runs perfectly. They did an excellent job!

They did a great job on my wifes bumber on both sides. The right side had a deep gash from getting hit by someone trying to park next to her. The one on the left was my wifes fault, she scraped it on a pole. Insurance covered $1200 for the right side and we only paid $90 out of pocket to get the left side done. Nice! I highly recommend!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Qualtech! I just drove up from Texas and there was something in the road that really messed up my van. I came here through my insurance company and I am so glad I did! Angie is AMAZING! I was really stressed and being pretty short (I apologize again, ANGIE!) but she managed to bring everything around and I was laughing when I left! The work was amazing, you couldnt even tell that something was wrong to begin with. I did notice that something didnt feel quite right (just a loose bolt of the bumper cover) and brought it back so they could take a look. They fixed the problem right up, no questions! They do work outside of insurance as well! They will be my go to, if I need work, now that I live here in San Diego! Thanks for everything yall!!

Horrible customer service! They will try to tell you what parts theyll use to fix your vehicle. Theyll also require you to sign an agreement stating they are not responsible for any damage whatsoever. If they caused the damage, another party or if the shop burns down. They must not have any insurance!?!? Worst customer service experience in a long time, wait the insurance company is poor as well. This a customer oriented service business and country live in. These people are ridiculous, I was involved in a car accident and they told me that if I have any problems with my car to bring back. My whole front end was damaged and now I have a noise on the side which I know it has to do with a cv joint or axle these people don’t want to do there job correct. I highly recommend not coming here. Best place is Service King.

DO NOT GO to this repair shop! this place is horrible. The lady in the front desk angie is so unprofessional and rude. she doesnt know anything! anything you ask her and all the updates she gives you about your car are lies. Every week they would tell my husband his car would be ready the following week. IT took a WHOLE month ! when we finally got our car back the car was still not fixed right. they left to different color headlights on and the car is starting to experience other problems. even when asked to speak to the manager, the manager was even more rude asking why are you complaining?. how unprofessional.

This place is horrible!Came here to get my car fixed last month and the front bummer is sliding up due to poor installation. They say its because another car hit me just because they dont want to fix it. Definitely do not recommend this place unless you want to get cheated out of your lifetime warranty they provide.

Wow! It’s about the only word that describes the excellent service provided by this company. They went well above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was returned BETTER than it was before the accident. Angie = one of the most respectable people I’ve ever met. I am honored to be living in this world with someone like her! She took time to make sure we were understanding of all of the work done. She delayed her meeting making us her priority. Even when I over reacted and got very angry over charges I didn’t understand, she was able to forgive my nasty behavior and still treat us like a valued customer. They worked with us to come up with the deductible. Not only did we have a great experience, but we found our forever mechanic! Thank you QualTech you are amazing!

My favorite auto mechanic shop in San Diego. The bulk of their business is fleet cars (limousines and lease cars) and handling insurance repairs. They use OEM factory parts and the techs are very knowledgeable and honest. Theyve never tried to sell me work I didnt need. Ive had my timing belt replaced here, as well as having brake work done. The shop is large and immaculate. It is located in a business park and you wouldnt know it was there unless you were looking for it.

Made the process for dealing the body work to my car after an accident simple and easy.

This is the second time Ive taken my car here. I took my Carolla here several years ago when it was rear ended and they did such a great job, I searched for them again. My car looks and runs like its brand new. You can never tell its been in an accident and it drives like its never been in one either. They even gave me the left over paint to touch up any blemishes on the car. Angie (front office) is wonderful! :)

These guys are really great! I dont think Ive ever had such an easy experience getting my car repaired! I went in for an estimate and the next day I was able to bring in my car for repairs and they finished very quickly! Its also nice too because they let you select how often you want to be kept up to date (ie. everyday, every two days, when the car is done) they where always extremely helpful! They waived part of my deductible to help me out, and the receptionist was nice too! I wouldnt go anywhere else for a repair! THANK YOU QUALTECH!PS. they also give you a little gift once your repairs are done, and a thank you for repairing with them.

The only issue I encountered was the receptionist not following up with me for an appointment. Not a big deal for me but others may have a problem if the guy tells you their receptionist will contact you. Other than that they did a great job fixing my car and made it look brand new.
