STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!Priced out a windshield for my truck and checked availability, all was good up till then. When I get there after driving 1 hour to get them, Im told they cant sell me the windshield because they are understaffed and nobody can grab it for MARK the parts guy. Not to mention their SERVICE department is just as bad. Checked my truck in the shop with warranty claims in 2019I had to call them 5 days later to check up on the progress and they hadnt even touched it.-0 stars

Disorganized, they overprice service...if you will to overpay for service...they find a way to get your money, by recommemding another service not required, PLEASE DO YOUR PART AS TRUCK OWNER/ OPERATOR...IT IS BETTER, THAN WASTING YOUR MONEY...DOT VEHICLE INSPECTION SHOULD BE NOT MORE THAN $80...

Horrible experience. They ended up costing me several thousand dollars. I dropped off my RV and clearly told them that I had two days to decide if I was going to keep the extended warranty I purchased. I purchased an extended warranty on my RV that cost about $6,000 and I had 60 days to cancel it and get a refund. I dropped off my RV and I had one simple question: Based on your experience, do you think I should keep the warranty or cancel it? This was in addition to the repair they were doing. This was obviously time sensitive and I made that very clear. I tried talking to multiple people at the shop and they were all worthless in terms of advice. They gave me common-sense worthless advice - kind of like if you asked your grandma a technical question and she replied with a generic answer. So fast forward 10 days later...they finally tore apart my RV and called me to tell me it would cost about $1,200 to fix.I told them to fix it. In the meantime, I cancelled my warranty because I ran out of time. I went to pick up the RV and they gave me the keys and the invoice for $1,200. They did not offer that I talk to the tech that worked on it. I asked the gentlemen at the front counter several questions regarding the work that was performed. They answered with some educated guesses (they didnt want to be bothered with questions so they tried feeding me BS to get rid of me). I pushed and pushed and insisted on talking to the tech. They said all the techs were gone for the day. I pushed some more and finally got to talk to a technician. Finally, after 10 days, the technician told me that I should absolutely keep the warranty because this model has a lot of problems. Wonderful...I wish I would have know that 10 days ago and it would have only taken the guys at the front counter letting me talk to the tech when I originally dropped off the RV.The bottom line is that this place is poorly mismanaged. Communication is poor and the right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. While the techs are likely experienced and knowledgeable, if management is poor then communication will likely be poor as well. As you likely know, if you cannot clearly communicate with whoever is working on your truck, then problems are likely to occur. I dont mind this if I am getting a decent rate but at $140/hour I have slightly higher expectations. Finally, I dropped off my RV with everything in working order. When I picked it up, my dash was no longer working. Their response? More BS, finger pointing and a complete lack of responsibility. Avoid this place at all costs if you can, or at least until management changes.

Absolute nightmare - I should have read the other reviews first. I thought long and hard about how this company can actually stay in business and I made an important realization. I looked at their parking lot and nearly every vehicle in their parking lot is part of a large corporate fleet (Ex: Large utility companies, school buses, fire trucks, etc.). Why is this important? The only people that take their trucks here to get repaired are those who are not spending their own money. They are part of a corporate fleet and they are not footing the bill so they dont care. Why did this turn out to be a complete disaster?I never ended up speaking to the tech, even after requesting multiple times. The repair was not complete - the tech left several things unplugged and this cost me several hundred dollars to diagnose and fix AFTER I left the shop - Yes, I actually had to pay someone else to fix what they screwed up while they were working on my truck.Their prices are astronomical. The people behind the desk are clueless and they made up a few things just to get rid of me - and they consistently contradicted one another.I sent three emails to the owner and he ignored all three. The company is so large and disorganized that the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. If you dont mind p##ing your money down the drain or if you want to get revenge on the company you work for then drop off some trucks from your corporate fleet here. Otherwise, I strongly suggest other local, independent shops, which will be much more affordable, will do a better job and will likely produce a much quicker turn around time.

Never buying an International Truck ever again. Our Dura Star 4300 had a mechanical Issue, conducted an overhaul and same issue was still present. This is a manufacturer’s defect not covered under warranty and 10s of thousands of dollars ($25,000 in repair) have been lost. Also talked to another dura star owner and he had same issue, ordered new engine from manufacturer also had same problem. The Dion International and other professionals said it was the engine and it turned out it was a manufacturing defect. This company has lost so many customers will continue to loose more. Unreliable, unprofessional, money scammers. Can go to hell.

The parts guys were nice enough to deal with, but the prices were insane. I ended up getting the exact same parts delivered same day from the vegas international warehouse to my door for less than half Dions price. In my case I saved about 400 us.

What a disaster. I would not take my truck here again unless this was the last mechanic on earth. Their labor rate is over $140 per hour. I have reasonably high expectations at that rate. I could not talk to any technician even though I spent over $3,000 getting my truck fixed. The clerks (the only people I did talk to) knew absolutely nothing about the work being done. That is fine and somewhat to be expected, however, when I asked them questions, instead of admitting their ignorance they instead make some wild guesses. It seems like this company hire high school drop outs to work the front counters and then tells them to do whatever possible to avoid letting the customer talk to the technician. As a result, the tech spent over 6 hours fixing something that I did not want touched and I already knew it was broken - I planned on getting it fixed somewhere else. Again, it seems like the clerks only job is to avoid letting the customer talk to the technician and they are ok making up whatever they need to make that happen. This was a terrible experience and I would absolutely never come here again, especially with labor rates at $140 per hour or more. I am shocked this company is still in business.

DO NOT GO HERE. I paid over 6k for them to replace my EGR Coolers, not even a month after I picked my truck up it was up it was not drivable. I towed it to another mechanic that says I need to pay them 5k to replace the EGR coolers. Dion International would not refund me and would not pay another mechanic to fix it, it would cost me close to 2k to tow my heavy duty truck to the nearest location they would authorize to “LOOK” at it and they refuse to cover it. When I tried to dispute the charges they were unethical and lied claiming they never spoke to me about the issue. Be aware if you go here you may end up loosing thousands of dollars with no working truck.

The Dion International parts department just bailed us out. We have a 2014 F-650 that our customer bought from North County Ford, and they would neither return our calls nor our emails. Since Ford used International hubs in 2014, we were able to get everything we needed for this truck from Dion International. Even though we didnt have International part numbers, Darrel at the parts desk was easily able to look at the parts and cross them over. The prices were all better than Ford too! We have twelve more F-650s to do, so we will go to International from now on.

So my company is in desperate need to get a part fixed on our truck, and after going there they said we would have to wait 3 days to get the part. So I asked for the part number so I could possibly get it elsewhere and the rep would only SELL me the number for the same price as the part. almost $200. Horrible and unethical, only begin to describe this place. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you Leo!I give the service dep a 1 star.Ive never taken a flywheel to get resurfaced there before.I took it in just for convinience as I was buying $1500 worth of parts.Wow what a let down. They gave me a dirt flywheel. Full of cutting oil AND full of metal shavings. It was a pain to clean it.Also the cutting fee was $143!!!!!!HDS in Escondido charges $49.00 for the same flywheel and will return it clean! ( had them done it before )Agregate rating 3 star (thanks to the service dep)
