Over all had a good experience here. i’m glad to have one closer to me than where i used to live. when i went to this location all i got was bath bombs because i haven’t gotten any in a while and my husband wanted to treat me. not too bad of a price per say for one, but when buy a good amount it gets expensive. but it’s worth it in my opinion

This was my first time coming back to shop at Lush after two years. I was coming in for some products I would usually use before and I was given the most amazing help from an employee, her name was Danielle (Hope I spelled their name right...) They were so kind and great. THANK U THANK U THANK U!!! I FEEL WELCOMED BACK INTO THE LUSH FAMILY✨✨

Everyone that works is always so nice and helpful to me! I absolutely am obsessed with their bubblebars. Most of their scents are amazing and I still have yet to find one I dont like.

The store is on the smaller side but is well stocked. Everytime I have entered the store I greeted by smiling and polite employees. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. FYI - One thing that does run out here quick are the fragrances.

I love shopping in this store! ....I love looking at their variety of bath bombs & fancy homemade soaps. Large sections of all homemade & specialtys products for facial, hair & skin. But with homemade & customize products comes pricey prices! 😋

The ladies at lush were super helpful and friendly and let me bring my dog into the store. I would definitely come back again just for the lovely service!

I like lush. The minimal packaging, the scents, the fair trade, the natural ingredients... I dont buy all my bath products there but occasionally I treat myself.

This is a great place to get those need cleansing products. A little pricey and a larger selection for a small establishment. This particular Lush does not have the most outgoing staff as others but still a Lush store and there is goodness in that.

Lush is an amazing beauty store. Lots of great gift boxes you can grab. Dont feel overwhelmed if youve never been in a store. The employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. I have eczema so I try to be very careful about the lotion I use. Lush make it easy to find one that I know wont upset my skin!

This place smells amazing! So fresh and beautiful. The people that work here are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They let you test everything, theyll even give you a mini hand facial with their different products. I love that they are natural ingredients, free of a lot of harsh chemicals and no animal testing. Great selecting of clean beauty products and great gifts like bath bombs, soaps, etc.

I went in for the first time today. I was very curious from the signs outside since it says the products are natural and cruelty-free. The first thing I noticed walking in is the great smell from the bath bombs and how colorful everything was. I know some people dont appreciate strong smells but I am a person that loves this sense. I am big on cruelty-free/vegan/environmentally friendly products so I was curious to see what the fuss was about. Right when I went in the two ladies came up to me to help me. One of them was Kayla! I asked for anything jasmine scented. They showed me a bath bomb that smelled just like jasmine (loved it) and they also showed me jasmine perfume (in love). Kayla went above and beyond and showed me a lotion bar that melts with skin contact and she put it on my arm (that was very nice of her and of course, it smelled amazing). They mentioned a bit of how the products are handmade and natural, I do wish they mentioned a bit more about the companys ethics and values. Kayla did tell me they had stores in Canada and I could buy online which was very helpful since thats where I live. I ended up buying the perfume and bath bomb and Kayla wanted to give me a sample of the lotion bar but couldnt find one so she went ahead and gave me a full size for free! That was excellent costumer service! She also mentioned how the packaging was made of recycled product (great info). I wish they mentioned a bit more about the ethics and values of the store though. The prices are not cheap but honestly, I think it is worth it considering it is natural, cruelty-free, vegetarian and vegan products, handmade, etc. I dont mind paying a bit more for great products from stores that care about our planet and animals. We spend way more in other products just because theyre well-known brands.I highly recommend this store. The sale associate Kayla was very professional, friendly, and helpful! I have already spread the word about this store and I will for sure come back and will buy online from Canada.

Not only do I love the products here but the staff is amazing. They are always so helpful and answer every question you have. They will show you how things work and give you free samples to take home to try so you dont waste your money on something that may not work for you. That being said almost everything I have tried has been amazing. Their products just feel so good on your skin. They have lotion that makes you feel so smooth, great bath bombs, amazing soap, and the shampoo bars which dont waste packaging. I highly recommend this place.

Love this place and every product they carry! The people that work there are very knowledgeable and approachable. The freshly made, all natural facial masks can help correct just about any skin concern. And, Im addicted to their bath bombs - all of them!

I normally love lush, the employees are so friendly and welcoming. Same thing here besides a few of them, today I opened a lip balm tin (not the sample) because I wanted to see how much I was getting for my money. This one worker with really ugly multi color hair comes up to me and scolds me saying I’m not allowed to open it. At other stores I’ve never been told this, so I told her I just wanted to see how much was in there. Then I went to try some from the tester and she PUT HER HAND ON MY SHOULDER! this is a big no-no for a retail worker, never touch a customer without their permission.

Amazing! There is no in-store shopping, so you should know what you want ahead if time or put in an order for pick up.Service was friendly, fast, and accurate.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful! They make you feel like you’re walking into a room full of gal pals who want nothing more than to help you get exactly what you want based on your individual needs. I look forward to going in and getting advice, and have loved every recommendation so far!

Store is great. Staff is very attentive. Products are not something I would buy. Soap that is $30 per pound is a bit much.

Been here a few times. Employees are always nice & helpful. Pretty small location, but most Lush stores in malls are pretty small regardless. Employees are always really patient when I list off different skincare concerns, & they are usually able to provide samples of most products if youre not sure about how something will affect your skin.

Overwhelming scent bomb when you first walk in. The service was really great and spent time answering questions, and even demoed some of their products hands on with customers. I asked questions about sensitive skin and products for men, but didnt really get good answers. I was just given a lot of samples to try instead to see if it works.Overall, ok. I wonder if the different combinations are just gimmicks instead of truly doing what they claim to do.

I love this sore! If youve never been into a lush store this is a must!! They let you sample everything you want, and they will even give you little take home samples if you want, which is super nice. Everything in the store is vegan and naturally made (they say you can eat everything that they make). Overall its just a fun experience

The girl with the blue hair and double nose piercing was AMAZING. I worked at Lush a few years ago so I knew a bit about how it goes. She had outstanding customer service and made sure I left happy with a vamped up skin care routine. Thank you!!

Very cool concept, products and staff. All of the other comments are on point with the quality of the product. However, I wanted to applaud the young lady that helped me. I believe her name was Cassandra and she had been with the company only 1.5 years and already had a wealth of knowledge, amazing customer service and made me an avid fan of the company within a 20 minute visit. I will certainly be a return customer.

I absolutely love every time I walk into this Lush location. The associates are always incredibly helpful and easy to talk to and always get me what I need. I met Claire yesterday and she demonstrated multiple products on my hand to help me decide what conditioner and what face mask i liked best. I love this store. Ive been using the Oatifix face mask for a while now and Ive literally never had softer skin. Its a bit expensive but for the product I think it is worth it. The woman assisting me was very helpful in choosing the right mask for me. I will definitely return and tell my friends.

Came in to use some gift cards and ended up spending more than I should have. The staff was so helpful and definitely suckered me into buying more than I needed LOL. Everyone was so kind and patient and answered all my questions. I think I prefer this location over fashion valley.

Sweetest employees in all of San Diego. Victoria always recognizes us and greets us with a smile. My favorite Lush store in all of California honestly.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Walked into this location knowing exactly what I wanted. Tried to pick my stuff and found the product were already opened. Then the salesperson told me that I HAD to buy from the top so I wouldnt mess up their inventory even though they were open and leaky. The manager in their even told me that she would not offer me a discount. I NEVER ASKED FOR ONE! Not exactly sure what she was implying but I know one thing... I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!
