Feel sorry for the lady because it was only her working there. But the service is very slow, they need more staff. You gotta be a faster establishment if you’re in an airport!

I ordered the all nighter bagel and it came without bacon. I asked them to remake it with bacon, because that’s what I paid for. After waiting about 20 more minutes, they gave us our new sandwich. It was the complete wrong sandwich, and not what we ordered at all. Thanks guys

The service was horrible, every one is mad because there working there. It is very sad when a paying customer receives horrible service. They should consider training people for a better service its there job and they do not do it right. Horrible service

Bagel was OK but was cold cause the rude attendant informed us that they don’t slice or toast bagels. Really when we walked around we saw a larger Einstein area that appeared to toast and slice bagels. Won’t be buying anything from them again. Yummy cold bagel .... not!
