Frankly, im dissapointed. Big5s inventory counts on several of ita stores is just way off.Im trying to buy 10lbs weight discs(plates)...the system shows they have instock, yet every store is down to zero...Your accpuntinv department needs to improve. Or just fire someone..

Located on the corner of the outlets(Las Americas), this place always have available parking. Great service from the staff (Neomi). Was able to find everything I needed. This location is a smaller size Big5.

Been coming here since they opened, last visit mid September 2020 I felt like my son and I were tagged as potential shoplifters. Staff politely asked if we need assistance and I did ask for products but we decided not to buy which probably made us look more suspicious. Associates shadowing us ensued. Last purchase we made here was $200+ so shifty behavior on their part was not appreciated. I understand their location is a bit secluded and probably an easy mark for shoplifters but come on. Noticed most of the staff was anglo so that might have contributed to the situation.

Didnt go shopping here, but stopped to take a selfie at the border wall behind the store. Not imposing, but quite a sight nontheless. Psst, look through the holes in the wall.

Came in today for 2 one day specials had none in stock asked if they could match with a similar product and they said no. Staff was no help and asked if they can respect the one day deal at another store or if I paid and they get back in stock.... They said no.... Used to shop here often not anymore...
