Mike is an indepepent businessman who truly cares about his customers.He installed a new garage door opener unit for my mother in Aug 2017. In Aug 2021, her opener and wall opener did not work so my brother in Los Angeles called Precise Garage Doors Service on Sorrento Valley to service the new unit based on their yelp reviews, as he did not know that Mike had previously installed 4 years before. Precise sold my 92-year mother a high end wifi unit and SHE DOESNT USE A CELL PHONE. They quoted my brother $700 then upsold my mom somehow and we got invoiced for $950. Mike has been nothing but responsive providing the details of his work and the paperwork needed to help us with this situation. Had my brother or I been with my mom, I dont believe Precise would have even suggested this sale because we of course would have known better. Very disappointed that this happens so frequently with our seniors.

Mike and his guys are simply the best. We just had a brand new glass garaged door and Lift Master motor installed. Mike was great and price, the timeline to get a custom door ordered was only about 3 weeks even with Covid. He got us on his scheduled as soon as he new our door was coming in. A+++ to Mike!!! Could not have been more efficient and professional! Had a garage door that had not been able to shut in over 10 years! Several rollers were off the track and was severely out alignment. I was previously quoted a 4 hour minimum job by another company. Mike showed up exactly on time as previously committed and got straight to it. Had it up and running in about 35 minutes! Whoa! Great experience working with Mike. He installed our garage door over 10 years ago, and when we had some minor issues with the electrical componentry, he was able to very quickly make the necessary repairs. The cost was very low, and he was extremely helpful.
