BEWARE! My SUV arrived with 2 flat tires and I have pictures that prove they were not flat When I purchased It! They had my car for almost 3 weeks unable to locate or get ahold of their driver! The person responsible for my car wouldnt answer JIBs calls? SO THEY SAID!they blamed the Driver for being unprofessional and saying they were not gonna give him anymore work! They dont take responsibility and keep blaming everything on other people!JIB UNITED TRANSPORT, I PAID YOU! YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CAR, YOU GOT IT?and they love to say I will call you back and you will never hear from them if you hire this company go ahead but you should at least be aware of what might happen to you.

They drive reckless cutting off drivers and when you try to pass they play chicken with you which is bad enough but when I have my newborn daughter in the car its a nightmare ive onformed the police and will warn anyone not to do business with them if you care about public safety!! If your car is on their trailer 10-8-19 it was being flung around while they were doing 20 mph over the speed limit there was lexus suv and audi a4 that caught air

Be careful shipping or towing your vehicle with this company. Theyre thieves and lairs, they stole a catalyst converter /exhaust system from my 2018 Kia forte and also they have damaged the rear passenger door on my Ford scape and hit my 16 Buick Verano. Theyve sent a wrong key for my Chevy Cruze and they told me they dont touch the cars and they dont know anything about the key but in a couple days they called me they told me that they have the key and it it was switched with chevy Camaro. i will take them to court, i have documented all pictures and phone conversations.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Their front desk older male employee is Unprofessional, rude, and a lier! He told me my car was on the way when it was still in Houston. My Car arrived with 2 flat Tires when theres was no mention of flat tires on description and I have pix that they were not flat!BEWARE! PEOPLE STEAL YOUR CAR PARTS IN THEIR YARD! My husband and I saw this! with our own eyes! So we decided to take out our car immediately! Cuz they have no employee supervision out in the yard! Unacceptable! JIB If I pay you $750 for you to bring down my 2017 car from huston I expect YOU to be able to tell me where my car is at all times! They close 20 minutes before the actual close time so make sure to get there early. They were nice enough to help us out because we drove in from far away to get here.
