Waste of time to go here. They email you the car info youre inquiring, then when you get to lot same day, that exact person youre talking to will tell you that the carbwas just sold yesterday. So obvious these people are just using nice cars on their websote to get people down to their lots. The guy kept insisting to check a different car. ZERO STAR

I visited the Sir Auto Group location at 777 Broadway on Monday. I was super excited about Honda Pilot 2012. The sales manager Jesus was initially professional and polite. He had the car ready for me to test drive . I test drove the car and feel in love with the car even more. Upon arrival back to Sir Auto location. I asked if I could see the maintenance log schedule. Jesus stated it wasnt available at the current location. I asked if I could take the car to my mechanic. Jesus agreed to allow the car to be inspected. A salesman from Sir Auto Group accompanied the car. My mechanic did a detail inspection on the car over $ 1800 dollars needed to repair the car. I informed Jesus about the needed repairs and gave him a copy. He said I will call you back when I hear something. He never called me back. Dont buy from this car dealership. Always listen to your gut!!! Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Honesty is always the best policy.

This seems like a legit car dealership to me. We were able to find a safe SUV for our family at are reasonable price. We have been searching for almost a year for the right one and we found a one previous owner vehicle here. I was told they wanted to earn my long term business and would help me if I had any issues with my vehicle as well, when my air conditioning had an issue a few weeks later they offered to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend somebody to this place.

All I can say is not good, not good at all. Was looking for a work van. Saw several online and went to visit. First off, van didnt start, AC was working once battery was jumped. 4 of the 12 seatbelts didnt work. Salesman kept saying, we can fix that, dont worry about that, we can fix that, that was like that yesterday. Be careful!!!

Great service, really friendly staff. I needed my coolant recovery tank replaced in my Volvo C30 and they did a perfect job. I had to buy the part from the Volvo dealer and they tried to charge me around $100 to install it as well. These guys did it for less than half of that. Highly recommend, will be bringing my car back in the future if necessary.

This place is great for financing BUT and a big BUT they make us bogus reasons for late fees! I have been calling them since the payment was due and they are telling me the card declined only to find our they were changing the wrong amount..... now they tell me oh you have a late fee..... are you freaking serious I have account balance proof the money was in there and they refuse to remove the late fee. My husband and I called them the day after and said why havent you taken the car payment? They said it decline the month before they had the wrong last 3 on the back of the card so I gave them the correct one, now I call again still the card declined they STILL had the wrong # gave it to them again !!!!!! Mind you the first time they took a copy of both front and back.... now we finally called in and manually made the payment..... oh it processed just fine.... they told me all the numbers they called said the subscriber isnt taking calls at this time... Im 2 are cells 1 is a house phone it doesnt say that message such liars! Our phones are ALWAYS on. As soon as possible we are refinancing and NEVER using these people again. They still refuse to remove the late fee.

I was in the market for a new mustang, and just about every Ford dealer in San Diego tried to screw me over on pricing. Siry had an almost-new 2013 I wanted to check out. Im pretty sure the managers name was Mark that we worked with.Now, from reading a few of these reviews, it seems like none of you have ever dealt with car salesmen. Seriously, theyre all bad. Thats the way it is. We want no margin, they want a margin. Get used to it. So yeah, they tried sneaking in some extra costs with the alarm system, registration and gap insurance. Thats around $2k. Basic car-buying tip: always ask for the price breakdown. Got those pricey extras removed or negotiated, and boom. Got my 2013 premium mustang for $19k.Do you know how hard the Ford dealers were trying to screw me out of? Try $5K MARGINS. All car salesmen have to be scummy or else they go broke. From my experience, these guys were miles (lol car pun) ahead of the Ford dealers. He also got me a killer interest rate for not having an ounce of credit. Id recommend to ask for Mark - he kept it pretty real. If I had to deal with another two-faced sales kid again, I think I might have vomited.Oh, and I LOVE my new mustang :]

My husband and I just purchased another car today from Siry and as always it was the easiest car buying experience. Parris was one of the most laid back sales reps weve ever dealt with and was very informative. And Ms. Sherri is just like family.... for the past 4yrs she has treated us with the utmost respect and genuinely cares about getting people the best bang for their buck. I went to Siry for tire replacement, brake replacement, 60k service and some other minor repairs. I have to say this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with auto maintenance and repair. Zach and Fadi kept me up to date on costs (which was extremely reasonable considering all the work done), estimatated completion and were able to get everything taken care of in one day. I just posted this on yelp, then copied it over here. I wanted to be sure it was posted in both places***The is the very first yelp review I have ever written. Ever. Nobody asked me to write this. I was compelled to write a review on my own after reading the reviews for this dealership online. I was really surprised to see that the majority of the reviews are negative about Siry Auto (although not a huge shock, because unfortunately people prefer, and for some reason are more motivated to write about a negative experience versus a positive one). The reason I am looking at reviews is because I am currently shopping for a used car. I have been looking for several days, and I keep checking to see if Siry has what I am looking for, because the last car I purchased was from Siry. I worked with Mark, John, and I believe Sal back in 2009. Turned out it was hands down the VERY BEST car I ever owned.First of all let me say, I am a COMPLETELY single mother of 3 boys. Buying a used car is a BIG investment and a HUGE risk for me and my family. I had struggled through financial difficulties due to being in the real estate business the couple years prior to 2009 while getting a divorce (I would call it nasty, ugly, bitter and expensive, but what Ive found is that most are unpleasant at the very best). Needless to say I was not only credit, but income challenged and really nervous about buying a used car on my own. I wasnt entirely sure I could even get it done.To make a short story long...I found the used car I wanted to accommodate my three boys and myself at Siry. It had higher mileage due to its age, but it fit us and I liked it. Mark and John worked very hard while treating me with courtesy, patience, understanding and respect to make it work, and get the deal done for me. They were open, honest and communicated with me through the entire process. Mark carefully explained every part of the contract to me. I left with the keys that evening.About 5 months later my car, a 98 Toyota 4Runner developed a severe oil leak all of a sudden. I came outside one morning and the driveway was full of oil - I had a terrible sinking feeling and did everything I could not to panic. I was in no position to handle a major car repair. I went to work, came out at the end of the day to find a huge puddle under my car. I walked to the gas station and bought more oil so I could nurse the car home. The next morning I called Mark and told him what happened, and he LISTENED to me without interrupting, and then apologized. I am sure he could tell I was stressed, but I knew that I didnt have a warranty, and fully expected for him to inform me of that. I just wanted him to know I suppose. Mark put me on hold, and then John got on the phone. He told me to bring the car in. I brought the car in and they inspected it. One of the major gaskets (if not the major gasket, I believe its called an O ring) needed to be replaced. This required the entire engine to be pulled out. A MAJOR repair...like $2000+ repair. I thought I was going to cry. John told me not to worry.SIRY AUTO GROUP REPAIRED MY CAR WITHOUT A WARRANTY AND WITH NO OBLIGATION TO DO SO!!!!I never had to threaten, scream, yell, or even CRY. John and Mark did the right thing and I will always be grateful and appreciate the way they treated me and my family.I have referred several friends and family members to Siry since then. I only hope that I am fortunate enough to work with them this time around, as I can only expect that they will take the time to listen and understand my situation and what I am looking for once again. I will keep checking their inventory every day.I hope that if you are reading this you consider my experience with Siry and allow yourself the opportunity to work with them.

When no dealership was willing to work with us because we owed so much more on our Toyota than it was worth,these guys worked with us and got us out of our upside down Camry plus gave us a huge discount..besides, their service department has been more than helpful when we recently experienced couple of issues.. months after we bought our Bmw from them. I had been considering getting a replacement vehicle for a while and had looked online at numerous options, but had yet to go into a dealership. In the past, my experience with dealerships has been fairly negative - pushy salespeople (I get it, it comes with the job) and questionable sales/pricing tactics.The first thing that struck me when I came here was the ultra-low pressure atmosphere. They didnt tell me what kind of car I should be in, they let me tell them what I was interested in. Even though I was interested in two cars at somewhat different price points, they didnt try to force me into the more expensive car (in fact, when I test drove the significantly cheaper car second, Parris, who went with me for the ride, was talking it up a fair bit and saying how it was also a great car). I got the sense that they were comfortable with the prices and the cars they had and would be happy to sell me one, but would also be ok if it did not work out. That was very much appreciated.I had Mark and Parris helping me out and both were very good ambassadors for the brand - very patient, informative, and straightforward. I ended up purchasing a car here and overall, was very pleased with the experience. I would recommend at least coming by to take a look at their cars and see if there is anything youre interested in. Unlike many places, provided you have the same experience I did, you will not feel pressured or rushed.

I purchased a lifted 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Siri Auto Group. Paris the sales manager and Mark the general manager were a pleasure to do business with. When I first called the Jeep was not ready yet. It still needed to go through their mechanical inspection and detailing process. Paris kept me up to date about the Jeeps progress and as soon as it was ready he contacted me, as I had requested, so I could come check it out. During the test drive we discovered the Jeep needed an additional repair to the 4wd system, which they promptly took care of at their in-house repair/custom shop. They were flexible and always positive during the negotiation process and worked with me to arrive at a fair purchase price. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Siry Auto Group and will keep them in mind for future vehicle purchases. They have a large selection of custom and performance vehicles and I got the impression that they are passionate about cars and not just your typical used car lot.

The wife wanted to test drive the Panamera and Mark said no. I didnt have the decency to tell him the last yime she test drove a Porsche she bought it . They have a pretty good buyer who locates good used attractive high desirability cars such as BMW, Mercedes, and muscle cars. Make sure you bring your own financing as the initial payments will seem low, but if you look at the interest it could get crazy.

I walked on the lot looking for an inexpensive truck and walked off with a well priced BMW; not because I was worked by a good salesman but because a patient salesman waited and informed my wife and I when we asked questions.If i buy a used car in SoCal ever again it will be with Syri.

Disappointed in that they advertised one price on the internet and when I came in they had another price (due to off road upgrades). I thought their advertisement was totally misleading. Be sure to call them and ask them the total price before wasting your time. Dont make the same mistake I did.

I am changing my original review of this dealership now that I have found later on that all they did was move numbers around to make it look at face value like this was a good deal. Ive sold cars for many years and Ive never heard of a dealership not charging registration fee up front just so they can s**** y** over later. Blow is the exort of the response that I left to the manager mark G at Siri auto sales. P thought it would be OK to screw us out of 500 something dollars in just offer us an oil change. Im sorry sir the world does not work like that and you may have slipped one past us with some paperwork which by the way the paperwork that youre quoting is not in our packet . Just like it says from the quote down below from your Yelp review enjoy your $500 cause you will not get any more money. I know the pictures in this review show a smiling and giving thumbs up but this is before we found out you guys were screwing us over on the back end.This is to mark G who responded to my wife review. Its funny that you say you guys have no way of estimating what the DMV cost will be but when I was originally quoted the price will we negotiated the deal it was exactly 500 and some change over what I said I would pay. You guys said that you would meet the price that we were willing to pay and that is the deal that we shook on. Now that we got this DMV registration bill of 500 and some change it just happens to be the exact same amount that you guys said you were gonna knock off to make the deal happen. Additionally everybody knew that I came in with my wife when I went in to get my brakes fix everybody said old Mr. Henderson yes we can help you out we know you purchases vehicle with your wife. But when I called in to find out about the license play all the sudden new was are we cant talk to you about anything your wife has to call. So with all due respect please keep your oil change. I hope you guys are happy with this $500 you will get from us eventually but as I stated when we purchased this vehicle or other vehicle is almost paid off and we were gonna come back in again to get a another vehicle from you but I guess that is not happening anymore. So thank you but no thank you on your compte services but all we wanted was the original deal that we stuck to. I do understand that some point were gonna have to pay you for that money but Im letting you know right now Im gonna pay it as slow as possible. Also we will just be going to the DMV and getting our own place ourselves thank you very much. So enjoy the extra $500 eventually youre gonna get from us because you will not get another penny of our money. Ok so this is a long time coming. I went to Siry because they promise to work with me and my credit. That they did.The only person that looks like she knows what she is doing and is possibly the only good thing about Siry is Vivi because she will work with you and your payments. But I have a laundry list of things that made my experience go bad.- Vehicle: I chose a 2006 Nissan Xterra. It looked clean. Until I test drove. You can tell that the suspension were bad. But stupid me I figured as long as we get a car. Then there was the high oil pressure which the mechanic that test drove with us promised its normal. I took it to a nissan dealer and told us that wasnt normal without even me asking. When I was about to drive off with the car. The car didnt turn on, the mechanic told me it was because it hasnt moved for months. I knew that was a lie but again, i just needed a car to do my work.- Payments: I had gave them authorization to automatically withdraw money from our account. That was a huge mistake! the second or third payment they ran it twice. I brought it to their attention and tried to tell me that payments were due that i was behind which was false because a) the payments were automatic b) I was barely in my secord or third payment. Later in the loan, I did fall behind because of my job status. But I got a good job and started making up the payments (in cash) big mistake. They lost two of my payments, the only two payments I paid in cash. Although they gave me receipts, I misplaced them and couldnt prove it with them but I found the atm withdrawal that was next to their dealer that I did to pay them. They denied it and I had to pay them or they were going to take away my vehicle.- False hope: So finally tear and wear came along to my nissan. I called them to see if they can help me with a loan to repair my vehicle. The main guy told me to do some auto repair credit that he swore i would get easily. That was a lie. I was rejected sinking my credit score even lower. I called and text and never heard back from them. Now my truck sits in the driveway and I have a huge debt.- Unprofessional: First off, when I called Siry to pick up the truck. John was very unprofessional by cursing. I mean who does that?! The main guy, called me a liar because I told him of all the wrong things the car had when I bought it. If im lying than i guess everyone in here that complained about the same thing are liars because Siry sells quality vehicles.Lesson: Dont buy a car from Siry. No matter how good it looks, if your instintcs say dont buy it. Listen to it.

I dont know how they do it regardless of your credit they will get you financed at a very fair credit percentage rate. This place is awesome a lot of nice cars and very good prices

AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They will charge you $999.99 for a security theft that is already installed in the car. Most of the car that I check were bought off from the AUCTION.Check the carfax yourself.Before signing any document, check it carefully.I got charge $2999.00 for a premium wheels. When I got home I check it on line, the price of the wheel is $100.00 each.I got ripped off big time.I felt really bad. Again, AVOID THIS PLACE.

SUPER STAR SERVICE ....a couple months ago my car had over heated and in bad bad shape!!! ...I walked over and ask for them to see if they can help me out... they not only help get me back on the road, but once I was there I realized that the service center was part of SIRY auto group and took there info so I can use the service center again...a couple weeks later I decided not to put too much money into my old car since it required more repairs and went in to SIRY to see how they can help me out to purchase a newer car...they not only gave me more than what my trade was worth but helped me with financing a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid with Mission Federal for only 3.99% interest...I LOVE SIRY AUTO GROUP ...Sales & Service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will NEVER go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!
