I drive all the way there on a Sunday which this page says they are open and nobody there and no voice-mail. I needed radio repair and vehicle wrapped. a good customer lost.

I am a do it yourselfer and installed a sub/amp in by car. I was distraught and discouraged by the interference coming through the speaker. Dewey quoted me $65 for a diagnostic was able to get on it right away and found six noise canceling factory wires in the center console that needed to be cut. He had my car fixed within a half hour and even offered to reduce the price to $45! What a stand up guy! I was much impressed with Deweys customer service and positive attitude.

Duy was able to recommend a iDatalink maestro to retain factory steering wheel controls/backup camera on my Subaru Forester. I had previously taken it to another place where they didn’t explain the compatibility issues with the head unit I had chosen - Duy took the time to go over the parts I would need and why. He was able to get me in the next day and completed work in a couple hours. I would subtract .5 stars for a minor issue - they forgot to plug my AC back in and I only noticed once I was pulling into my driveway. However, he was able to immediately fix it before he closed the same day, so not too upset. Definitely recommend this place for Duy’s expertise and his reasonable install fees.

I spent $4,000. Here is a list of problems with my install:THEFT & DISHONESTY: They installed 5” speakers in my front channel - I purchased 6.5. The owner had the nerve to tell me they did this because 6.5 speakers would not fit. I anticipated this so I measured and there is more than enough room. Another shop also verified 6.5 would fit. He told me this hoping I wouldnt take the time to take apart the panel and measure. The exact same thing happened in my third channel. They installed 5 speakers, even though I purchased 6.5 speakers. He gave me the same line of BS when I pointed this out. I measured and there is more than enough space. The front channel blew, which cost $926 to diagnose & repair, because they installed speakers that were too small, didnt run the proper gauge wire, and didnt set the gains on the amp.INCOMPETENCE: They didn’t tune my amps. The gains were arbitrarily set and the filters weren’t set at all. The speakers weren’t sealed at all –there was a gaping hole around the speaker. This causes the front and rear frequencies to cancel each other. The shop that fixed their work said “this installer shouldn’t be allowed to install another speaker in his life.” They used very thing gauge communication wire for the front channel (even though I purchased $800 speakers) because they were too lazy to run the proper gauge wire. They created such a jumbled mess with the RCA’s that they shorted out and I had to pay another shop to redo their work. All these errors caused my front channel to blow and cost $926 to rewire and fix everything and replace some of the components.I called the owner and told him what happened. I took pictures and emailed him four separate invoices showing my $926 repair bill. On the phone, he was his nice, charming, snake oil salesman self, and ended with ‘Hey buddy, glad you are doing good, let’s keep in touch.’ He offered to fix the problems and replace the speakers. He thought he could feed me another line of BS and I would slurp it up and be on my way. But not this time. I sent him a polite, non-threatening email detailing the errors with the install and provided the contact details for the shop that fixed their work so he could verify my claims. His response was like a criminal who has been caught: “I’m gonna keep this real short……go #### yourself.”He didn’t bother to call the other shop. He covered up his lies until he knew he had been caught and exploded in an outrage like a teenage criminal. He had the gall to tell me the speakers were out of warranty, I went out of state (apparently you are not allowed to travel out of state with any equipment you buy). I should have known when I first walked into this shop and he priced a system that was simply too good to be true. He is a charming, slick, smooth salesperson who would have no qualms about screwing his grandma for two dollars; just like most criminal are. Beware. You won’t even know what hit you until it’s too late.My only choice of recourse it to sue him for fraud and theft, which I am in the process of doing. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Had a navi install. Install of the antenna and bluetooth module was good. No wires showing panels back as they should be. However, they did not complete the work. The Bezel on my unit sticks out and I can see inside my console. They told me Id need to come back in and spend another $120 on top of the $150 that I already spent for install. Also forgot to give me my old radio back. Also messed up my clock on my dash, and are asking me to go pick up the parts from Honda and they will install. Why should I spend time out of my busy schedule to get parts for something they messed up?Owner doesnt care about customer service, only his bottom line. Go to a more reputable dealer.
