I highly recommend this place. I love my Bellagio inspired bed! They had good prices and were a pleasure to work with.I saw lots of other furniture that was tempting. Ill be back! :)

He was very patient while I tried out all of the mattresses and he helped get my mattresses shipped super quickly! He is my new hero! 😁This place has a lot of nice furniture too. Best place to buy furnishings for your home. You can’t beat their prices, product quality and selection. I really appreciate their knowledgeable sales representatives because they are experts on their products and they aren’t pushy. Picking up purchases from their warehouse is so easy.

Just bought a bed and mattress yesterday, Got financed and hooked up. They delivered same day to my house. The guys assembled the bed added the gel foam mattress and they were gone in 20 mins. This particular location, as well as the furniture, is pretty great. The furniture on display is pretty decent quality, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. One of their employees worked with me through the entire process to make sure I got everything I needed, even giving me a $10 discount when I remembered an item he forgot to add during checkout. I bought a new mattress and a dining room set and was very impressed with both items.Unfortunately, their customer service after youve purchased their furniture is not that great. When my first delivery came, they brought Eastern King box springs for my California King mattress. They were scheduled to bring the correct ones the next day, but never came. When I called about it, they all of the sudden had a wildly different phone number for me even though they called me on the correct number on the first visit. I had to schedule a third delivery attempt before I finally got everything straight.A few days later, one of the dining room chairs made a huge creaking noise like something inside broke. I called again to see about getting it fixed, and was told that a new part was ordered and would arrive within 1-2 business days to be fixed. From this, I assumed that someone would come to my location and fix the chair. I also figured that I would receive a phone call when it came in. Unfortunately, my assumption was incorrect. When I called again days later, I found out that I had to take the chair all the way to their Chula Vista warehouse location (a 20+ minute drive). When I did that, the one guy in the whole place who could fix it was mysteriously gone and would fix it sometime later, meaning I would have to come back another day. Again, I was told that I would receive a call and never received one. Fortunately, when I called back 2 days later it was ready and I picked it up.In summary, the salespeople are decent and friendly, the products are of decent quality, but be prepared for frustration if something goes wrong.

Quality furniture at very reasonable price! if you look for nice dinning/bed/sofa set, their price beat ikea and the quality is way superior(sturdy solid wood instead of compressed particle boards).

My husband & I bought a sectional couch that included an ottoman. The ottoman started to peel months later which eventually got worse. Supposedly bonded leather ABSOLUTELY NOT!! We got horrible customer service from their distribution center including uv3. So, anyone who purchases a warranty plan from them BIG MISTAKE NO SUCH WARRANTY EXISTS! We were dismissed once we asked for help! I suggest shopping elsewhere. Anywhere else but this place!

2/4/15 Rolando called and replaced the broken storage bench with a better one! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORDS AND CRAPPY FURNITURES. ITS HARD TO TALK TO THEM THEY PROMISE YOU A LOT OF THINGS BUT ITS NOT TRUE. I AM SO MAD WHEN MY BED FRAME (THE LEG WAS DESIGNED AS BENT) AND IT ALWAYS GIVES US A BRUISE WHENEVER WE WALK BY IT. I HAVE TO FIGHT IT OVER THE PHONE THAT ITS A HEALTH HAZARD ON THE DESIGN AND I TOOK PICTURES OF MY BRUISES ON MY KNEES AND LEGS. I CALLED ABEL AND HE DID ANOTHER REPLACEMENT BUT IT TOOK A MONTH AND 1/2 AND THEY DONT FOLLOW UP NOT UNTIL YOU CALL. MY BED FRAME AND MATTRESS COST $1,852.94. BUT, I HAVE TO ADD $500.00 MORE FOR THE REPLACEMENT (WHICH THEY SAID THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT). I ORDERED IT ON 12/21/14 AND IT WAS DELIVERED 2/2/15 WHICH THEY JUST CHANGED THE LEGS BUT NOT THE WHOLE FRAME AND HEADBOARD AS IT WAS IN THE PICTURE SHOWN TO ME IN THE STORE. THEN I ALSO BOUGHT A LEATHER STORAGE BENCH WITH A COMPARTMENT INSIDE. THE BED FRAME SHOULD HAVE THE STORAGE BENCH DELIVERED TOGETHER SO I HAVE TO CALL BACK THE WAREHOUSE TO ASK FOR THIS ORDER!!! THEY DELIVERED THE STORAGE BENCH 2/3/15 TODAY AND THE ALL THE SCREWS BROKE ONCE YOU LIFT UP THE COMPARTMENT COVER!!! JUNK AND CRAPPY MATERIAL. I recently purchased from here and I must say it was a very good experience. At first I thought they were rude by not hawking me down when I first entered. This place gives you space and time to make your decision. impressive I went for a table and ended up getting a table and a box spring. Not only that they also do disposals of requested items. I cant complain about anything. Trust me If I could I would. lol Take my word for it as a recent customer August 30, 2016. I hope this helps someone. By the way I went to Mors and Jeromes and they couldnt offer nor match the pricing. Good luck!!!

Make sure you check the color of what you pick under natural light. It looks very different in the store. Mistake number one on my part. Sales person told me that the sofa I picked came with more pillows and when the delivery guys (which were not the nicest) came they said that wasn’t true. They called the store and said the sales person wasn’t there so they would call me. I had one guy call and told me the pillows would be ready for me in store and to go pick them up. Then the sales person called me back and said that he had made a mistake and that no more pillows would be given to me and that he would “take care of me next time” with another purchase. Well there will not be a next time because I will not be returning and will be letting people know about this.

Purchase my furniture 3 weeks ago. The store has only deliver one of my items and still have not received a call to schedule the delivery for all of my other items. Plus the furnuture was damage and dirty. I had to returned a chair because it was dirty. Horrible Service.

This place is a total nightmare!!!! at all cost avoid doing business here!!! I purchased a dining table, coffee table, and entertainment center to be delivered to my home April 23rd. I get a call from the rep stating that my furniture will be delivered on Friday the 25th and that 2 out of 5pcs of my entertainment center was on backorder!! I told him to cancel my order! The rep pleaded with me. Finally, I told the rep to HOLD the ETC until all the pcs arrive, and to deliver only the dinig table and coffe table... I was assured that he will fix it and have it delivered on Wed the 23rd. The truck pulls up and its only a dining table!!! I called the store and the rep told me it was ripped and a replacement will be delivered at 4 the very next day (Thursday)!!! then on Thursday...no call !!! no truck!! no coffee table!!! i called and talked to Rudy/Rick at the Distribution Center, there was no scheduled delivery for me today!!! But i was already scheduled for Friday for the coffee table and 2 pcs of myETC-never once did anyone apologize for the inconvienece on their part. I called the store back and was told by Able to call back Saturday to talk to Robert the General Manager and sadly..... Robert the General manager was the rep who took my order at the store!!!!!!!
