Not only are they disrespectful and hang up on people… They also disconnect their phone so you can’t even make contact with whoever works there… Takes for me to actually go down to the location to speak to somebody… Crazy that they won’t refund you for services that you haven’t even used… Stay away from this service is terrible especially the service they do not provide….

Great place to get clean, fresh water. Rinse your bottles, then set up your bottles at the faucets. Use the towels in the baskets to wipe off any splash, and put the towels in the bin under the counter. You pay in bulk, then they count your gallons each time you check out.

I had been loyal customer, one thing I dont and wont tolerate is the the bad service and not refunding customers their money when they never did a service. This company is charging customer with services, when no services was ever done. My experience with this company is below satisfaction i would like to assure that no other customers get use like i did. At this point they are not responding to any of my calls. Bad,terrible service. This will go further into I get my refund.

Not happy I been a not account client, but YES a frequent client where Iclove to go and get my ALKALINE water. 2 weeks ago I wneh to onother location and they charge me $3.75 for filling my (5 gallon container). Yesterday I when back to Lady water on University ave on North Park. To fill my bottles and I has the lady, ¿why this store is charging me more than doble for my water, the lady got mad ans say to me this what with charge here!!! I used to be a proponent of drinking straight from the tap, until I saw a news story about all the contaminants in California water. I was glad to find a great, convenient source for water close to home. I go about once a week to fill my five gallon glass bottle. They even had a good choice of dispensers for when I started out. Good prepayment options mean I can get good, pure water for half the price of buying plastic bottles off the shelf in the supermarket.

Ive been a customer for a couple years now and wont go to any other water store in San Diego! Outstanding service with friendly and personable staff. They have alkaline water, regular water, and bunch of bottles and accessories to choose from. During the pandemic they have been cleaning twice a day (from 11am-noon and 3-4pm). Everything is very clean and makes customers feel safe😁 Thank you water ladies!!

Goof rasting local water, little expensive

Please dont drink this water. I have been drinking nothing but this water for the past 6 months straight and have seen extremely negative changes in my body... HUGE amounts of HAIRLOSS on my head has been falling out. Also, it has given me CAVITIES for the first time in my life. I had never had cavities until I started drinking this water. Essentially the reverse osmosis water is demineralizing my whole body and making it brittle. My teeth are eroding and my hair is falling out. Do not drink reverse osmosis water. It strips your teeth, hair and whole body of its minerals. While it is a nice store and facility, I can not recommend going here. Because the product they are selling is dangerous. And Im not some random guy hating on this. I have been drinking nothing but this water for the past 6 months and have seen myself falling apart. Please stay away. And the only reason I gave it 3 stars and not fewer was because it is a nice facility and I knew what I was buying. I just didnt know it would have such severe consequences. It seems there are no good water sources left in cities. You have to go into the woods and drink fresh river/spring water to deliver your body the complex minerals that it needs that come from natural water. Reverse osmosis is essentially dead water and as a side effect, I have found, it slowly makes you dead too. Please stay away, thank you.

The Water Lady is helpful and has adequate carts and good prices. They even have dog hooks outside to hang your pup’s leash. Only improvement would be more parking close up, but hey it’s San Diego, that’s a big ask.

Water bottles, water bottle holders, water bottle carriers, water bottle stands. Alkaline water is available as well so you can be super hydrated! Always friendly happy service! Nice setup for rinsing your bottles and filling. Theres also a little play area for kids, but dont count on it to hold in rambunctious kids.Apart from filtered water, they also offer alkalized water, if youre into wasting money. That said, I live fairly far away and will go here when Im in the area, even if it is it off the way.
