We have been working with Charlie and his team for several years. National Glass has always done a great job and is always Professional at what they do and with our customers.

Great company! loved that they were upfront and honest about their availability for quotes. A few companies we called before called us back two weeks later or never returned our call at all. The office ladies were very friendly and polite, which made for a pleasant experience.

Its so hard to find good companies like this anymore! Everyone from the woman who answered our call, to the estimator, to the guys who came to install, were friendly and knowledgeable and made for a great experience.My husband and I had a shower installed by National Glass & Mirror about a month or two ago and wanted to wait to post a review to make sure no issues arose afterwards, and we can happily say that we are in love with our new shower!! When we had company over during Easter they could not stop raving about how amazing our shower looked. We are looking to remodel our guest bath within the next year and will definitely be giving National Glass & Mirror a call!

Good service very reliable

Called for a simple shower door repair on Wednesday. I knew they were going to be difficult when was told that they had to call me back just to make an appointment within 48 hours?! Really ? A call back in 2 days just to make an appointment?! I informed them that I am busy and may not be available when the chose to call back so they suggested email. Its a week later and still no return call OR email just to set up an inspection. I told them I was leaving this week out of the country and they obviously dont care. This simple repair will probably take them 10 minutes but National Glass is apparently determined to the process as difficult and expensive as possible. Dont call them if you need a quick or reliable response.

Answered my call in the first call and came out immediately to assess the damage from a rock through the window. He had me a quote and the replacement ordered by the end of the day and I called him in the afternoon. Straight and to the point! Thanks!
