I was interested in a used Aston Martin V8 Vantage at this car dealership. During my research I discovered that the previous owner brought the car into an AM dealer for service and discovered that it needed $17K in repairs, so he sold it. When I brought this to Iconic Coachs attention they told me they would send it to a local shop to see if any of those repairs had been completed. I contacted Iconic 3x a week for 3 weeks looking for follow up information. It never came, and the car is no longer listed on the website. I can only assume that they didnt want to sell to a knowledgeable buyer, and were waiting for an unsuspecting customer. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a specific vehicle, a Cadillac CTS V-Coupe, and I found it on Iconic Coachs website. The photography and presentation of the car was first class. When I called and inquired, I was given straight answers and none of the usual hype. So, I drove down from Orange County to look at the car and it was everything that I hoped it would be. After a 20 minute test drive, I sat down with Joe and we quickly arrived at a mutually agreeable and fair price. I went to the bank, got a cashiers check and when returned, the paperwork was easily completed...very straightforward. Yousef was a real gentleman to do business with. Iconic Coach initially had the Porsche 911 I thought I wanted listed on CarGurus.com, but after expressing interest, I was immediately contacted by Joe at Iconic Coach, who advised me that the vehicle had unfortunately already been sold. Brothers and owners Joe and Yusof were not deterred, though. They sent me a very professionally produced video of a gorgeous 2009 Porsche 911S Cabriolet they had just obtained and had not even been priced or put out for public consumption and I was floored by it. They requested a small deposit to hold the vehicle until they had priced it and I was able to research and compare it to a similar vehicle I was already considering. Long story short, after getting the price a few days later, I committed to purchasing their vehicle. Both Joe and Yusof were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the purchase process, including arranging shipping to me in the Seattle area and even dealing with me and answering questions on almost a daily basis well beyond its arrival at my front door looking as incredible as it had in pictures and video. Very military friendly, they even gave me a couple little perks for my 20 years of Naval Air service. The efforts they made to ensure that the vehicle met my expectations on arrival and that all my questions were answered were outstanding. I cannot praise their family run operation enough and am more than pleased with my total experience with them and their company. I am also proud to call them my newest friends.

Having never bought a used car from a smaller independent dealer, I was a bit skeptical but by the end of the experience I was very confident in my purchase. Joe and Yusof were very up front and honest, providing car fax and other reports on the cars history. I opted to have the car (Lexus GX470) taken to the truck shop for a Pre-Purchase Inspection and they fully supported that decision and said they recommend it so everyone feels good about it and there are no surprises. There were a couple small cosmetic things that they agreed to take care of for me which I really appreciated. I felt like Joe and Yusof went above and beyond and really wanted me to feel good about my purchase. I had a great experience and would do business with them again. Highly recommend.

Relaxed and amazing experience.After going to 5+ dealerships for my first car, this is definitely the most down-to-earth dealership Ive seen. Joe & Yusef are super friendly and transparent. After recently entering the market for a car I set out to find a car I’ve wanted as a kid. The 335i with its twin turbo N54 engine was something I had always wanted. I came up on Iconic Coaches dealership when I found a listing for a perfect low mileage 335i. When I arrived I was immediately met by an associate who pulled the car out and the first thing he tells me is the turbos have already been replaced but he has no paperwork to prove it. After some time with the car I told them I want to think on it and he said that’s fine no pressure at all. Handed me his card and I was on my way home. I began doing my own research in to the cars history and discovered they were telling the truth about what they were told of the car. In fact the cars history was so pristine and well managed I knew this was the one. The honesty of Iconic Coach should speak volumes to any future customers. This is a no pressure, honest dealership. My final words to the manager was that Iconic Coach was the closest thing to a franchise dealership without actually being one and I stand by that statement.

Nothing but excellent things to say after today. After being back and forth with this other dealership and them taking half of our down payment . We came across this company selling a Mercedes benz. Went down there and put a payment down to hold the car until we had the rest. So as he walked us to the car he surprised us by saying take the rest of the money you owe us and take your family out to eat . After spending all morning at the other dealership trying to get our refund back and only leaving with half we didnt know what we were going to do. I wasnt expecting that at all.
