Outstanding and very professional. Had some electrical issues at our home that after 2 companies came out to try and fix, but couldnt figure out the problems (flickering lights, wall outlet issues and wires that were crossed causing other electrical issues). SRP are the best electricians in San Diego! Called many electricians that kept giving me the run around. This was an extremely stressful and sensitive situation that needed immediate attention. The lights and wifi were going out in the house while the kids were home alone with babysitter and in their distant learning. SRP answered immediately and made me feel at ease as they listened to my urgent concerns. They were extremely knowledgeable and identified the issue over the phone! They came out the same day and sure enough, it was exactly the issue they stated. The main breaker and panel were completely burnt out. Technician was very nice, professional and made it simple for me to understand what my options were to fix it. I see why they specialize in older homes as they are more complex to work with... they were able to rebuild my current box with direct modern parts while other electricians wanted to replace the whole box. Responded to my call immediately, owner Steve and electrician Anthony both knowledgeable, and professional, top quality workmanship, fast and efficient. Explained how and what they had to do to help my particular electrical problem, answered all my questions. COVID-wore masks, used hand sanitizer, and properly distanced -just great!

I contacted SRP IN THE EARLY PART OF APRIL 2020; a time when the shelter in place was in place. My house was not having electricity in part of the house due to one tripped circuit SRP electrician came over within an hour. He inspected and restored electricity within a short time. The owner of SRP also called later to ensure the work was satisfactorily and rpofessionally carried out to fix my issue. I am happy to have SRP restored electricity in a safe manner.

Steve knows his stuff and hes honest too. I called him for a problem I was having with a breaker. Rather than charge me an arm and a leg and try to find something wrong that wasnt necessarily in need of repair, he was kind enough to give me one simple solution to fix the problem - I will be using him as my electrician in San Diego for many years to come! Was having a GFCI problem that was driving me nuts, couldnt figure out what the source of the problem was. Spoke to Steve on the phone who was very helpful and tried to help me troubleshoot. Wasnt able to solve it that way so he sent out Anthony a couple hours later and we cooperatively figured out the cause of the problem. He also gave me some great guidance for what to look out for in the future. Very professional, helpful. Will definitely use again!
