Outstanding customer service from Kathleen. Quick to respond to questions and thorough in her communication and knowledge. Install team was excellent as well. Friendly, efficient - did a great job. We had a problem with the app that automates the controls and they sent someone promptly to set it up. Very pleased with the quality of the blinds.

Very professional staff, easy to get in touch with, very clear answers to various questions, excellent workmanship (their installer even made corrections on the fly when their supplier sent the wrong items - 24V power supply with 110V drive motor - they made it work temporarily until correct replacement was supplied).

Good experience with repair of roller shades. Called to request in-warranty service, they promptly returned my call and scheduled.Took a little time to get repair part, but thats attributable to XMAS-season pandemic shipping delays.The gentleman who diagnosed and replaced the part was very professional. He was on time, respectful of my property, and called in advance to let me know he was en route.

I am very pleased with the service and product (plantation shutters) provided with 3 Blind Mice. Their services were provided to me via Costco which did give me a rebate card. They contacted me quickly, I had a great FaceTime meeting with their rep discussing me needs and desires, and a rep came out and measured and several weeks later my shutters came in and were installed. All appointments were on time, all reps very pleasant and respectful. I couldn’t be more pleased; I highly recommend them and would use them again.

We selected the colors and formats, our advisor did initial measurements to get pricing. A more detailed measurement was made a few days later. The window treatments were ordered; delivered on the schedule we were told and were installed by amazingly fast staff. They work, they look great; they are exactly what we wanted. We went to 3BM via Costco, so we even get money back.

Several years ago I ordered window coverings from 3 Blind Mice through Costco. Recently one of my blinds wasnt working properly so I sent an email to 3 Blind Mice describing the problem. To my surprise they immediately responded and in a few days sent someone to fix the problem! Im very impressed with their service and highly recommend them as a dependable and trustworthy company.

The initial part of the process was generally fairly smooth. After the order was completed and payment was made, I felt that the process started going downhill. The shades were ordered and arrived in their warehouse, but I wasnt contacted by the installation department until about a week later, scheduling an appointment about 2 weeks after they received the materials. Once the installers finally made it out to install the shades, they realized half way through the installation that they didnt have all of the parts and said they would have to schedule a time to come back. After arguing for a bit, they hesitantly agreed to come back the next day to finish the installation. I realized there was an issue with one of the shades 2 days later, so a replacement was ordered. I was told that the installation department would reach out to schedule an appointment immediately upon receiving the replacement. The project manager gave me the exact date that the shade would be received, but the installation department didnt reach out. Frustrated after not hearing from them, I called them the following week and had to argue to get a timely appointment. I had additional shades to order, but I am going with another company and wouldnt recommend 3 Blind Mice.

Marcie saved the day! I had a situation where I needed to replace a sheer drape in a hurry. Marcie found someone that actually had the same material in stock and then had the new drape redone for me. In less time than actually quoted!! My customer is happy, Im thrilled and I am so delighted with the top-notch customer service that was provided.

We had prepared the window areas and then Luis came in and was done before you know it. 8 windows plus a motorized kitchen window that is a great addition to our kitchen. And he helped with an older shade that needed repair. Yay!

Overall we were very pleased with the quality of the shades we purchased. They have completely changed the look of our room. We were provided with multiple samples to choose from and found a good match for our furniture. Everything was spelled out clearly in the contract.We had 2 issues after installation but one has been resolved and the other will be taken care of soon. I realize the Covid situation has complicated manafacturing and delivery - our disappointment was that we did not feel that we were kept up to date on the progress of our order. All communications needed to be initiated by us. I think a follow-up call to keep customers in the loop about their purchase and also to to check on satisfaction after installation would be helpful.

I purchased some amazing window coverings from Costco on a promotion. 3 Blind Mice was the Graber window covering design & installation service. I was replacing curtains and found some roman shades in a natural matchstick type shade. The design, order, delivery & installation went smoothly, I love the new look. 3 Blind Mice installed our reception desks roll-down shield/sneeze guard for Covid19 protection. Ordering and scheduling was flexible, and Mike was doing the onsite work: he did a good job with install, and he helped us to charge the batteries for the system, set up the the controller and showed us how to use it properly.

The rep who came out was professional and knew her business, but I already knew what I wanted so the meeting was brief. The installers showed up early and did a good job...the only problem is they had to move my big screen TV to install, but did not move it back, so I had to run after them. And they left a screw and a screw packet on my floor.

I am so pleased with our decision to use 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings. All were very helpful and professional from the beginning. I really enjoyed working with Kathleen who provided excellent ideas and also went out of her way to make sure I was able to get coverings for my bathrooms. Winders were very small and I really wanted to keep the same feature throughout using customer shutters. She was able to find them and they are fabulous!

I hired 3 Blind Mice to have three blinds designed for my newly renovated condo this month and all three have gaps between the frame of the window and the blind, so that you can see through at night. And I do not have curtains to cover up the gaps. The two adjacent blinds that were installed in the Living Room to cover the large patio door were especially poorly designed and installed and have a one inch gap between both blinds - which is wide enough for anyone walking by to see in clearly. That patio door window faces a high traffic area and now I have no privacy. Also, the beaded chains that they installed are made of white, cheap-looking plastic, which I was not consulted on during the ordering process, otherwise I would have ordered stainless steel/metal ones. Additionally, the valance is also plastic. I assumed it would have been white, powder-coated metal. I paid over $1300 for poorly made blinds and cheap looking hardware. That is not right. Finally, my credit card was charged for the full amount prior to having the blinds installed. I have worked with window covering companies in the past and they usually ask for a deposit of 50% and then you pay the balance after the installation has been done. Not in this case. I have tried emailing the company email on their website to get a response, but it says that the emails are not being processed. Their website says the following: we take it one step further and ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with the product and the installation. We wont leave you sitting high and dry after we sign the contract. I am NOT 100% satisfied and I hope to get a positive response from Senior Management at the company to have this resolved.

Ive been using Kathleen for many years. She has done window coverings for my custom built home in San Marcos  and  two of my duplexes in Carlsbad.  Kathleen is very professional, pays attention to detail, and always comes up with great design advice.  When it comes to the most important part, the installation, it always goes very smooth and the end product looks top notch!  I wouldnt think of using anyone else except Kathleen with 3 blind mice!  I really love that she does her own customer service because I can call her directly whenever I have any questions! Kathleen even helped me pick out fabric for my condo in Maui!   Thank you Kathleen for making all my homes beautiful.  I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family!

Kathleen, the design specialist at 3 Blind Mice, came out to my home next day and she was not only very knowledgeable about all the product options (privacy, heat rejection, care and maintenance) but helped make my home look beautiful. My blinds were ordered immediately and rushed to be in and installed the very next week. Im very happy with the selections we made. The pricing was very competitive and the installers were fast, professional and clean (and gave a great overview of how to use and care for our new blinds).

We recently had our entire house window coverings replaced by 3 blind mice. I can honestly tell you that I have never had such a fantastic experience from every level of the company- beginning with the scheduling of the appointment from the head office to Marc coming over to the house and reviewing with us on all our options and doing all the measurements (which were spot on!). I have had three great experiences with 3 Blind Mice. They installed my power shades with remote controls, I have floor to ceiling windows facing west, I couldnt be happier with the results. I recently had another layer of blackout shades installed, and OD was able to integrate them seamlessly with the previous shades and remotes. OD will return your call and get back to you immediately when you contact him. I will use 3 Blind Mice again and would recommend them to friends.

Sissi was fabulous and helped us customize our window coverings to meet all our concerns. A few weeks later, the window coverings were installed swiftly by the team.

Ordering and installation were great. Time to receive the shades and correct mistaken delivery was excessive.

Overall I recommend 3 Blind Mice, they have a good selection of high quality blinds and window coverings. They are familiar with the HOAs in downtown and in some cases may even be aware of what is pre-approved. The only issue I had would be communication in regards to factory delays which was ultimately resolved in timely manner without a problem. The consultation and installation were both top notch, they were very professional and reliable. These are the people to go to if you need blinds in Downtown San Diego.

What a trying and disappointing experience I had. They took forever to follow through with a quote and then it was almost $5,000 for two very simple window treatments with fabric that would not be lined. I live in a very nice apartment but did not want to have only a $5,000 choice for two small areas. I let them know I would be here only about 1 year. They showed me fabric they did not actually have in stock then took a month to get back to me after I called the manager. The first salesman that came out was poorly groomed and dressed to go to the beach. All in all a very disappointing experience

Shady company. my sister got blinds from them via costco. when I looked to get my blinds their prices had doubled (in a year and a half) we have identical windows. some size. same shapes same number (its a duplex where each side is mirror image of other side). Richard Ronquillo was super nice on consultation, but when I pointed out price discrepancy he said he would get back to me, he took my sisters into to look up her order.....weeks went by, nothing. heard from him with a generic follow up text........when I responded to that text he finally said my sister had a rarely used line. I asked if it was still available. he said he would check it out and get back to me on day or two.....you guessed it. no flow up until just now got a generic text are you still interested in windows coverings. shady shady shady. prices seem to double in a year and a half....you find out they arent offering all their options. and follow up is bad bad bad.....will be calling costco to let them know they need a more reputable company working with them.
