Dane was a pleasure to work with, very easy to talk to. He gave us great ideas and helped the process move forward. With that said he does great commercial audio video work and the automation programming blew us away making a complex system so simple all with an IPad

HTSD is terrific! ! Dane and Alex set us up with music and TV on our I-pad so we can access entertainment in our home or when we are on our patio and in our backyard area. Last week I had a stereo receiver installed by another company.There was a problem, and I had an impossible time trying to get the technician to come and fix it. I finally gave up after a 4 day wait (Id been promised a visit, but he didnt show up.) I found Home Theater San Diego, called, and got instant help. Dane was courteous and competent. I regret not having discovered him first! I highly recommend HTSD.

Terrible customer service. They showed up ten minutes early then cancelled because I wasn’t home yet. I called them at 3:05, appointment was at 3:00, I offered to pay for their time of waiting. The guy on the phone explained he sent his guy home already and now had to pick up parts for another job even through they blocked out a 2 hour window. I don’t recommend them. Now I will be without tv for a few days, seriously don’t use them, waste of time, they show up early then just ditch you.

Dane was great, so nice, professional and helped me upgrade 3 issues in the same day! I called him and he came out right away! He looked at my complicated situation, went and got me all the parts needed, called with the price and came back and did all of the work! I had been delaying doing this because I knew it was complicated and thought it would cost a small fortune! He worked within my budget and did it all in one day! I am so happy and would for sure give him my 5 star stamp of approval- I am happy to refer him to all of my friends! Thanks Dane!

Great experience we had a TV installed over the fireplace and a Home theater with in-ceiling speakers mounted and setup. The best is the RTI app on the IPad that controls my whole home

Called these guys to put some wiring in for a mounted Tv. They showed up on time, were very fast and did a great job. Will be calling them back if I need any work done in the future.

My wife and I live in Carmel Valley in a fairly small townhouse. We recently decided to install a home theater system, and are very glad we chose Home Theater San Diego. This company was great to work with, from start to finish. Dane Crosby came over with one of his associates, thoroughly analyzed the project, and made excellent recommendations. We chose a custom-made cabinet, made by Luiz Barba, based out of Tijuana. The cabinet turned out beautifully, and far exceeded our expectations as it is sturdy, modern, as well as functional at the same time. Dane Crosby, the A/V guru, installed a 55 Sony 4K 3D TV, Yamaha 4300 sound bar, Sony 3D Blu Ray player, as well as universal remote. This killer set-up was put to the test when we watched Prometheus 3D the other night. I can honestly say that that 3D experience was spectacular. These are the guys to go to if you want custom cabinets and the best in audio and video at a reasonable price.
