Purchased a nice 2015 Maserati Ghibli S Q4. Customer service was nice and I worked well with the salesperson. Everything was smooth the only issue came up with the car that after purchasing it I was that the rotors were super worn out. I get that I need to test drive before buying but when I initially went to go test drive this car, the previous salesperson did not allow me to since he claimed the car would drive like another Maserati they had which I did test drive. Taking his word for it, I bought this one because it was simply beautiful. I ended up paying $1500 MORE out of pocket for new rotors. Dont mind paying extra for car work but another issue came up when I had to pay the salesperson who sold me the car for the work. He was charging me extra for the oil change which I had to argue with him about because he said he would cover the oil change. I am happy he ended up just charging me the $1500 brake job.The other legal issue perhaps comes from their advertising which falsely state that the car was in VERY GOOD condition. This is obviously not true and even though one could argue the legality of what very good condition means, any reasonable person would conclude that very good condition would not have bad brake rotors since this is part of normal maintenance.Overall, it was a good experience but I would recommend to any buyer to be aware of their rights and the potential for the cars having unknown issues at this location. As far as I know my 2015 Maserati was a good buy apart from the initial problems I had! =)

These are good people. We had recently been screwed over a few times by car dealers - we were afraid that might happen here when we ran into a hiccup with Ali over a missing key when our car was delivered. He could have left us hanging but he didn’t, that really earned our trust. Thanks AliAlso, the car came as advertised. It was a bit scary buying the car because they wouldn’t let us take it off the lot to the dealer for a service check. Next time I would probably hire a 3rd party to come to their location to do a check, just for peace of mind. But this time it worked out ok and the car was in excellent condition just as they said

Excellent choice of vehicles for sale. WCMC doesnt offer ANY basic models among BMW, Benz, Audi, Maserati or Porsche - only loaded, top of the line models. Romeos knowledge of Porsche Cayenne S was mind blowing. I wouldnt have bought my Porsche if it wasnt him who helped me to make up my mind. I figured out my Porsche has a Porsche Sportsdesign Wheel a 1095$ option!!! I strongly recommend WCMC to anyone looking to buy a badazz vehicle in South California.

I recently purchased a Maserati from West coast Motorcars sight unseen. I had it shipped to the Midwest and just received it 3 weeks ago. They were very professional and did a great job meeting all my requests, which included sending me multiple pictures, videos, transporting to a 3rd party inspection, securing financing, setting up shipping, etc. Good value, honest service, would highly recommend.

These guys are crooks they claim to be a high-end quality dealer but they make their money keeping your deposit when you decide you change your mind I went to West Coast motors to purchase a vehicle they told me I needed a cosigner my cosigner backed out at the last minute and let me know that situation and I explain this to my sales person and the dealership and requested a refund they never got back with me they’ve been ignoring my calls and they kept my $500 which in this case I need it very badly CROOKS ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!!!

Sami and his brother are just excellent people. I purchased a beautiful pristine 2008 Bentley with low mileage, much cheaper than I could on the east coast. The car was in excellent condition, and drove incredibly well back to Vermont. These guys were so much fun to work with. I think someday soon, I will return to buy a Maserati V8 from them. Could not be much happier with my experience of buying a used car. First off to begin with there was no pressure from the salesman which I greatly appreciate. The vibe was very welcoming and grateful, but the most important part is that my Maserati was in the condition in Which was described by Ali to me on the phone (I drove from Sacramento so I wanted to know and see as much as possible). So far been 2 weeks since I’ve had my Masi and no issues with it! Ty West-Coast Motor Cars!!

I buy Audi Q5 from them on the 6/6/19 And the guy that sold me the truck Was very nice until A light came on in the car in I asked him about it before he even took the money He said he was going to get the guy to check it out but by Law dealers are required to make sure all lights outside of the vehicle are working properly before they sell it Well in my case they didnt they couldnt figure out the problem so when I got home I figured it out My back tail lights do not work and he checked it a he told me they were all working properly I dont know Im going to call tomorrow When I wake up I will give you guys update

Customer service is amazing here. Only issue is when driving my car back home engine light turned on randomly for EVAP. Second when debadging the car, we could tell the rear trunk had been repainted meaning the car must have had something happen to it. Car is stated has never been in accident but guys at the shop said the paint in areas seemed off also. I’m not exactly sure if it was due to lack of years or actually prior damages. Cars running fine but upset about issues that came 100 miles afterwards

Walk in, interested in buying a car. Mo was very nice and replied to all question. Also not putting pressure. Walk around showed a lot of dent/scratches and broken aesthetic parts, engine compartment was also dirt (not a big deal for me). Anyway we decided to go for a test drive....car was dirty inside with chewing gums attached to the safe belt! Worst part is that while braking the car was shaking like hell! Also Mo noticed and apologized. Also checking the dashboard and find out oil change due time was override by 2,800 mikes! Question is: do you check the car you put on sale or you just don’t care hoping to find somebody not knowing anything about car? Because Mo was so nice we decided to sit down and discuss...big mistake. The ‘manager’ came out from restroom and very annoyed answered to our questions! When we asked him to come out and walk together the car to take note of the stuff to be fixed, all of a sudden he said:” hey you know what? You can go and buy from somebody else!!” Very rude, unprofessional and immediately lost a customer! Very bad experience, don’t go there unless they change the manager!! BTW we got a way nicer car for the same price at Carmax in Kearny Mesa, so thank for your rudeness mr. ‘manager’
