Worst service ever! Honestly, the Kia service department has better service for my 13 year old beater than Audi SD. Just make the extra 15 minute trip to Audi Carlsbad. If you must come to SD for service avoid Jennifer and definitely avoid calling for a status update. You will get its in progress and when you ask for amplifying information... well its being worked on This place is a joke.

Worst service ever! $290 for an oil change. Nothing else. A simple oil change. Meanwhile, Audi of Escondido and Audi of Carlsbad charge $99.95. I have called repeatedly over two weeks. No one will call me back. Ive left messages. They will not make good on this. They will rip you off and they dont care. They respond telling me to reach out to them to restore my confidence. Right. Empty words. They have so many fake positive reviews. Look closely and youll see more like mine. Consider yourself warned!

I was told repeatedly told my car repair would be done the next day when in fact it wasnt. They seem overly understaffed with mechanics. It was difficult to get any status of my car.
