1st of all, I love this place! It has a nice variety of products, hair, make up, skincare. Extremely friendly and helpful. I was helped thoroughly on my previous visit, so I didnt need any help on this visit. I was able to pick the correct perm and supplies. Thanks!

This is my go to place for beauty products on the West side of. San Diego. Knowledge sweet staff, and a wide verity of beauty products. Also, I am a fan of selection of shampoos and conditioners for colored hair. Price is fair as well. Good parking too.

I love this store! They have EVERYTHING. And the experience is great. When you walk through the door, you receive a casual greeting and a let me know if you need help finding anything. No one pesters you about what you need or any other annoying questions. One of the few retail stores where I feel comfortable! If theres an item I need, I will wait to buy it until I can make it down to PB. The employees are friendly and helpful! Also, the price is right. Couldnt be happier.

Its a little hard to navigate if you dont know exactly what you want and where its located, but Empire Beauty Supply offers a wide range of hair care products. The friendly staff are always willing to direct you to the right aisle and help you find a replacement product if the one you sought was discontinued.
