A friend recommended I take my car to these guys to have a look at a loud constant squeaking noise I thought was a power steering problem or worse. It always helps to know someone or get a recommendation and after my experience at brothers AUTO I wanted to return the favor.They were professional from the start. They quickly diagnosed the noise as a bent tension pulley which turned out to be a very inexpensive fix and they were able to order the part same day and take care of it.My cars fixed, no more noise, and I was pleasantly surprised when I paid for the repair. If you want honest and hardworking people this is the place to go. I came with a lengthy list of things I knew was wrong with my car. JT then evaluated my car and prioritized the most important things to work on. He gave me a deal no one else could beat and had my Chevy Malibu ready in 2 days!!! With each visit JT & crew have been extremely thorough with their explanations and transparent with their pricing.After a visit this morning to get a TPMS replacement, I drove off $20 cheaper than the dealership quoted to even look at my sensor (not including parts and labor).Upon pickup, they instantly made me aware of my hubcap having been stuck and breaking upon removal. Without question they went online and next-day ordered a brand new set (all 4) of the exact same hubcaps, nearing the price of the service themselves. Ill be picking up the replacement hubcaps tomorrow, and I guarantee you wont be finding a more satisfied customer elsewhere.These guys are my new go-to, and I recommend anyone reading to give them a shot. Brothers tire center and repair was recommended to me by a family friend who works on cars. I was nervous because in the past I’ve been led to believe that I was getting a deal but in the end it cost me an arm and a leg. One of the mechanics JT diagnosed my car, he took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with it and what needed to be done. I was offered a better price than I could find anywhere else, and was kept informed throughout the process. The initial prices remained at the end and the work was done well and in a timely manner. ALSO, i find it rude when I get my car back dirty, it was clean and I felt like it was treated with care. I will always bring my car here no matter the issue they have a solution. I found this small but busy shop when I needed to get a friend’s tire patched and was nearby. I saw their ratings, and I figured I could not go wrong here.Several weeks later, I brought my vehicle in to have some KW coil overs by MPP installed. I enjoyed speaking with JT, who seemed to be very passionate and caring about his work. Their price for the installation, ride height adjustment to 1 inch below stock, as well as alignment was $350, around half that of a respectable suspension shop.I confirmed that they would be able to finish in one day – drop off the day before, pick up the day after. It took them more time than they thought it would, so they needed it another day. OK, no problem – I changed my plans and made alternate transportation arrangements.When I got the vehicle back, the ride height was very low – substantially lower than I wanted and had originally asked for. No problem, JT and his brother said – bring it back if you still want it higher after driving it for a while. I did so a few days later, and JT raised it a small amount – still lower than I had asked for. These are the values specified by Mountain Pass Performance for the “mild” drop.After JT did not feel comfortable adjusting the ride height to manufacturer specifications, I emailed a photo of the front suspension install to the manufacturer of the coil overs to verify that the installation was properly done. They pointed out that their directions had not been followed, and that an extra rubber piece was reinstalled from the stock suspension setup that was not supposed to be there. The manufacturer was kind enough to offer to speak with JT, the mechanic who worked on the car. After some time (JT said he would call the other gentleman, who never received a phone call), the coilover manufacturer was kind enough to reach out to JT directly. They spoke for some time, but it seems as if JT did not want to take advice from “some guy in Canada”. (He later stated that he did not like that I was calling other people / mechanics to discuss his work – “I am an ASE certified mechanic!”).After some back and forth, JT agreed to correct the installation and said to come by today (12/8/20) at 4:00 PM for the work to be done. I asked if he would be able to finish the vehicle same day, and he said he would call back at 11:00 AM to verify, which he never did. I went by the shop at 4:15 PM, thinking that he had forgotten to call me back, but would honor his 4:00 PM appointment.After waiting in the shop for 15 minutes, JT says he cannot to the work today – “look around – I am busy today, my helpers quit” (paraphrased). At this point, things headed south, and JT offered to refund my money. His brother stepped in at this point, and said he would not do that. After some shouting back and forth, JT and his brother ask me to leave “good bye – have a nice day” is a phrase that JT likes to say. I like that phrase; I might start using it.On initially stumbling across this place, I thought I had found a caring mechanic that I could recommend friends and family to. I now have to take my vehicle to another shop (I’m not going to cheap out this time – in some things, you get what you pay for) to have the suspension removed and properly reinstalled, as well as have the ride height adjusted to 135mm.Hopefully JT and I just had a personality mismatch combined with consistent communication problems, and others will have better results. JT does have a lot of knowledge, and he does care about his work – he just didn’t seem to be open to the possibility that he had made a mistake.As is usually the case, there are two sides to every story. I am sure that JT and his brother will have different memories of the events. I hoped that I could walk out today a happy customer and shake hands with JT and his brother for standing behind their work, but that’s not always how things work.Good bye, JT – have a nice day!

At first I didn’t know what was wrong with my car until I showed up to here shop and as soon as I got there they help me out and where kind enough to explain to me what it meant and told me to come in anytime I need it fix again or another service. I know where I will be coming from now on. My car has no given me another headache with the check engine ever since i left the shop. Very professional.

Good shop. Took my car in for repair. Had check engine light. Was able to walk in no appointment. They figured out it was just a bad fuse and replaced it for me for free. I offered $20 and they wouldnt accept it. That shows me these guys are good people and have good customer service. I plan to bring my car here in the future.

So where to start?! My car registration was coming up and I couldnt pass smog due to o2 sensor issues. Took my car to 3 different mechanics trying to solve the issue and no one could fix the problem. 9/9/2019I should have written this review a while ago, but Im finally getting around to it. I was looking for an honest mechanic who does good work for fair prices and that is exactly what I found in JT.The first time we went to JT was this past January when I ran over a grate on the highway and cracked my temperature housing. Alex gave us the option of buying the parts directly from the dealer and having him install them, which saved us money. When I went to pick up the car I asked if he could change the oil. He did so in about 15 minutes, and didnt charge for it! Dont worry about it youll get it next time he said. Who does that?!Since that successful first visit we have taken all 3 of our vehicles there. The service is always speedy and fair. He never tries to up-sell on anything and even tries to talk us out of things we dont need. Ive never known a mechanic to do that. Because of all this he has gained customers for life and a constant referral for his company. Honesty pays off in my book.
