I have had the please of working with this company two times. This review is long overdue. I have used Kitchen & Bath Beyond for install vinyl flooring on my main floor and on my stairs. They also installed my new quartz counterstops and sink. Sai was in charge of both of my projects. He was so amazing during both projects. He was very responsive and prompt. His team was efficient! They respect your time and they treat you with respect. They are extremely honest. My wife and I will only work this this group going forward. I recommend them highly!!!

Hands down, well deserving of a 5 star review! On time, on budget, fair price, and fantastic customer service which really says it all. We found KBB through prior Yelp and Google reviews and could not be happier that we chose to contract with them. We had a somewhat large renovation project (a complete re-do down to the studs for a big kitchen with high end appliances, master bath with a complex shower system, powder room, laundry room, and new flooring in the entry and gym) and are very happy with the end result. Khoi was our project manager and did an outstanding job at managing our project, staying on top of things on a daily basis, and communicating with us regarding status/issues every step of the way from the initial design phase through the final walkthrough. We had heard so many renovation horror stories from friends and coworkers but we did not experience this at all with KBB. Khoi and his team were on site every day, worked long hours, and ensured that we finished our project on time and to our complete satisfaction. We decided to make a design change during the latter part of our project and Khoi and his team handled it effortless, hustled to get the new cabinetry, and still finished our project two days ahead of schedule. I would be very remiss if I did not also mention Elaine in this review. Elaine runs the office and does a great job at it, handling all the behind the scenes work, ordering, scheduling, etc. to ensure that everything runs flawlessly. I cannot even count the number of emails she and I exchanged during our project and she never missed a beat. If you are looking for a competent, trustworthy, meticulous contractor, look no further. You really will not be disappointed in choosing KBB.

First, thanks toi the other Yelpers who reviewed Kitchen Bath and Beyond for steering us in the right direction. We had four companies give us estimates, but each one left us feeling uneasy for one reason or another, and months went by as we searched in frustration for the right contractor.When we saw all the good reviews on Yelp for KBB, we decided to make an appointment for an estimate.We went into their showroom and began making some choices of cabinets, countertops and tile. Right away we knew that these were people we could trust.Throughout the process Sai and Jing each volunteered ways we could save money, and added ideas we hadnt considered before. Both of them were extremely nice, patient with us, thoughtful, and concerned with our happiness with this project. Several times they apologized for not doing something sooner, when we were stunned that these things had been handled so quickly!The workers were on time each day, working from 9 am till 5 or 6 pm, and were courteous and considerate. They cleaned up each day and made sure we were aware of what was going on with each step as it happened.Every day we were just surprised at how much theyd accomplished, and the project was completed in half the time wed expected it to take.The pictures were sharing were done with a camera phone and im not good at it. They dont begin to do justice. But believe me, all of our family and friends who have seen the results gasp the same way you do when a bride enters the room looking incredible. Everyone, including neighbors, has asked for their card.Weve had other contractors work on previous homes and this is the first time that we didnt have a single moment of panic, or even concern, during the process.We couldnt be happier with the work done, and the reasonable price,If youre looking for someone to do your remodel, stop looking.Im serious. I dont believe there could be a better choice available than these people.

2nd time using this company, and twice, it is been great. Super-professional and they take pride in a job well done . Communication along the way was also excellent, both times. I will definitely be using them again for any and all of my home improvement jobs.

Luis and his crew were very professional and we are very pleased with our newly renovated laundry room. The process went very smoothly, with the crew showing up on time, producing quality work, and being very responsive to all my concerns. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

The building was nice, but I think they should of hired more people inside instead of in the parking lot. I love Kitchen & Bath Beyond but this Kitchen & Bath Beyond just gave me anxiety and I was very claustrophobic.

Ok so I had in initial misunderstanding with them and to their credit they immediately made it right. So my original review def needed to be revised.I have referred numerous clients over the years during my real estate career and every single client had nothing but great things to say about them. The prices, variety, and quality are unbelievable. they have the software program that allows you to see the final project before you begin. We changed our mind several times because my wife and I came up with new ideas. Then each time they kindly recreated what we desired. Amazing skills!!! Then the constitution team was wonderful in creating our dream kitchen. Absolutely beautify!!!

Great worry-free touch-less service. They have facemask,gloves and shoe covers. Friendly and professional ! They care their customers.

Jing was one of the only contractors that reached out to me, calmed my nerves and walked me through ever step! My house feels like a different home! Having never remodeled a kitchen before our visit to kitchen & bath beyond was an education. Sai told us all of our options including the positives and negatives. Gave us a quick quote so we had a general idea of the cost. They use real wood, not partical board. I was impressed and will probably use them to remodel my kitchen.

What an amazing journey Ive had with KBB! The service, the quality, and the constant communication, are truly to be noted with this five-star company. If theres anything less than a five star its only because there was not enough communication from the customer with KBB staffs.Each stage of the process was carefully talked about and where ever there was a mistake on my part or their part, they gladly bent over backwards to accommodate every single need I had!If theres ever a need for good quality cabinets in the valley, this is the only place to go. I would never attempt trying to go anywhere else as their customer service has made the difference even if you can find a slightly cheaper price, which I doubt.This company produced answers and came back and forth to satisfy every variation that came up. They assisted at every stage until everything was complete.Everything Ive done to make this come together and everything theyve done to make this come together has truly been an astounding process to the finishing touches of a beautiful kitchen.Thank you guys once again for all you do to help anybody that needs cabinets in the valley. You are truly the best in cabinets and counter-tops!

Big thanks to David and Yu for providing us conscientious and detailed work. Jing was working with my designer to addressing all my concerns and my needs about remodeling the kitchen. The Quartz, custom cabinets, and backslash tile were all installed perfectly and flawlessly, especially my quartz, Jing was able to modify my kitchen layout be more efficient, most importantly, there is 0 joint in my whole kitchen. The finish is beautiful. The workers are very respectful to us and our home, Most of the cutting was done outside and my floor was well protected. I couldnt be more thankful. I am looking forward to use KBB again next year for my 2 bathroom.
