I Go The Extra Mile, literally!Ive chosen Mail Exchange, though 1 mile further than Postal Annex, as Ive made the experience that MEx is much superior in their service, more knowledge of the postal business, very accommodating. My guess is that MEx has products that are directly related to postal matters, whereas, Postal Annex is 50% post stuff - 50% knick-knacks.Whatever my theory is, Mail Exchange has the most satisfactory performance and expertise in the Postal Biz 👍

Went in to ship a large fragile item, which I had packed myself. I was surprised by how expensive the initial price tag was, but they were extremely helpful in making adjustments to the shipping box in order to get the price down by a significant margin. Very friendly and helpful staff!

This is a wonderful local mail shop in the UTC area. The owners are warm and efficient. I came in to print, notarize, organize my items and mail multiple items a month ago. I had ordered some items through Amazon a few weeks ago for an international trip. The items never arrived but were delivered to someone else in my neighborhood. The good neighbor left my package at the Mail Exchange and the owner, Marguerite, sent me a hand written letter that she had my items, because I was in the database from my previous needs. I was thrilled to find her letter when I arrived back home from my trip. I just picked up my package and am very thankful for the Mail Exchange and their service to the community. Thank you.

My practice requires the receipt of copies of blue prints, property rent rolls, and other private information. Having a highly secured receiving office that is open until 6 PM, does not close over the lunch hour, and is open on Saturdays allows there to be someone to sign for the receipt of packages and thus makes it much easier for clients to submit paper work and insure that their information is 100% secure. I consider this service an excellent option for busy business professionals interested in providing an extra layer of security for their client’s data and exhibits.

I went in today to try and get a do no duplicate key made for my business. The lady kindly told me that only locksmith can do that. She went online and looked up someone that she had used previously, and was please with. I was grateful that she took the time to help me out.

SUPER ACCOMMODATING!! Needed to ship a package but was stuck in traffic....i called to let them know my situation.... and she waited, after hours for me to get there---AMAZING PEOPLE!!

I use Mail Exchange for all my packages, Amazon returns, and mail I need insured/certified. I also use them for background checks of employees (Livescan fingerprinting). Theyre great people, efficient, and kind.

I only give it a 1 star because it will not allow any less! Should have read the reviews before using them. I understand that they are independent and need to make a profit, but charging me $279 to ship FedEx Ground what FedEx charges $123, is a bit excessive. This is 127% over cost!!! By the way we mailed 5 other packages at the same time... We all have a choice and we choose poorly. Hope this review helps you make a good decision before shipping anything from this location!

Go to a Post Office!!!!! They charged me a 22% surcharge for two packs of stamps. A 47 cent stamp is marked up to 57.5 cents. Thats just not a good deal for a government item like a stamp. And the staff is not even remotely friendly.
