Came here on a Saturday afternoon to have the phone battery replaced. The owner quoted me with a price 30% lower than a chain, and told me to pick it up in 35 minutes. Came back about 30 minutes later. Everything got done perfectly. I was so impressed. Id definitely recommend him to friends and family.

This phone repair kiosk is located in the Sabre Springs Plaza.My mom’s iPhone 6 is draining battery from 100% to 45% with just a minute phone call or uncharged over night. Came here the guy said it takes 10mins and $40. Heck yeah!Tested it over night and unplugged it fully charged at 100% and it stayed at 100% the next morning.This is my second type of kiosk that I’ve been to in San Diego to change out another iPhone battery. The other place took 30 mins and cost more. I recommend coming here if you’re in Poway.

My Galaxy phone has a broken backside camera glass. He told me where to find the glass and helped me to put on. He cleaned inside of the phone so the small broken glass pieces wont hamper cameras zoom function. Very satisfied,

I was looking for somewhere I could get my iPhone repaired for a good price. I ended up going to Phone Repair Depot on Poway Rd. and was so impressed with the service! I was helped by Nooras, the shop owners brother, and he was quick with the repair and super friendly. He definitely knew what he was doing and made sure I was completely taken care of. My new screen is perfect, and there is a year warranty for their work! The best part is, it only cost me $70 when the Apple store was going to charge me upwards of twice that price. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of phone or tablet repairs.

Allen has this unassuming little stand which keeps his cost lower i suppose than a whole store and so he can manage cost better to give you the best service and price. that’s my guess and it makes sense. Was told by Apple Store that it would cost too much to repair the charge port and offered to exchange it for $269. Took phone to these guys and it was fixed in 20 minutes for 35.00. Service was great, very polite. Highly recommend.

Fast inhouse fix. Alittle exspensive for samsung repairs but it will be same day fix. Most other shops send it out to be repaired and recieve it back 2-3 days later so the cost offsets the time i would say.

My buddy told me about this place and he said the people and service were great, so I went! I just got an iPhone, so I didnt know much about it, but all of a sudden the charger port wasnt working, after a couple of months. I showed it too the guy and to my pleasant surprise and embarrassment, he said Oh the charger port was just dusty, all good now. Initially I found out about this location a few years back. I gave my dad a Samsung S8+ and he cracked it mtn biking. We found this location on craigslist. They replaced a Samsung S8+ glass for a great price within 2 hours. To now, happy to know they are still working on phones. I had cracked my Samsung Note 8 glass and I noticed my co worker had a cracked S8. So here I am back. I messaged via Google chat (quote) and he responded quickly. Replaced both glass screens in about 2.5 hours. I will forever come back to this location for any phone repairs. Thank you Allen.

I payed $500 to fix a galaxy s7 edge ($700 phone). The guy who works here seems very nice, and Im sure his iPhone repairs are top notch. My galaxy repair was horrible though, it stopped working completely after a month (I only fixed it for the screen). I brought it back and he tried to fix it again for free, but it only made it worse. To be fair, maybe there was something else wrong with the phone that wasnt his fault, but I think in all likelihood he had unintentionally damaged it or weakened a component while repairing it. I cant be certain, but I had done nothing to damage the component. Maybe it had to do with the screen he replaced it with since the first one he used was defective. Either way, I had to bring it to hime 3 times to get fixed and my phone condition became worse each time.

Service was very fast, only had time to drink one beer (at the conveniently located bar nonetheless) and the cost of repair was cheaper than Apple or Sprint had to offer. Serviceman was extremely polite and I would absolutely recommend going here.
