Veronique was AMAZING. This lovely lady give my friend and I a wonderful facial and gave us wonderful tips and tricks for our daily skin care routine. Not only shes pretty but shes super friendly. It really started well our visit to San Diego. Merci Veronique ;)

While customer service is great and management is excellent, sadly, I am no longer happy with the products. I used to love their face moisturizers ( Ive used a few different ones) and the cleansers, but lately their products keep changing and/or are discontinued. Some of the face creams actually burn my skin. Even the eye cream with cucumbers made my skin so red and raw. Now I am on the search for new products that are gentle for sensitive skin. I really miss how Origins products used to be.

There are lots of stores and the mall itself is really pretty. Thankfully not all the stores are super high end and most stuff you can buy here is affordable. The workers are also very friendly, or at least the ones I met were. Id like to say the other workers in the mall are just as friendly though.

I visited this store while on vacation and absolutely loved their products and service. They shipped my products to me out of state after I tried (and loved) the products. Would absolutely recommend this store.

Black Friday with my daughter. As I get older the less I like using things the rest of the public has touched like seats and benches. Germs everywhere. I see the apeal of Amazon all of a sudden. My back hurt from standing and waiting. We like going to the movies here though not as much as The Lot at Liberty Station.

Found a very unique store with a lot of attitude. Would highly recommend visiting Typo on the ground level. The Mexican burrito & taco place in the Food Court is delicious! And, yes, theres my most favorite ice cream place - Haagen Daz!

I absolutely hate this place and Ive only been there twice Some of the students are skilled but some arent the teachers dont help they just talk and sit on there phones. They are extremely unprofessional and if they mess up your hair they tell you there sorry and keep moving. My 1st time trying them out I had 4 girls doing different things with my sew in I was there for 4 hours and the ending result was good but because the students didnt no how to do a hidden part they kept sewing more hair onto my head with resulted in my scalp turning red and aching for 3 weeks. my 2nd time was today and I came in at 9 am when they opened I was the 1st one on the list I left at 3pm !! I completely hate my hair I cried before I left and when I got home when I asked for some of my money back because the style wasnt what I wanted and as the first time I had 4 girls and a teacher working on me. I also had colors where I didnt want them one some of ly head was all black the other some mixed with blonde I looked ridiculous and it was to short and uneven. they wouldnt even give me 20 bucks out of the 65 I paid them told me there were no refunds. Then one of the ladys tried to blame me for my hair saying I was moving so it messed it up my cut and one of the students lied to the teacher when she asked while they started my closure without ly sew in being done... HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want a unprofessional GHETTO place to get your hair done this is your spot! I wish I could give them zero stars I hope they get shut down.
