Very friendly, truly accommodating. try their services next time. small household electronics are usually free (they dont take appliances). call ahead like i did to make sure they will take it in for free and that theyre open.

Fantastic customer service! I needed to dispose of an old microwave as e-waste but didnt want to toss it with the regular trash, so I came here. They dont accept appliances, unfortunately, but the man who talked to me said I could leave it since I came all the way here. A short exchange of maybe 30 seconds, but their willingness to accommodate for me was worth it to write this review. Thank you again! (February 1, 2021)

Quick, they took my desktop and a miscellaneous shopping cart of electronics and crunched up my hard drives in just a few minutes. My life is 35 pounds lighter now

A coworker of mine told me about their company picking up E-waste for free. I checked out their website and filled out the pickup form online. I was contacted within 30 minutes. I was able schedule a pick up for my items the same day. Very nice and professional people and they obviously know what they are doing.

Totally awesome place. They handled my old computer and monitor with no fuss. Nicest guys Ive met so far and I use them everytime I need to recycle my electronics.

The only downside is their location, it was hard to find pm the first visit.

Drove all the way up there from Imperial Beach just to be told that they could not sell me a monitor!!!The person that helped me, told me a price of $70 for a used scratched monitor, after I agreed to buy it he then proceeded to tell me that his boss told him the price was too low and that he could not sell me the monitor.This is the kind of business practice that makes people walk away.Stay away from this place!!!

What should have been a 5 minute visit became a 20 minute visit because theyre understaffed and I didnt get the attention I needed. There was also a miscommunication on the phone. The staff is relatively friendly but there are still basic customer service courtesies they could work on.
